Can you image an outsider telling us (Americans) whether we can drink or party?  It looks like this is happening in London.  It seems some people? are walking around at night condemning people for going to night clubs to dance and drink.  They are accosting them as they are leaving the clubs.    The police are stepping in to put a stop to this since London does not adhere to Sharia law.  Sure is going to hurt the tourist trade!
