The Barr Bombshell: How His Words Shred Dems’ Epstein-Trump Narrative

On Tuesday, the House Oversight Committee made public a transcript of former Attorney General Bill Barr’s deposition, which, according to the Republican claims, shows that Barr was unaware of any incriminating connections between President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. The transcript is about 120 pages long.

Even if the committee’s ranking Democrat said last month that the complete transcript did not exonerate Trump, this remains the case.

Several individuals and organizations have been subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee as part of their investigation of the Department of Justice’s handling of the Epstein case.

Barr is one of them; he told investigators that he and Trump discussed Epstein twice: once after the convicted sex offender’s suicide and another occasion he couldn’t pinpoint.

Barr further denied that Trump had any opinions on the DOJ’s Epstein investigation, nor did he offer directions or voice preferences regarding its handling, as seen in the transcript that HeadlinesForever Digital was able to get.

Barr stated he did not remember informing Trump that his name was on Epstein-related materials during a line of inquiry by Democratic Texas Representative Jasmine Crockett.

“I’m curious to know, in those conversations that you do recall with the president, do you recall ever informing him that he was in the Epstein files at all, number one?” The transcript states that Crockett inquired.

Well, I’m not sure what the “Epstein files” mean these days, Barr said in response. However, I must say that I refrained from engaging in such a discourse with him. Logs showing that he was using Epstein’s jet for commutes from, say, Miami to New York or New Jersey, or somewhere along those lines, became public knowledge at some time. That was not anything I remember talking about with him.

Crockett followed up, “And you have no direct knowledge of any of the young women or women that claimed that they had encounters with the president through Epstein, correct?”

There was no mention of proof to back up that assertion, Barr stated, as reported in the transcript.

Following the investigation, Barr informed the authorities that he thought any damaging information against Trump would have been revealed long ago if it had existed. He also hinted that the same would have been the case with former president Bill Clinton, who, similar to Trump, was reputedly acquainted with Epstein at one point.

If anyone in the government felt that someone was trying to hide something up, I think word would get out. I believe word would spread. To add insult to injury, “New York and the Southern District of New York are notorious for housing countless leaks pertaining to investigations,” as Barr pointed out.

“So, in your experience, you have no doubt that if SDNY prosecutors saw evidence of a crime, they would have followed that evidence to indictment and, if it led to a conviction, they would have followed the facts to the end,” a lawyer from the House Oversight Committee questioned. Does it seem reasonable to you?”

Barr stated that he would have expected similar actions, even from prominent figures.

“I also feel, you know, that, you know, they would’ve done the same for Clinton, I believe,” he pointed out.

It seems to me that this was all happening under Joe Biden’s presidency as well, and that if they had evidence, it would have been easy to use it against President Trump. My doubts about the existence of any proof stem from the fact that I was never given any information about it.

“It is possible that the SDNY did not inform me, you know, how deep they were in the investigation of particular individuals,” the ex-official said to the previous Trump administration. I wouldn’t be surprised by it.

“By the same token, I feel that my view of that office and the people involved would be that, if they had evidence establishing a crime, they would pursue it as such,” said Barr.

Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), the ranking Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, claimed that Barr’s comments did not absolve Trump of guilt, leading to partisan tensions following his appearance.

During his deposition with the committee yesterday, Attorney General Barr was unable to exonerate President Trump of any wrongdoing. In a statement dated August, Garcia argued that Chairman [James Comer, R-Ky.,] ought to make available the complete, unaltered transcript of his interview.

However, it seems from the transcript that Trump was not criminally connected to Epstein, at least according to Barr’s memory.

One of Barr’s two talks with Trump about Epstein occurred after she learned about the suicide, she claimed. I informed him about it and assured him that we would be researching it thoroughly, and I phoned him up and said, “You better brace for this” or something along those lines. The second one, I’m not sure if it occurred before, during, or after his suicide; I mean, it might have happened around the time of his arrest or afterwards, among the ongoing happenings.

