Brittany Mahomes is clapping back at her haters after she received backlash for liking one of former president Donald Trump’s posts on Instagram.

On August 13, the 78-year-old, who was charged and convicted on 34 counts of falsification of business records in the first degree, took to his social media page to promote his campaign as the Republican candidate in the 2024 presidential election. Trump shared an overview of his “GOP Platform,” engaging his supporters and one celebrity.

Brittany, wife of the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, was one of Trump’s viewers who liked the Instagram post. Eagle-eyed netizens saw the 28-year-old mother’s Instagram handle pop up next to the number of people who favorited the post.

The famed Chiefs WAG was immediately called out by a slew of internet users, some criticizing her for seemingly supporting Trump’s 13-point proposal.

“Well it looks like Brittany can forget posting up with Taylor Swift in the skyboxes from now on. Could seriously strain their tik tok relationship,” one X, formerly known as Twitter, user wrote.

A second agreed: “Brittany Mahomes….Taylor Swift is never ever getting back together with you.”

Amid the blunt backlash, Brittany issued a statement, slamming all the adults who had it in their hearts to send hate.

“I mean honestly, to be a hater as an adult you have to have some deep-rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood,” she wrote on her Instagram story on August 23. “There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well.”

This isn’t the first time Brittany has been the target of online criticism. The former soccer player has been accused of photoshopping her appearance in photos. Her May 10 photo dump on Instagram was met with several crude comments.

“Photoshopped to Hell and back, lol,” one harsh viewer wrote.

A second added: “Photoshopped to DEATH.”

What’s more, when Brittany announced her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut in February 2024, her followers took the opportunity to write unfiltered comments about the magazine’s decision to use her as a model.

However, with all the hate, Brittany’s supporters have continuously expressed their loyalty, appreciation, and awe of her by defending her against the backlash.

On her May 14 sneak peek Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shoot post on Instagram, one kind-hearted woman said: “When you can be a working mom, wife and still look this amazing.

“And it’s not even all about how amazing you look but how your confidence really show in these pics which is inspiring. To feel beautiful in our own skin. Confidence is a beautiful thing. Keep slaying Britt,” she added.

The market works perfectly well so long as you just leave it to itself. Companies that raise prices too quickly face an immediate backlash from the people who are genuinely in charge of their fate: their customers. And they change tack very quickly. We just need to leave it to work itself out – because that will be a lot more effective than price controls ever will be.

The boss of Nestlé departed last week. A week before that, the chief executive of Starbucks was hurriedly replaced. A few months before that, it was the person running Pret, and before that Unilever. 

Companies reshuffle their management all the time, for all sorts of reasons. But there is a strange common thread attached to the turmoil at some of the world’s largest businesses over the last year or so. Regardless of whether such criticisms were justified, they all faced accusations of “greedflation”. The Left keeps arguing that we need laws and regulations to stop companies from pushing prices up much further than their own costs, or not passing on cuts to consumers.

The Democratic nominee Kamala Harris has been the latest to argue for state intervention. And yet, the free market deals with overcharging just fine, ruthlessly punishing companies that don’t offer value for money – and doing so far more effectively than any government ever could. 

Over the last couple of years, Left-wing politicians and economists have turned “greedflation” into the core of the latest assaults on free markets. Influential journals have editorialised against it, Left-leaning charities have blamed it for poverty, the unions have used it to demand wage rises and grand-standing politicians have proposed legislation to tackle it. In the US, Kamala Harris may not have many policies yet, but one of the very few she has announced is a ban on “price gouging”. 

We have witnessed a whole series of demands for what in effect amounts to “price controls”, to stop companies from making “excessive” profits at a time when inflation has risen rapidly. It is yet another example of “market failure” we are endlessly lectured about, and one that can only be tackled by a strong government that is willing to intervene. Otherwise, “corporate greed” will run rampant.

However, if the perception is that a business is raising prices too aggressively, there will be consequences. Nestlé was suffering a flagging share price and weak profits, amid price increases of as much as 7.5pc. 

At Starbucks it was a similar story: amid flagging sales and profits, and suggestions $6 was too much for a cup of coffee, it had a change of direction. Pret has been suffering for a number of reasons, not least its unfortunate subscription scheme. But it faced a furious response when it started charging more than £7 for a baguette. Even before its reshuffle, which saw the company’s co-founder brought back in, it announced it was cutting sandwich prices by £1 or more. 

The French food giant Danone, for example, suffered a fall in profits after pushing up prices by more than 7pc last year. A year ago, Hein Schumacher was drafted in to help turn around Unilever, and immediately suggested that prices – up to 13pc annually on average under his predecessor – would not need to rise so steeply. 

In every instance, there may have been legitimate reasons why prices needed to increase. Companies can push up prices if they want to. But they will be all too aware that perceptions matter, and they may not be rewarded with bumper profits, a soaring share price and huge bonuses for all the senior executives – as the voguish Left-wing economists and populist political leaders argued would happen. Instead sales fall, the share price drops and those responsible for the strategy are held to account.

It is a free market. Customers have a choice. Every time a company pushes up its prices by more than the rate of inflation, there is a rival that spots an opportunity to try precisely the opposite strategy, offering a lower cost alternative. And if not a rival, then an entrepreneur will very quickly step into the market with something new.

We hear lots of calls for price controls and regulations, most recently from Kamala Harris, but only two years ago it was the Tories when they hauled in the leaders of some of the largest supermarket chains. High profits should be attacked if they result from excessive market power – but this isn’t the case in the supermarket sector.

