China has weaponized an unconventional tool for fun and profit: lawfare. This strategy, defined as the manipulation of legal systems and international norms to achieve strategic goals, has become a central pillar of China’s foreign policy. Through the calculated use of domestic and international laws, Beijing justifies its aggressive territorial claims, silences dissent, controls foreign businesses, and advances its global influence—all under the guise of legal legitimacy.
Lawfare as a Propaganda Tool
At its core, China’s lawfare strategy is not just about achieving tangible geopolitical wins; it’s also about controlling the narrative. By framing its actions as lawful responses to perceived threats or historical claims, Beijing crafts a facade of legitimacy. This narrative serves two primary audiences: its domestic population, where state media reinforces China’s righteous stance, and the international community, where Beijing aims to sow doubt and complicate diplomatic responses.
As highlighted in the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) report, China’s “Legal Great Wall” is not just a collection of domestic laws but an integrated part of its broader strategy to advance its interests. The report identifies laws such as the National Security Law, Intelligence Law, and Anti-Espionage Law as critical tools that allow China to surveil foreign businesses and individuals. For example, the Counterterrorism Law mandates that telecommunications and internet companies must provide information and technical support to public organizations investigating terrorism. The Cyber Security Law and Data Security Law require foreign companies to store data in China and seek government approval before transferring certain types of data out of the country.
In the South China Sea, China’s lawfare strategy is perhaps most visible. Despite a 2016 international tribunal ruling overwhelmingly in favor of the Philippines and against China’s nine-dash line territorial claims, Beijing dismissed the verdict as “null and void.” Instead of complying, China doubled down, building artificial islands, deploying its maritime militia, and introducing new domestic laws to justify its illegal maritime activities. As the report points out, “The PRC rotates a set of layered arguments to justify maritime claims, constrain freedom of navigation for military purposes, and question the legitimacy of the existing maritime order.”
This approach isn’t limited to maritime disputes. In Hong Kong, China’s National Security Law systematically dismantled the region’s autonomy, all while Beijing framed its actions as necessary legal measures to ensure stability and national security. According to the law, the Chinese government can bypass local courts and directly prosecute individuals it perceives as a threat to national security. This legal mechanism has silenced dissent and given Beijing near-total control over Hong Kong’s governance.
Who Are the Targets?
China’s lawfare primarily targets nations and organizations that pose a geopolitical challenge or economic opportunity. In the South China Sea, smaller nations like the Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia face constant harassment from China’s maritime forces. Similarly, tech giants like Apple and Microsoft operating in China must comply with stringent cybersecurity and data localization laws, allowing Beijing to control information flows and monitor foreign entities.
International organizations are also frequent targets. The World Health Organization (WHO) has faced criticism for appearing overly deferential to China during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic—a testament to China’s ability to influence global institutions through financial contributions and strategic legal interpretations. As one analyst put it, “The WHO’s deference to China is a matter of discussion in the international community.”
Even regional partnerships, such as China’s relationship with Cambodia, highlight the power of lawfare. In 2020, China and Cambodia signed a Free Trade Agreement, allowing for increased trade relations. However, this agreement also masked deeper strategic goals, such as speculation about a potential Chinese naval base in Cambodia—a move that could give China a strategic foothold in the Gulf of Thailand.
How Effective Is China’s Lawfare?
China’s lawfare strategy has seen mixed results. In some areas, such as the South China Sea, Beijing’s approach has been alarmingly effective. Artificial islands have become military fortresses, and China’s maritime militia dominates contested waters with little effective pushback.
However, on the global stage, China’s lawfare has not been universally successful. Efforts to manipulate institutions like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have largely failed due to strong institutional safeguards. Additionally, blatant violations of international law, such as the dismissal of the South China Sea ruling, have damaged China’s reputation and triggered stronger regional alliances against Beijing.
As noted by experts, “The effectiveness and visibility of China’s lawfare strategy are intricately linked. Visible uses, while achieving some domestic control, can also provoke international pushback. Conversely, subtler efforts may yield more limited gains but face less immediate resistance or tension.”
Lawfare as a Performance for Allies and a Gaslighting Tactic
China’s lawfare isn’t just about practical outcomes; it’s also a performance for its allies and an exercise in gaslighting the global community. By framing its aggressive actions as legally justified, China signals to allies like Russia and Iran that international norms are flexible and exploitable.
At the same time, China creates confusion and doubt among nations attempting to hold it accountable. Legal jargon and convoluted arguments allow Beijing to muddy the waters, delaying diplomatic and legal responses while continuing its aggressive behavior.
How Threatening Is This to the U.S.?
China’s use of lawfare is a potent and evolving strategy that combines propaganda, strategic manipulation, and coercion under the veneer of legality. While the U.S. maintains military and economic superiority, it lags behind in recognizing and countering lawfare tactics. Unlike China, which integrates lawfare into its civil-military strategy, the U.S. lacks a coordinated response.
China’s legal maneuvers threaten U.S. allies in the Indo-Pacific, undermine freedom of navigation in international waters, and set dangerous precedents for other authoritarian states. Additionally, China’s data laws pose cybersecurity risks to American companies operating in Chinese markets.
The U.S. Response: Playing Catch-Up
The U.S. is beginning to recognize the threat posed by China’s lawfare, but progress remains slow. Congress has requested briefings and reports from the Department of Defense (DoD) on adversarial lawfare tactics, but these measures fall short of addressing the scale of the problem.
Some military commands have started counter-lawfare programs, and the DoD now includes sections on China’s legal strategies in its annual reports. However, the U.S. still lacks a dedicated office or full-time personnel solely focused on countering adversary lawfare. For the U.S. and its allies, countering China’s lawfare requires more than PowerPoint briefings—it demands coordinated action, legal expertise, and a willingness to call out Beijing’s tactics on the global stage.

