KOMMONSENTSJANE – Layoffs Versus Visa Applications.

10/12/2025

We must stay on top of this and be sure our workers are qualified AMERICAN WORKERS not visa employees. Foreign workers come here as spies and are disrespectful to our citizens. They are in every company, We do have qualified people who love our country.

10/07/2025

As of the latest data, Microsoft has filed 28,858 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas during fiscal years 2022-2024, indicating that they are actively hiring foreign workers. However, the exact number of foreign employees who are not American citizens working for Microsoft in the USA is not specified in the available data.

Work Visa USA.

How many foreigners are working in all of the tech companies in the U.S. that could be American workers?

Just add an “h” to the above.

Time to employee American workers – American first..

KOMMONSENTSJANE – CHARLIE’S MUSTARD SEEDS.

Thank you for your email summons to participate in your future work to continue Charlie’s
work with young people.

As we all know – three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love. And. each child should be given a mustard seed and a road map to travel this awsome journey which is called life.

The Parable of the Mustard Seed is a significant teaching from the Bible, found in Matthew 13:31-32, Mark 4:30-32, and Luke 13:18-19. In this parable, Jesus compares the kingdom of heaven to a mustard seed, which a man takes and plants in his field. Despite being the smallest of all seeds, it grows into a large tree, providing shelter and a place for birds to perch. This parable illustrates that even the humble beginnings of God’s kingdom can lead to something of great significance and impact. It emphasizes that small faith or actions can lead to enormous results in God’s plan.

I would be happy to participate in this endeavor.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Food For Thought.

10/05/2025

Why do you keep putting that rope around my neck and duplicating my blog?

Let’s talk about the Supreme Court/Constitution/Democrats/Republicans.

The Supreme Court’s job is

The U.S. Supreme Court serves as the highest court in the nation, acting as the final interpreter of the Constitution and federal laws, with the power of judicial review to strike down laws or actions that conflict with the Constitution. Its job description includes resolving disputes between states, ensuring that the government operates within constitutional limits, protecting individual rights, and serving as the court of last resort for cases involving constitutional or federal law.

When a representative is elected does he swear to abide by the Constitution?

The job of a member of the U.S. House of Representatives involves serving as an elected federal official for a specific congressional district for a two-year term. A Representative’s duties are primarily focused on lawmaking, oversight, and constituent services, while balancing district interests with national priorities.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Legislation and voting: As part of the U.S. Congress, a representative introduces, debates, and votes on federal bills and resolutions. The House has the exclusive power to initiate revenue bills and to choose the president if no candidate wins an Electoral College majority.
  • Committee work: A significant portion of a representative’s work occurs in specialized committees. Serving on these committees allows members to develop expertise on issues and monitor the agencies and programs within their jurisdiction.
  • Oversight and investigation: The House is responsible for ensuring that federal agencies and government programs are implementing laws as Congress intended. This includes conducting investigations into the executive branch and other federal officials.
  • Constituent representation: Representatives are expected to serve and advocate for the people in their district. This often includes meeting with constituents, holding town halls, answering inquiries, and assisting with issues involving federal agencies.
  • Electoral activity: Representatives are elected to two-year terms and are frequently engaged in electoral activities, including campaigning and fundraising for themselves and their political party.
  • Office and staff management: Members of Congress oversee the staff and offices that support their work both in Washington, D.C., and in their home district. This involves managing budgets and ensuring compliance with ethics rules.

Qualifications

  • Age: Must be at least 25 years old.
  • Citizenship: Must have been a U.S. citizen for at least seven years.
  • Residency: Must be an inhabitant of the state they represent. They are not, however, required to live in the specific congressional district they represent. favicon
  • Each representative must: (1) be at least twenty-five (25) years old; (2) have been a citizen of the United States.

Yes, every member of the U.S. House of Representatives takes an oath to support and defend the Constitution. The requirement for this oath is established in Article VI of the U.S. Constitution.

The current oath, prescribed in Title 5, Section 3331 of the U.S. Code, is a solemn promise to the Constitution, not a political party or individual.

Now that we understand the system, let’s discuss the issues:

We currently have governors/reps from blue states who are not following the Constitution.. In fact, they are working against the Constitution if they are using progressive/socialists ideology which is happening. A good example is during the college protests, the reps were for Hamas not the Constitution.