It was common practice, according to the transcript, for current Attorney General Pam Bondi to notify Trump that his name was in the Epstein files in the last few months. Barr defended this action.

“I think that would normally be what the attorney general would do, you know, is to give the president a heads-up if something is going to happen like that, the release of documents that have his name in it and that will be, you know, a lot – there would be a lot of speculation about it,” he said.

Communicating with the chief executive about the impending release of his name is entirely standard practice. I don’t see any fundamental problem with it.

Barr admitted at one time that the FBI investigation had flaws, but he struggled to remember many details about the inquiry overall. The time the authorities spent searching in vain for Ghislaine Maxwell was characterized by him as “embarrassing.”

Barr also denied any involvement in the conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein’s death, even though the DOJ’s decision to shut the case earlier this year caused uproar.

“Absolutely,” he said when asked if the belief that Epstein committed suicide remained in his mind.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Thanks to former Senator For The Truth…

Barack Obama was hit with one sick accusation from a top Democrat that left him fuming

Barack Obama thought his legacy was bulletproof.

For years, Democrats praised the former President as their untouchable hero.

But Barack Obama was hit with one sick accusation from a top Democrat that left him fuming.

Joe Manchin drops a political bombshell with new tell-all book

Former Democrat Senator Joe Manchin is about to make a lot of enemies in Washington, D.C.

His new book Dead Center hits shelves Tuesday and it’s already sending shockwaves through the Democrat establishment.

Manchin doesn’t pull any punches when he describes what the Democrat Party has become under Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Chuck Schumer.

“I don’t say this lightly, but under the leadership of President Obama and Majority Leader Harry Reid, and later President Biden and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Democrats have systematically tried to weaken the very guardrails that have protected our democracy for generations – all in the name of advancing their agenda,” Manchin writes.¹

The former West Virginia Governor spent more than four decades as a Democrat before switching to independent status last year.

He retired from the Senate in 2025 rather than face certain defeat in deep red West Virginia.

Now Manchin is settling scores with the party bosses who turned their backs on working-class Americans.

The book tears into Chuck Schumer’s obsession with destroying the Senate filibuster in 2022.

“Schumer wasn’t interested in debate or persuasion,” Manchin explains. “He wanted a spectacle. He wanted a vote he could weaponize, a moment he could broadcast to the radical left to prove his loyalty. This wasn’t about governing or principle. It was about power.”²

Manchin exposes the Democrat Party’s woke takeover

Manchin reveals how the Democrat Party abandoned its working-class roots to chase after radical leftist activists.

He describes how Democrats transformed from “a big tent that welcomed diverse perspectives” to a party that “has increasingly shifted toward ideological purity tests.”³

The former Senator hammers Democrats for their embrace of woke ideology that alienates regular Americans.

“When the party pushes hard on woke ideology, DEI mandates, and other social agendas, it creates unnecessary divisions, alienates everyday citizens, and moves us further away from the commonsense middle ground where most Americans actually live their lives,” Manchin writes.⁴

This is a devastating critique from someone who spent decades inside the Democrat machine.

Manchin watched firsthand as party leaders like Obama, Biden, and Schumer steered Democrats toward the radical left.

He reveals that he was actually rooting for Republicans to win back the Senate in 2024 because he believed they would protect the filibuster.

Manchin called the filibuster “the only hope for preserving the Senate as an institution” while Schumer wanted to destroy it.⁵

The former Senator even admits he should have switched parties when Donald Trump was first elected in 2016.

“What I failed to recognize at the time is that there were enough reasons to change my political affiliation to Republican right then and there,” Manchin confesses.⁶

Democrats created their own worst nightmare

Look, here’s what Manchin’s book really exposes – the Democrat Party’s complete betrayal of working Americans.

Democrats used to talk a big game about representing coal miners, steelworkers, and farmers from coast to coast.

