QUICK STEW

Every one has their own recipe for stew.  My secret ingredient (depending on the amount you are cooking)  is vinegar.  It cuts the cooking time by half.  I also rub a small amount on any kind of meat.  If you want a good recipe book – check out www.ratskeler.com.