What should happen to those people?

I am concerned that we have a fraud going on in that we are electing people in the Democratic Party who are running as socialist/progressive like in New York. How can they be qualified under the Democrats’ banner when they are using taxpayer funds and they are against the Constitution?

If elected and not use the Constitution – how will the Courts rule?

This needs to be addressed.

Text of the oath

Members-elect of the House repeat the following words, administered by the Speaker of the House, at the beginning of each new Congress:

The oath includes a promise to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies and to bear true faith and allegiance to it. It also states the obligation is taken freely and that the duties of the office will be discharged faithfully. The full text of the oath can be found in the referenced documents.

Historical context

The wording of the oath has changed over the years. Notably, the phrase “against all enemies, foreign and domestic” was included in 1861 during the Civil War to address loyalty concerns.

The courts have to resolve this because people are elected who do not use the Constitution and run for election under false premises. If they are elected/work against the Constitution they have to be disqualified. This has weakened our government. The people who profess to be PROGRESSIVES are in office by committing fraud.

We have to strengthen our Constitution by enforcing it. Right now we are allowing it to turn into MILK TOAST. It must be done before the next election.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Who Is WHO/WHAT/WHEN?

10/05/2025

It seems these Palilalia lefties aren’t proud of who is: WHO/WHAT/WHEN?

As my friend always replied: The answer is – WHATEVER BLOWS YOUR SKIRT UP?

Before we start, let’s clear the air – are you, Word Press, for free speech and a paid for website? If so, get off my backside and and let me blog? Right now YOU are riding on my back.

Who are these fake people?

These Palilaila lefties are still peddling the same old line.

ttps://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/are-we-witnessing-a-soft-coup/ar-AA1NTp4x?uxmode=ruby&ocid=edgntpruby&pc=U531&cvid=68e29d301bdd49a88714768004e1f50a&ei=13

Even though Donald Trump is heading the most lawless administration in American history, and hardly a day goes by without the type of revelations, rhetoric, or behavior that would have doomed any of his predecessors, congressional Republicans have shown zero appetite to conduct any kind of oversight of “their” president. (Can you believe – the most lawless admin. Bet he never said that about Biden and what DOGE proved – what a ninny.)

Instead, they are spending their energy on retroactively investigating Joe Biden’s mental fitness. One main line of inquiry is whether he was aware of what was going on toward the end of his presidency, and, if not, who was making the decisions in his stead.

(Don’t forget SUSAN RICE, who was the go-between Biden/Obama to keep the Press lieing.)

To be clear, those are valid questions and they deserve answers.  ‘While Republicans are overhyping their “findings,” which aren’t really findings at all at this point, it’s quite clear that Biden’s physical health and mental acuity were declining, so it is entirely fair to ask whether he was still up to the job at that point.’While Republicans are overhyping their “findings,” which aren’t really findings at all at this point, it’s quite clear that Biden’s physical health and mental acuity were declining, so it is entirely fair to ask whether he was still up to the job at that point.

The presidency is incredibly demanding, and Americans deserve a commander in chief who is always “on,” in control, and up to date on what is happening in the country and in the world.

There’s plenty of evidence that this wasn’t the case at the end of Biden’s term, which begs the question of who was advising him at the time and perhaps even making decisions in his name.

Now, you can say that, even if that was the case, the people in his inner circle knew what the president wanted and were aligned with him ideologically, so the administration’s policies would have remained the same. Still, the American people elected Biden — not his chief of staff, senior aides, some consultants, or his wife.

To Republicans — who conveniently overlook that the same questions and concerns were raised when their pre-Trump hero Ronald Reagan was in office — this is a historic and unique scandal.

The way they tell it, Biden was a doddering fool in 2024 who had outsourced his presidency to staffers and an autopen.

Trump, for example, called it a “tremendous scandal” and claimed that his predecessor was clueless as to what was going on around him.

“I guarantee you he knew nothing about what he was signing, I guarantee you,” he said earlier this year.

That is likely as false as the statements from Democrats who maintained, right up until the point when the country witnessed his decline firsthand, that Biden was as sharp as a tack. The reality lies somewhere in between.

And, as we said, these are important questions that merit investigation.

