Has anyone seen any of the Obama’s 9-18-12 new graduate armed first responders who are 18-24 year old in the Sandy storm area?  Trained for homeland disasters.

Ask any adult – an 18, 20 or 24 is naive and a readily influenced kid – so how could these kids handle a disaster?  Is it true that an executive order has been signed suspending all civil and constitutional rights and turning over management of martial law to FEMA?