What Manchin reveals is how Obama, Biden, and Schumer kicked out every moderate who refused to go along with their radical transformation.

They kicked out moderate voices like Manchin who actually represented their constituents instead of parroting whatever nonsense was trending on Twitter.

The party bosses in Washington, D.C. decided they’d rather chase votes from college campuses than mining communities.

West Virginia coal miners? Forget about them. Pennsylvania steelworkers? Not interested. Iowa farmers? They stopped returning their calls.

Manchin’s book confirms what millions of Americans already suspected – the Democrat Party doesn’t give a damn about working families anymore.

They’re too busy obsessing over pronouns, DEI mandates, and climate change hysteria to care about the people who actually build things and make America work.

The timing of this book couldn’t be worse for Democrats.

They’re already dealing with financial troubles, bitter infighting, and sinking approval ratings.

Now one of their own former Senators is confirming that the party leadership systematically destroyed everything that once made Democrats competitive in Middle America.

Manchin’s explosive revelations show exactly why Donald Trump won back the White House and why Republicans are dominating elections across the country.

When you abandon working Americans to chase after college-educated coastal elites and radical activists, you get exactly what Democrats deserve – complete electoral irrelevance in the parts of America that actually matter.

‘Cracks are showing’ in the US-Israel relationship as Israel strikes Doha

US President Donald Trump did not agree with Israel’s choice to conduct strikes against Hamas inside US ally Qatar, the White House said Tuesday. While eliminating Hamas was a “worthy goal,” a strike in the Qatari capital Doha “does not advance Israel or America’s goals,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters, reading from a statement. 'Punked Trump': Expert says president just suffered a 'humiliating' blow from an ally

A pair of analysts warned on Tuesday that President Donald Trump appears to have suffered a “humiliating” blow from a U.S. ally, and it could have global repercussions.

Early Tuesday morning, Israel bombed the Qatari capital of Doha. Ben Rhodes, the former deputy national security advisor in the Obama administration, speculated on a recent episode of “Pod Save The World” that the strike was likely conducted using American military equipment that was sold to Israel as part of its war on Hamas.

The strike also put Trump in an awkward position, Rhodes argued. Trump is friendly with Qatar, as illustrated by the $400 million plane he accepted from them as a gift, and his Attorney General, Pam Bondi, once worked as a lobbyist for the Qatari government. However, Trump’s other friend, Israel, is now attacking Qatar with weapons that Trump sold them.

“The Qatari prime minister had just met with Hamas to pressure them to take this Trump ceasefire deal, and this is completely humiliating for him,” said podcast co-host Tommy Vietor, an Obama administration spokesperson. “His own country was bombed.”

“Frankly, let’s just add the U.S. to the list of humiliated countries,” Rhodes said.

Rhodes mentioned that the U.S. has about 10,000 troops stationed in Qatar. Media reports indicate that the Trump administration wasn’t notified of the strike until the missiles were in the air, which Rhodes said reveals a lot about the relationship between the two governments.

“This either punked Trump or Trump just doesn’t care,” Rhodes said.

There also could be global impacts from the bombing, he added.

“The other place where Hamas leaders tend to go is Turkey, and Israel has a lot of tensions with Turkey right now over Syria and other things,” Rhodes said. “It’s actually not inconceivable that Israel might strike in Turkey at some point.”

“I’d remind you that Turkey is a member of NATO,” he added. “We are at a point here where it’s probably more likely that Netanyahu bombs a NATO country before Putin does.”

“That shows you how absurd US foreign policy is,” Rhodes said.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Greg Gutfeld curses at colleague live on air for bringing up Melissa Hortman during Charlie Kirk discussion…

09/16/2025

All of us have to realize when this happens (killings) on both sides, it is such a waste. A lot of suffering by the people left – families (fathers/mothers/wives/children/friends) who have to pick up the pieces. And, for the people who were involves in the killing – does it change anything – NO. They go to jail and their families continue to suffer and are branded with the stain.

