KOMMONSENTSJANE – President Trump Vows to Place 100% Tariff on Countries Not Doing Business on the US Dollar..

9/9/2024

Why didn’t the checks/balances of our country work to call out Pelosi/Democrats as the Durham Reported they were screwing around with our country and to allow the Democrats/Pelosi to get us into this Socialist pigs’ pen? Why?

This points out the difference in a business man and a career politician in taking care of the country’s business. Biden/Harris are trying to take our country into socialism instead of putting the starch back in the collars of the working men/women.

It is time to “trip the switch” of Biden/Harris/Pelosi/Socialists” One World Order. How does Putin feel about ONE WORLD ORDER/Pelosi/Soros/Schwab? Don’t think he is going to play second fiddle to Soros/Schwab?

Joe Biden is severely undermining the global standing of the US dollar in the economy all by himself.

(No, I disagree. The Democrat Socialists/Biden/Harris/Obama/Pelosi/Schumer aided and abetted everything Biden has done in the commission of weaponizing the government and deliberately causing this mayhem. Look at the money Biden/Harris have spent?)

It’s difficult to overstate the damage Joe Biden has inflicted on American life. (Amen to that!)

(They all contributed to the status of our country, today! Look at the waste that has been perpetuated by them trying to take down President Trump.)

President Trump Vows to Place 100% Tariff on Countries Not Doing Business on the US Dollar

Doug Goldsmith

During a rally in Wisconsin on Saturday, President Trump declared his intention to impose a 100 percent tariff on goods from countries that move away from dollar-based trades.

tThis announcement comes after years of Joe Biden and the Democrats’ actions weakening the US dollar’s position in the international arena.

The president’s decision follows a trend of foreign powers, led by China’s Xi Jinping, establishing economic trade policies with emerging markets using currencies other than the US dollar.

In response to this challenge, Trump has vowed to make it prohibitively expensive for countries to shift away from the US dollar.

During his rally speech, Trump warned that any country abandoning the dollar would face a hefty tariff on their goods if they sought to do business with the United States.

This stance echoes his recent discussions with economic advisers about how to penalize allies or adversaries engaging in bilateral trade using currencies other than the dollar.

Options under consideration have included export controls, currency manipulation charges, and tariffs.

This is not the first time President Trump has made such statements; he recently made similar remarks at the Economic Club of New York.

In contrast, he drew a clear distinction between his approach and that of Kamala and Joe Biden, who have threatened US dollar dominance during their tenure in office.

Was it always the intention of the Obama-Biden administration to diminish US global dominance? This seems to be happening rapidly now.

Under Biden, who is openly ridiculed internationally, traditional US allies are now aligning with China.

In March 2022, Saudi Arabia indicated that it might start using the Chinese yuan instead of the US dollar for future transactions.

Then in June, Joe Biden allowed the 50-year-old petrodollar agreement between the US and Saudi Arabia to lapse.

These significant developments, which could have serious implications for all Americans in the future, were completely overlooked by the leftist legacy media.

Tip Ranks reported:

The term “petrodollar” refers to the U.S. dollar’s role as the currency used for crude oil transactions on the world market. This arrangement has its roots in the 1970s when the United States and Saudi Arabia struck a deal shortly after the U.S. went off the gold standard that would go on to have far-reaching consequences for the global economy. In the history of global finance, few agreements have wielded as many benefits as the petrodollar pact did for the U.S. economy.

The petrodollar agreement, formalized after the 1973 oil crisis, stipulated that Saudi Arabia would price its oil exports exclusively in U.S. dollars and invest its surplus oil revenues in U.S. Treasury bonds. In return, the U.S. provided military support and protection to the kingdom. This arrangement was a win-win situation for both; the U.S. gained a stable source of oil and a captive market for its debt, while Saudi Arabia secured its economic and overall security.