In March 2024, Senator Chuckles Schumer(D-NY), now the soon to be former Senate Majority Leader, and the highest ranking Jewish member of the Congress, called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “an obstacle for peace” and called for new Israeli elections, drawing backlash from Republican lawmakers and even one Democrat in Congress, Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.), chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. And while this “kapo” was speaking during the Chicago convention, it was noted that during his seven-minute speech he did not mention Israel or the hostages held by Hamas terrorists in Gaza. Schumer is a traitor to the Jewish community, as is Komrade Bernie.

Lastly, in a speech regarding antisemitism, former President, and thankfully now President-Elect, Donald John Trump said Jews are facing an environment paralleling events that led to the Holocaust due to the actions of anti-Israel forces and those who espouse “Jew Hate,” while he had repeatedly placed the blame squarely on the Biden-Harris administration. “What’s going on now is exactly what was going on before the Holocaust,” Trump said in the speech in New Jersey, attended by some of his most prominent Jewish supporters. Furthermore, during the 2024 presidential election, 43% of Jewish New Yorkers voted for Trump, which is a record. What about the remaining 57% who could not separate themselves from the anti-Semitic Democratic Party, who have repeatedly failed to acknowledge the over 10,000 “Jew hate” reported incidents since 2023? On the national front, 32% of Jewish Americans voted for Trump, which is a record high in this category. What did the remaining 68% fail to see? They too could not/would not separate themselves from the radical, progressive Democrats.
Looking back to 2015, after several deadly anti-Semitic driven attacks in European cities like London, Paris and Copenhagen, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called upon Europe’s Jewish population to leave, or in other words, the “Aliyah,” which is defined as the immigration of the Jewish people. In reverse, it could be defined as the “Jewish diaspora(תְּפוּצָה):” is the dispersion of Israelites or Jews out of their ancient ancestral homeland.” Nine years ago, while speaking at Paris’ Grand Synagogue, Netanyahu stated: “Of course, Jews deserve protection in every country. But we say to Jews, to our brothers and sisters: Israel is your home.” And even in 2024, numerous French Jews are relocating to Israel.
Furthermore, former French President François Hollande, parroting numerous European leaders, made a weak attempt to counterpunch Netanyahu’s assessment, at the time appealing to France’s Jewish population, “Your place is here, in your home. France is your country.” This statement was in 2015.

