My dear Mr. Boehner, when you are negotiating and if you are, we want everything on the table at once.  We want everything signed, sealed, and delivered upfront and not for just a few months in order to not kick the can down the road – not one of those deals like in the past – whereby you give the Plantation Party what they want now and then they say – we will talk about what you get later.  And, then it never happens.  None of that “rope a dope” stuff.   Also, get some other  opinions – not just your own.