Oil being denominated in U.S. dollars alone has significance beyond the categories of oil and finance. By mandating that oil be sold in U.S. dollars (DXY), the agreement elevated the dollar’s status as the world’s reserve currency. This, in turn, has profoundly impacted the U.S. economy. The global demand for dollars to purchase oil has helped to keep the currency strong, making imports relatively cheap for American consumers. Additionally, the influx of foreign capital into U.S. Treasury bonds has supported low interest rates and a robust bond market.

However, everything is coming to an end due to Joe Biden’s irresponsible economic and foreign policies.

The petrodollar’s expiration could weaken the U.S. dollar and, by extension, the U.S. financial markets. If oil were to be priced in a currency other than the dollar, it could lead to a decline in global demand for the greenback. This, in turn, could result in higher inflation, higher interest rates, and a weaker bond market in the United States.

Joe Biden is severely undermining the global standing of the US dollar in the economy all by himself.

It’s difficult to overstate the damage Joe Biden has inflicted on American life.

Biden seems like he is intentionally aiming to weaken our economy. Donald Trump is looking to rectify this situation and is counting on a victory in order to do so.

(I don’t think Biden is making these decisions by himself – he is playing the role of messenger.)

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Judge Merchan Faces Ethics Charges!

9/9/2024

Rotten to the core and add in all of the other trials that have been generated through the AG system – and it tells everyone that “every thing is rotten to the core in the Socialist Party in the U.S.” Lying is the forks and knives for any occasion.

Judge Merchan Faces Ethics Charges!

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan has proven time and again that he’s more of an activist than a neutral arbiter of the law. His actions in the trial of former President Donald Trump paint a clear picture: he is weaponizing the legal system for political purposes. And now, new allegations have surfaced, further confirming what we’ve all suspected — Merchan is just another tool of the radical left.

A Conflict of Interest Exposed

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) recently filed an ethics complaint against Merchan, pointing to a blatant conflict of interest. It turns out, Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is at the center of the controversy. She runs a digital marketing firm, Authentic Campaigns Inc., which has deep ties to Democratic candidates. And wouldn’t you know it — Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign recently entered into a financial relationship with Authentic.

Promoted Content

Let’s break this down. You’ve got a judge overseeing a high-profile trial involving Donald Trump, the top political adversary of the Democrats. At the same time, his daughter’s firm is raking in cash from one of the most powerful Democrats in the country — Kamala Harris. How can anyone in their right mind claim that Merchan is impartial?

The Harris Campaign’s Convenient Deal

On August 20, 2024, Harris’s campaign filed a report with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), showing a $468 payment to Authentic Campaigns Inc. for web hosting services. Sounds small, right? But this is just the tip of the iceberg. This contract, according to Stefanik, is likely the start of a much larger financial relationship between Harris’s campaign and Authentic — meaning more money, more influence, and more questions about Judge Merchan’s impartiality.

The Harris campaign conveniently switched its web hosting services to Authentic immediately after Harris became the presumptive Democratic nominee. It’s clear what’s going on here. It’s not just about a web hosting fee; it’s about positioning and influence — and Merchan is right in the middle of it.

Judge Merchan’s Predecessors Saw Through the Sham

This trial isn’t just riddled with conflicts of interest — it’s been corrupt from the start. Let’s not forget that Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney who brought the case against Trump, campaigned on taking Trump down. He openly stated that his mission was to prosecute the former president. Does that sound like justice to anyone?

What’s more, Bragg’s predecessor, Cyrus Vance, declined to prosecute Trump. Even the FEC and DOJ didn’t pursue the case. But Bragg? Oh, he just couldn’t wait to use his office as a weapon against Trump. And who does he have presiding over the case? Judge Juan Merchan, a man whose own family is entangled in the political dealings of Trump’s top rival.

DOJ Refuses to Prosecute Cohen’s Perjury

Let’s talk about real corruption for a moment. After Cohen admitted to perjury in front of Congress, that testimony was referred to the Department of Justice (DOJ). Now, under any other administration, Cohen would be prosecuted for lying under oath. But not under Biden’s DOJ. They’ve refused to do a thing. Why? Because they know Cohen is essential to their efforts to take Trump down.