French citizen Mireille Knoll believed that Paris was her home, despite the fact that during the Nazi occupation of “The City of Lights,” the Schutzstaffel (SS) and the Geheime Staatspolizei (Gestapo) arrested over 13,000 Jewish Parisians, 4,000 of them children, and deported them to their deaths at Auschwitz. Mireille Knoll, with her mother, escaped this deportation during the Holocaust and fled to Portugal, only to live out her final years in Paris suffering from the effects of Parkinson’s Disease. Mirielle Knoll’s killers stabbed her 11 times in her apartment and then set it on fire. Firefighters found the burned body on a Friday night. It doesn’t take a Sherlock Holmes to determine which particular group, a group that hates the world’s Jewish people as much as Hitler’s Nazi Germany, was responsible, considering France’s immigration policy.
Well, the Paris Police Prefecture arrested two suspects, a 29-year-old and a 21-year-old. The older “man” was a neighbor the victim had known since he was a child. The younger “man”, according to reports, was homeless. One of the suspects, during the investigation, reported that the other had shouted “Allah Akbar” while killing Mireille Knoll, according to Le Monde. The attorney representing the Knoll family, Gilles-William Goldnadel, confirmed what had happened. Gérard Collomb, the interior minister, told Parliament that one of the attackers had told the other: “She’s a Jew. She must have money.” Not one word of condemnation or acknowledgement regarding this horrible attack was mentioned on the “news” channels of the bootlicking dregs of the mainstream media (MSM) here in the United States. By the way, Mireille Knoll was far from having money. Just another false stereotype promulgated by hate.

Very much closer to home, and since October 7, 2023, there has been a marked rise in anti-Semitic rhetoric, as previously cited, without any condemnation of the extremists of the progressive liberal left, the self-centered, elitist hypocrites of the entertainment industry and the corporate dregs of the MSM. It’s as if nothing is happening. And both Harris and Biden said that they understood the protesters who vandalized college campuses and threatened Jewish students, both physically and verbally. And did not stand with Israel.

There is an interesting photo of Obama, then the junior US Senator from Illinois, after a “career” as a neighborhood organizer, who attended a meeting in 2005 with Louis Farrakhan. The Anti-Defamation League then insisted that Obama denounce Farrakhan. Furthermore, attorney and staunch pro-Israel activist, law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz, an avowed Libertarian, said that he would not have campaigned for Obama had he known about the photo. The photograph in question was sat on by the photographer. Guess what? Nothing on the MSM! No words of condemnation from the liberal leftist establishment. No acknowledgement! Not one! Hypocrisy running rampant. By the way, Dershowitz had an epiphany and voted for President-elect Donald John Trump, who stands with Israel.
Jewish American Liberals remain our own worst enemies. What people forget is that history is a very harsh teacher and if historical mistakes are repeated, the consequences are worse the second time around. As a case in point, the modern day Jewish American liberal has failed to learn from the same mistakes of the Jewish German Liberals of the 1920’s who helped fund the National Socialist German Workers Party. Jewish liberals follow an ideology that embraces pacifism, the denial of the right of defense of self or others. Yet, Congress had passed the “The Jerusalem Embassy Act” in 1995, directing the embassy move to Jerusalem.
The day the US Embassy opened in Jerusalem, there were violent protests erupting along Israel’s border with Gaza. A Hamas leader said two days later that 50 of the 62 people killed by the IDF, who was protecting Israel’s sovereignty, were members of Hamas and the rest were “from the people.” Years ago the United States labeled Hamas as a terrorist organization, has stood by Israel in the wake of the killings and criticism of the Israelis defending themselves. The extremists of the liberal left view Palestinians as victims, while the Israelis are murderers for defending themselves.