How aware was the president of what was going on in the world? Who was whispering what into his ear? And who was actually making some of the decisions that affect Americans?

But here’s the thing: The same questions also need to be asked now.

book.rhinoroofers.com

Because there are plenty of indications that Trump has no idea what’s happening in his administration, in the United States, or in the rest of the world.

For example, the administration is currently ramping up the use of the military in Portland, OR, which the president called “war-ravaged.”

However, his comments to a local reporter seems to indicate that Trump is actually clueless with regard to the actual conditions on the ground.

In the interview, he referenced a conversation with Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek (D), during which she described the reality on the ground, which was starkly different from what the president had seen and has been told.

“I spoke to the governor, she was very nice,” Trump said. “But I said, ‘Well wait a minute, am I watching things on television that are different from what’s happening? My people tell me different.’ They are literally attacking and there are fires all over the place … It looks like terrible.”

Who are these people and what are they telling the president?

Of course, we know part of the answer to these questions.

Not surprisingly, Fox News is involved. In order to hype up its coverage of the issue, the right-wing propaganda network has admitted to using footage from the 2020 George Floyd protests in Portland, which were more violent and involved more property damage.

For years, Fox (with ample help from Trump himself) has created an alternate reality that has replaced actual reality for millions of MAGA faithful… and for the president himself.

However, Trump’s ignorance does not seem to just stem from the right-wing echo chamber he helped create and lives in. It appears as though his staff is keeping him in the dark on many crucial issues.

For example, as part of the administration’s effort to punish blue states, it cut $187 million for counterterrorism efforts in New York.

That’s a big deal.

Did Trump know about it?

Apparently not.

According to The New York Times, he “was blindsided by the decision to defund the police, not learning of the cuts until Gov. Kathy Hochul of New York called him on Sunday to protest the change after the fact, according to three people with knowledge of the call.”

The funding was then restored.

And when Democratic leaders met with the president and their Republican counterparts to resolve the government shutdown, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said Trump was unaware of the looming increase in health care premiums that millions of Americans are facing.

These are all huge issues, and the president increasingly seems to be in the dark about what’s going on around him.

Here’s a video from May in which Joseph Dominquez, the president and CEO of the energy provider Constellation, explains to the president what’s in the executive order he is signing.

Part of the problem is that Trump lacks intellectual curiosity, which is quite an understatement, and that he is extraordinarily gullible.

(Too funny, is this the newspaper comics? He better look in the mirror and see who really is the un-intelluctual comic.)

That brings us to a bizarre incident last week that has largely escaped the public’s notice.

For reasons that we cannot fathom, Trump shared an AI-generated video of a Fox News segment featuring a fake version of himself that promotes a “MedBed card.” If you are unfamiliar with MedBeds, and we hope for your sake that you are, this is a popular right-wing conspiracy theory according to which the government has access to a futuristic medical technology that can cure any illness and regenerate limbs.

This is alarming for many reasons.

First of all, MedBeds aren’t real; but did Trump not know that? And didn’t he realize that this was a fake version of himself on the screen? Did he not remember that he never said those words?

The troubling answer is that he probably had no clue.

(Is this a guessing question?)

Even worse, this example shows that Trump will believe just about anything somebody who’s loyal to him puts in front of him, which is deeply concerning in light of how realistic AI-generated videos can be.

It seems as though anybody with access to the president could get him to believe the most ridiculous things.

Therefore, it is entirely conceivable that people with much more extreme agendas than Trump’s, such as ghoulish White House chief of staff Stephen Miller, or Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought, are lying to him to get the president to do their bidding.

For example, he keeps citing imaginary polls that show him with approval ratings twice as high as they are in reality. If Trump isn’t just inventing them (which is a real possibility), then someone is showing him inaccurate data that he chooses to believe.

All of this is at least as disconcerting as what happened during the last administration. Back then, everybody waited too long to have a conversation about the extent to which Biden was in control of the US government.

With much more at stake now that Trump is turning the US into an autocracy, we don’t have that luxury this time around.

We need to talk about this right now and figure out whether the president is actually running the country (which would be bad enough) or whether some of his underlings are manipulating him into doing what they want.

(This reporter is still wet behind his ears and playing way above his pay grade.)

(Was he trying out for the big league and getting double pay?)