It gets worse. Michael Colangelo, the third-highest-ranking official in Biden’s DOJ, was transferred to Bragg’s office to work on the Trump prosecution. Colangelo is running the show now. So not only do we have a biased judge, but the DOJ has also embedded one of their top officials in the case to ensure it goes their way. This is corruption at the highest level.

The Activist Judge’s Endgame

There’s no doubt about it. Judge Juan Merchan isn’t just presiding over a courtroom; he’s actively participating in a political takedown of Donald Trump. From his daughter’s involvement with Kamala Harris’s campaign to his acceptance of a corrupt jury selection process, Merchan is clearly working to help Biden’s re-election efforts by eliminating his biggest threat.

This isn’t justice. This is lawfare — the weaponization of our courts to destroy political adversaries. And if they can do this to Trump, who’s next?

Final Thoughts

The rot in our judicial system is deeper than we thought, and it’s clear that Judge Juan Merchan is nothing more than an activist on the bench. He has betrayed the very principles of fairness and justice that the courts are supposed to uphold. This isn’t just an attack on Trump; it’s an attack on the rule of law itself.

It’s time for every American to wake up and see the truth. This trial isn’t about justice; it’s about political revenge. And if we don’t stand up now, the weaponization of our legal system will continue to erode the very foundation of our country.

****

How can this be cleansed – by getting rid of the Biden/Kamala Socialists. If not, this will continue.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – 29 YEARS AND ONLY THREE BILLS PASSED?

9/9/2024

Is it time to hit the refresher button?

The people need to rethink the status of people in our government and how they keep getting elected when they are not effective. Bernie Sanders is a socialist. So how does he continue getting elected when the breakdown doesn’t show any socialists listed as voting?

The voters need to start re-evaluating these people who are not effective in their jobs. Our country needs people who can get things done and not rest on their laurels.

Senator Bernie Sanders

Isn’t it time for a new beginning for his state of Vermont.

Vermont Population 2024 – 647,818

Sanders’ rivals say he was a do-nothing loudmouth. His supporters say he was an uncompromising voice for democratic socialist ideals. They’re both wrong.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/what-bernie-sanders-really-got-done-in-his-29-years-in-congress

Over the past few weeks, Sen. Bernie Sanders’ (I-VT) presidential rivals have settled on a familiar line of attack against him: For all his talk of revolution, Bernie—they say—got painfully little done while in office.

“This crisis demands more than a senator who has good ideas,” said Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), in what was her sharpest rebuke of her ideological co-traveler to date, “but whose 30-year track record shows he consistently calls for things he fails to get done and consistently opposes things he nevertheless fails to stop.”

That line, like similar ones offered by former Vice President Joe Biden, was meant to undercut the notion that Sanders can deliver the big changes he’s promising. And, for the purposes of those making the accusation, it has the virtue of being statistically true. Of the 422 bills for which Sanders has been the lead sponsor during his nearly 30 years in Congress, only three have become law, according to Congress.gov. Two of them were perfunctory bills to name post offices.

“Sen. Sanders is not a team player,” one former lawmaker told The Daily Beast. “He is an ideologue, he is rigid, he is inflexible—he has a point of view that is locked down, and it’s not going to change; he’s not interested in compromise.” The Senate, said a former colleague of Sanders’, “is a place where almost everything is done with others. If you’re going to be effective and get things done, you have to work with others. That’s not Sen. Sanders’ typical style.”

Presented with these rebukes, Sanders has often bristled. During an appearance on 60 Minutes, he noted that he had passed more “bipartisan amendments” than anyone during his time in the House, and he pointed as well to his signature contribution to the Affordable Care Act—a provision providing for $11 billion in funding for community health centers. Effectiveness can be measured in a number of ways, Sanders told host Anderson Cooper: “Congress is a complicated place.”