What is most interesting to note is that none, not one, of the Democratic Jewish members of either the Congress said one thing of importance in support of Israel defending herself after 10/7. As a sampling, that included soon to be Senate Minority Leader Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY); Komrade Bernie Sanders (D-VT); Senator Benjamin Cardin (D-MA); Representative Jerrold Nadler (D-NY); former Representative Nina Lowey (D-NY); former Representative Eliot Engel (D-NY); the mad Russian hunter himself, senator-elect Adam Schiff (D-CA)…unbelievable huh?…and last but not least, Representative Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL). By the way, DWS was the former Chair of the DNC, who was a willing participant, led by Hillary Clinton, who “purchased” the 2016 Democratic nomination out from under Grandpa Bernie for $24M, in addition to refusing the FBI’s assistance in working through the DNC’s hacked servers. On a side note, when DWS resigned as DNC Chair, just take one guess who hired her to work as a “consultant” on her about to bite the dust second failed Presidential run?
Despite Israel’s long and deep rooted relationship as the United States’ only democratic ally in the Middle East, the Obama and Biden administrations destabilized Middle East, the time frame from 2009-2016 and 2021-2024 which resulted in the weakest links between the two countries. Thanks to Obama and his former Secretaries of state, Clinton and John Kerry, along with former UN Ambassador Samantha Power, and continuing on through the Biden-Harris administration (easily the worst in US history), Israel was, and is, essentially left to stand alone against the anti-Semites in the UN, its neighboring countries and Iran, along with its proxies . Don’t forget, it was Obama, along with Kerry, who shoved the JCPOA Iran nuclear deal down the throats of the American people, while sending them $150B in cash, on wood pallets. It took the foresight of then President Donald John Trump to remove the US from the JCPOA, which Biden tried to re-enter. Obama called his JCPOA “the strongest non-proliferation agreement ever negotiated.” Interestingly, Iran was to be given six weeks notice of an IAEA inspection. In other words, Iran would have gotten more than enough warning to “sweep things under the rug.”
During Obama’s tenure, his disdain for Israel illustrated the radical, progressive left and its anti-Semetic stance, the Federal government traced some of the $150B released by that administration to Iranian funded terrorists in the two years since the cash was transferred. According to the Washington Examiner, Iran has used the funds to pay the Lebanon-based terrorist group Hezbollah, along with the Quds Force, Iran’s main foreign intelligence and covert service, and element of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard. By the way, only one American POTUS has ever bowed to a foreign leader. Guess who?

Furthermore, Trump signed an Executive Order that Judaism be recognized as a nationality under Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Title VI prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance. The statutes, regulations, guidance, and enforcement of Title VI from the Civil Rights Division are overseen by the Department of Justice. Moreover, in May, 2020, Trump signed the “Never Again” Education Act, Public Law No: 116-141 (05/29/2020), into law, which saw to allocate funding to expand Holocaust awareness and curriculum through the internet. And the 45th/47th POTUS stands with Israel.