If prices take off again in the UK, we can no doubt expect our new Chancellor Rachel Reeves to announce an “Office of Price Gouging” made up of “independent experts” (even if they are, curiously, generally Labour donors) to regulate the cost of everything. The Left is always looking for new ways to control the free market.

Democrats and their media comrades are still in ecstasy over Kamala Harris’ campaign.

They are all feeling the “joy.”

But a Harris Super PAC founder just dropped a bombshell that has Democrats panicking.

Not so fast on Kamala Harris’ coronation

Joe Biden consistently trailed Donald Trump in the polls.

His chances of beating Trump in a rematch evaporated after his historically bad debate performance in June.

That was when Democrat Party bosses twisted his arm to leave the Presidential race.

After three weeks of pressure, Biden finally relented and anointed Kamala Harris as his successor.

Since then, Democrats along with the corporate-controlled media have created a sea of pro-Harris propaganda that is off the charts.

Despite Harris being the most unpopular Vice President in history, she suddenly surged past Trump in the polls.

It looked like the Kamala train was unstoppable.

But a Harris Super PAC founder is pumping the brakes.

Reuters reported that “Chauncey McLean, president of Future Forward, a super political action committee, or super PAC, that has raised hundreds of millions of dollars to back Harris in the Nov. 5 election, spoke on Monday during an event hosted by the University of Chicago Institute of Politics.”

McLean revealed, “Our numbers are much less rosy than what you’re seeing in the public.”

Some on the Right have called out the push polls that have been wildly optimistic in Harris’ favor.

“Harris enters the Democratic National Convention in Chicago riding a wave of public polls that show she has already reshaped a race that strongly favored Republican Donald Trump in the final weeks of President Joe Biden’s candidacy,” according to Reuters. “Harris is leading in a compilation of national polls by FiveThirtyEight 46.6% to 43.8% for Republican Donald Trump, and has pulled ahead in several public battleground state polls.”

McLean said that Harris “has multiple paths” to victory, but the race remains a “coin flip.”

No ‘white papers’

He also acknowledged that Harris is finally going to have to put forward some policy  proposals.

Reuters added that “McLean said polling shows the public wants more detailed policy positions from Harris. He says they don’t want ‘white papers,’ but they also don’t want platitudes. He says they need more concrete examples of how she may differ from Biden and make their lives easier economically. Trump allies have called on Harris to do the same in recent days, hoping to pin her down on controversial issues.”

Unfortunately for Harris, she cannot separate herself from Biden’s economic policies.

Thus far, Harris has communicated two economic ideas.

The first was no taxes on tips, which she stole from Trump and pawned it off as her own without an ounce of shame.

Second, Harris called for price controls to bring down inflation, which is idiotic beyond words.

Kamala is upping her socialist game with the price control pitch to Democrats’ far-left base.  

But in reality such policies are served up as blue caviar for the establishment elites she serves, because ultimately that’s who will continue to get rich off Kamala’s Bidenomics on steroids.

Of course, that’s the end game of all socialist and communist ideology. As the pigs who control the government in George Orwell’s Animal Farm proclaimed, “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”

It’s all about controlling the narrative

McLean added, “We have it tight as a tick, and pretty much across the board.”

His warning to Democrats echoed the words of longtime Obama adviser David Axelrod, who said that internals showed the race virtually tied.

Without a subservient press, Harris would probably be down five points.

But the dirty little secret may be that McLean, Axelrod and other Democrat operatives are intentionally downplaying the media-driven hyped up Harris poll numbers right now in order to manage expectations around the Democrat Convention for a manufactured post-convention bump.

They’re tamping down Harris’ supposed lead in the final polls conducted pre-convention to show her not surging as much as thought so that coming out of the Convention their media stooges can dutifully say she blew it out of the park, even if her numbers are only what they were reporting two weeks ago.

We know that Kamala Harris is not qualified to be VICE PRESDENT OR PRESIDENT. That is a given.

Pelosi/Obama/Biden/Obama are working with the One World Order/Soros/Schwab, after they hid Biden in the basement so that people would not know that he has dementia in 2020 and now the public caught up with them. Biden is not fit for another run and they know it.

So, they go to their lowest denominator to select their replacement – a person they know they can control like they have done with Biden.

In the primary with Biden – Harris did not receive even ONE VOTE.

Just think not even one vote and now they are promoting Harris as the best cheese in the fridge.

It is time to recognize that they are trying to commit another COUP by putting a Marxists in the top position so they can take everything we have worked so hard for to match the world’s dictatorship.

Surely you former Democrats recognize they are stealing your party which use to be for the working men/women of our country.

Even Robert Kennedy, Jr., recognizes that the Democratic Party is not JFK/LBJ’s party and it is hard to believe the rest of the family is sticking with the Marxists? Do they not recognize the Democratic Party is no more.

JFK/LBJ are turning over in their graves.

Pelosi has couped the country at least twice (not including the 2020 election debacle) and tried to blame it on President Trump. First, she ripped up his speech/used BLM to burn cities and no one stayed in jail/she staged Jan6 with people being killed, and now trying to fudge someone into office so she/them can continue to run the country as a Marxists country.

It is time for citizens to vote all Democrats out of office in order to bring our country back to the surface of freedom/democracy. What the left calls is not DEMOCRACY BUT SLAVERY.

The citizens who are FORMER DEMOCRATS need to fact-check everything the left tells you because these people are leading you down the wrong path – especially when they lie about President Trump and what he accomplished during his time in office. When Biden came in and reversed all of those things and THREW BIDENOMICS on us and that is why people are suffering like they are today.

It was done on purpose. Do you want to continue to be last instead of first?