The killings only brings more resentment instead of making things better.

The political factions need to rethink how they can make this thing called politics work. We have people in both parties who are working against our Constitution. Each side needs to go back and clean out your system, first. Their are a lot of people with dirty hands on both sides. The left needs to stop funding progressives/socialists/Hamas and go back to being real Democrats and the right needs to continue, immediately, by using DOGE/JUDICIAL systems, clean out the fraud/corruption from the last 12 years of weaponization by identifying those people, or the Constitution will never work. How can the Supreme Court call out in public – those people who are not following it. All of the lawfare cases should have been identified long ago and those judges/prosecutors need to be fired.

Greg that wasn’t necessary. It is what it is. Your answer should have been: That is true – but it still doesn’t make it right.

Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld ‘wants to learn from the Blacks’ and reclaim the word Nazi

View on Watch

Fox News TV host Greg Gutfeld swore at his colleague and co-host Jessica Tarlov during a rant about political violence coming from the left side of the political divide, after Tarlov mentioned the assassination of a Democratic lawmaker as an example of right-wing violence.

Speaking about the killing of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk, Gutfeld claimed political violence in the U.S. only goes one way. Many Investors Will Miss This Stock. You Can Own It Now.

“What is interesting here is, why is only this happening on the left and not the right?” he asked. “That’s all we need to know.”

“What about Melissa Hortman?” Tarlov asked.

Melissa Hortman was the Democratic speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives until both she and her husband were assassinated in June this year. The killer also shot the couple’s golden retriever

Another democrat lawmaker, John Hoffman, and his wife were targeted and shot earlier that night by the same man, and both survived. Investigators suggested the suspect’s right-wing political views played a role in the attacks.

Gutfeld immediately lost his temper when Tarlov raised the assassination of the Hortmans.

“You wanna talk about Melissa Hortman?” he shouted at her. “Did you know her name before it happened? None of us did. None of us were spending every single day talking about Mrs Hortman – I never heard of her until after she died.”

“So, it doesn’t matter?” Tarlov asked.

“Don’t play that bulls*** with me!” Gutfeld yelled in response. “You know what I’m talking… What I’m saying is there was no demonization, amplification about that woman before she died. It was a specific crime against her by somebody who knew her.”Pictures of Melissa and Mark Hortman at their memorial service in July 2025 (© 2025 Star Tribune)

There is no evidence her alleged killer, Vance Boelter, knew her, and according to the U.S. Department of Justice, Boelter “had a list of possible targets.”

Gutfeld went on: “The fact of the matter is, the ‘both sides’ argument not only doesn’t fly, but we don’t care. We don’t care about your ‘both sides’ argument. That s*** is dead. For one thing, there’s no cognitive dissonance on our side. On your side, your beliefs do not match reality. So, you’re coming up with these rationalizations like “What about this?” Or “What about that

“We are not doing that because we saw it happen. We saw a young, bright man assassinated, and we know who did it. We are not coming up with rationalizations. We are calm. We are honest. And we are resolute. We’re not defensive!”

Gutfeld also suggested that those who reject his take on events will eventually face a harsh reckoning: “your life is gonna fall apart because you’re gonna realize you’re not the good guys.”

Later in the show, Gutfeld apologized for swearing and to Tarlov for his outburst.

Tarlov told viewers: “I am not mad at Greg.”

On Monday, Donald Trump was asked why flags had not been lowered in Washington, D.C. after Hortman’s assassination. He said he was “not familiar” with the case, and suggested Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who ran for Vice President in 2024 alongside Kamala Harris, had not contacted the White House asking for flags to be lowered.

At the time, Trump said that speaking to Walz, a close friend of Hortman, would have been a “waste of time.”

“I could be nice and call, but why waste time?” Trump said, referring to Walz as “whacked out” and a “mess”.