If the radical, progressive left kept referring to President-elect Donald John Trump as a Nazi, it kind of makes one think who has the obsession with the National Socialist German Workers Party, yet were absolutely 10000% wrong on each count. It was the Biden-Harris administration who ignored the Trump sanctions against Iran and the Abraham Accords.
From day one of the worst POTUS in American history, Biden refused to enforce the sanctions placed on Iran and against Iranian oil buyers. When Obama was the POTUS, who definitely leaned towards the mullahs, Iran was pumping out three million barrels of oil per day(BPD)…lots of money to feed the regime. In comes former President, and now President-elect, Donald John Trump and he placed sanctions on Iran that cut oil production to 300,000 BPD, that left the country teetering on the verge of financial collapse. And in 2021, Biden ignored all of the Trump sanctions, which allowed Iran to increase oil production to the tune of 3.5 million BPD. The result was letting the regime amass over $86 billion, therefore freeing up cash to fund terrorist proxies and buy more uranium. It’s a sure bet that Iran will face the Trumpian financial sanctions once again, which were never off the books, but never enforced by the Biden-Harris administration.
In its continuing attempts to undermine and control Israeli military operations, The World Israel News reported that the Biden administration admonished Israel, issuing a “sharp” warning regarding a memorandum demanding Israel make over a dozen policy changes in the Gaza Strip or else face an arms embargo, Israel’s Channel 12 reported. According to a report by Channel 12, however, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin warned that the administration would restrict the transfer of military equipment to Israel, should it fail to implement the policy changes listed in a memo from the Biden administration. Moreover, it’s been reported more than a few times that the Biden-Harris administration leaked military information to Iran regarding Israeli retaliation from the most recent missile attacks. And it’s hard to fathom that liberal Jewish Americans actually voted for Harris, who is left of Biden.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio
President-elect Donald John Trump stated that Senator Marco Rubio(R-FL) will be appointed as Secretary of State, who is another ardent supporter of Israel. Rubio has a solid bi-partisan relationship in the Senate and is the chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee. Months ago Rubio was asked his opinion of the Gaza War. Without hesitation, Rubio said that he wants to see “every element of Hamas destroyed!” Standing with Israel!
Secretary of Defense Peter Hegseth
President-elect Donald John Trump shared out that Pete Hegseth will be appointed as the Secretary of Defense. While this was met with surprise, especially from the bootlicking, dregs of the coastal, corporate mainstream media stating how could a Fox News personality get this job? Well, yes Hegseth is a Fox personality, but the military has been central to his being for over 20 years, seeing combat in Iraq and Afghanistan as an infantry officer with the Minnesota National Guard, being promoted to the rank of major, while receiving two Bronze Stars. He also served as a platoon leader while stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He also served as the Executive Director as Vets for Freedom. Hegseth also graduated from Princeton and earned a Master of Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Finally, he played basketball for Princeton. And Hegseth is a staunch advocate for Israel. It’s easy to see that Hegseth is more qualified than Harris was as POTUS.

And to further demonstrate that President Donald John Trump truly stands with Israel was the appointment of former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee(R) as the US Ambassador to Israel. Ambassador to be Huckabee has clearly been a supporter of Israel by not only raising money to assist indigent Jewish and Christian people, but has visited Israel numerous times. Huckabee does stand with Israel.

With the current nationwide situation of rather large drones hovering over New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Maryland, along with other eastern states, and now being reported over California, the Federal Government under this failure of a president has not been forthright with the American citizen regarding the who, what, when, where and the why our skies are filled with unidentified drones. Since they first appeared in November, the drones have been clustered in groups ranging from four to 20.
Pushed by local leaders to address exactly what has been happening in US airspace for nearly a month, National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby(pictured) had the nerve to brush off concerns.
Beginning in the middle of November, there were reports of unidentified drone sightings near US military installations and over residences which resulted in causes for alarm. To that end, White House national security communications adviser John Kirby repeatedly stated that many of the reported drone sightings are actually lawfully operated manned aircraft and that there is no evidence of a national security or public safety threat. The residents in the vicinities of the drones remain angry, concerned, scared and frustrated, while they believe the government’s answers are insufficient and have threatened to take matters into their own hands…translation: shoot them down. In other words, “Don’t believe your lying eyes. Believe us.” This is a typical strategy employed by the woke, radical progressive left to deflect, distract, distort, while they search for someone to demonize…maybe President-elect Donald John Trump…TDS: Trump Derangement Syndrome. So, once again they are gaslighting as usual, while the White House is telling Americans who are distraught and distressed by the drones hovering suspiciously over parts of the northeast: “Trust us…nothing to worry about!” Let’s remember that gaslighting the country, and the world for that matter, is a specialty of this administration. While making an appearance on the low rated and failing CNN, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas stated that the Federal government doesn’t have the authority to shoot down drones and he believes reports of some sightings are cases of mistaken identity. Mayorkas said officials believe reported drone sightings are actually small aircraft “where people are misidentifying them,” noting that some can be purchased at “convenience stores.”“We know of no threat or nefarious activity,” he said. I don’t know of any “small aircraft” that are six feet in length and can shut off their wing and fuselage lights if they are spotted, while flying in clusters of assorted numbers. As for Mayorkas, this persistent liar has zero credibility for the last 3.5 years of perjuring himself before The Congress in regards to the Biden-Harris disaster at the borders…until six months ago when the poll numbers showed President-elect Donald John Trump pacing the campaign.
Mayorkas continued:“We haven’t seen anything unusual. We know of no known threat. Secondly, we have gone to Congress repeatedly asking for more authority to counter drone activity. And we have also asked for more authority to give to the state and local officials under our supervision because … those authorities need to be expanded.” The last component of this blowing smoke interview is Mayorkas simply passing the buck for his incompetence and inability to take any kind of decisive action to protect the homeland. Another Mayorkas tidbit: He “explained” that as of September, 2023, flying drones at night was deregulated. So, all of the sudden anyone who owns a drone decided to fly them at one time? That is not really an answer in anyway, shape of form! This is the Biden administration gaslighting the public once again. It’s been reported that people who own a drone are launching theirs to search for other drones. And still the Federal Government is stating that there’s no danger…