Congress is, indeed, complicated. And so is Sanders’ legacy inside it.

On the surface, he appears to be just what Warren alleged: a man who served decades in office with little to show for it.

“He has really accomplished very little legislatively. He has accomplished a lot in terms of ideology. And that’s an important role.”

— former Rep. Barney Frank

But even some of his detractors concede that his impact cannot simply be measured in the number of bills passed. Whereas the vast majority of lawmakers have chosen to play the inside game—crafting compromises, extracting concessions, and leaning on leadership—to score legislative victories, Sanders, in the back end of his career, discovered that he could leverage power from the outside, using public spectacle, media ubiquity, and grassroots pressure campaigns to move the legislative debates in ways that he never was able to earlier in his career.

“He has really accomplished very little legislatively,” said former Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA), a consistent Sanders skeptic. “He has accomplished a lot in terms of ideology. And that’s an important role, to be the guy out there speaking.”

From conversations with over a dozen of Sanders’ current and former colleagues, former senior Democratic aides, and others who have closely followed him over time, what emerges is a picture of a lawmaker who can plausibly claim credit for major victories on Capitol Hill but who operates in a way that sets him totally apart: uncompromising, powered less by his relationships in the Capitol and more by his base of outside supporters, and, at the end of the day, focused on moving the conversation as much as moving legislation.

“People inside the Beltway, often, we think alike—we do the same shit over and over,” Rep. Mark Pocan (D-WI), a Sanders supporter, told The Daily Beast. “We don’t necessarily get a whole lot done, especially in the last decade or so. And I think, you know, the idea of building a movement of grassroots support for an issue, so that you can then influence legislators based on their constituents, is to me the smarter approach.”

“He hasn’t had anything done,” Pocan added sarcastically, “which is why every candidate now is talking about Medicare for All or universal health care.”

It wasn’t always this way. Early in his career, Sanders was widely regarded as an odd-duck backbencher who stood out as the lone self-identifying democratic socialist on Capitol Hill. For much of his career, the Vermonter was a peripheral player in Congress’ debates and power dynamics—particularly in the House, where he served from 1991 to 2007. His favored legislative tool was one that legislative rabble-rousers have often leaned on in the absence of better options: the amendment.

Sanders was so prolific at filing amendments that he was dubbed by some colleagues the “amendment king.” Often he’d find someone across the party aisles—usually fellow outsiders like former Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX)—to try to get those amendments passed. He found success, passing more amendments through roll-call votes in a Republican Congress than any other member. But as a 2005 Rolling Stone story detailed, Sanders’ often failed too. Many of his hard-won legislative achievements were usually stripped from the final versions of bills by party leaders who didn’t want to see his proposals become law. Between his years in the House and the Senate, Sanders filed over 500 amendments, with roughly one in five of them getting approved in a vote. Though not all of those were ultimately included on bills that became law, some important ones did: In 2001, Sanders got an amendment on a spending bill that prohibited goods made with child labor abroad from being imported to the U.S.

Some look back at Sanders’ “amendment king” mantle and see it as a sign of his ineffectiveness, not some mastery of the minutiae of the legislative process.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – THE DEBATE – 9/10/2024 – PRESIDENT DONAL J TRUMP (CONSERVATIVE) VERSUS KAMALA HARRIS (SOCIALIST).

9/9/2024

We wish President Trump and Harris a fair debate for the good of the country.

But, as in the past, the Democrats always play dirty pool.

The important factor is to watch Kamala Harris and how the Democrats plan to undermine President Trump.

The mark is – did NBC GIVE Harris the questions in advance like the Democrats did in order to cheat?

We will see, says the blind man.

And, to all of our fellow Americans:

United we stand – divided we fall! Remember the Democrats are divided – not the conservatives.

My blog will dedicate this debate to JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Justice for All which has been missing in action (MIA) in the Biden administration.