As reported by Fox News, the chief of police in Harwich, Massachusetts said that a resident called local authorities after spotting 10-15 drones hovering above her house. According to a release from Harwich Chief of Police Kevin Considine, a resident called police to report “unknown drone activity over her house” on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 9 p.m.”The resident could not hear the drones but stated they were very bright, and she observed them for over an hour,” Considine said.
Sheriff Michael Mastronardy
As reported by Fox News, Ocean County (New Jersey) Sheriff Michael Mastronardy said that the drones have raised concerns after his office revealed that one of the mystery aircraft it had tracked “easily” evaded their own device before disappearing into the night. Mastronardy told News Nation his office launched its own drone after one of his officers called in 50 unmanned aerial vehicles “coming off the ocean.” “We contacted state police. We contacted the FBI. We contacted the Coast Guard, at which point the Coast Guard went out with their boat and they reported seeing 13 (drones) following their boat,” Mastronardy told the outlet. “And then the Coast Guard also advised that they went over them about 300 feet and had a wingspan of about eight feet.” The department shared that the unidentified drones, estimated to be 8 to 10 feet wide, evade detection because they don’t give off heat.
The New York Post has reported that the “NYPD has a fleet of at least 109 drones that could be called into service in the face of recent incursions in the skies over New York and New Jersey. About 60 police officers, many of whom are licensed by the FAA, are trained to use the devices called unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).“
Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said that the drones have been flying over his home, and ripped DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for downplaying concerns about them. Additionally, Christie suggested that the non-answers coming from officials including Mayorkas are to blame for the widespread panic over the recent bizarre and unexplained sightings across New Jersey, New York and the country. Interestingly, New Jersey’s largest utility has asked the Federal Aviation Administration to halt all air traffic over two of its nuclear power plants, after drones were spotted over the sensitive sites. Representative Jeff Van Drew(R-NJ) stated he remains stunned that the outgoing administration continues to provide flimsy answers about what’s been invading U.S. airspace, or who’s behind the unmanned aircrafts.
The FBI, Homeland Security and various state police departments are investigating the sightings. Authorities say they don’t know if it is one drone that has been spotted many times or if there are multiple aircraft being flown in a coordinated effort. However, speculation has raged online, with some expressing concerns that the drone or drones could be part of an evil plot by foreign agents. Officials stress that ongoing state and federal investigations have found no evidence to support those fears. Yet the Federal Government has essentially remained silent without any specifics. If the drones approached the east coast from the Atlantic Ocean, there has to be a floating launch platform and system. The US territorial seas extend 200 nautical miles (230 standard miles)from the shoreline in adherence to the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLOS). Therefore, within this 200 nautical mile area, US sovereignty extends to the airspace above down to the seabed, giving the US exclusive rights to regulate navigation and collect taxes(No shock there!) from ships passing through these waters. So, if there is in fact a ship outside US territory it would have to be large enough to cross the Atlantic with a boatload of drones and spare parts to say the least. And what type of ship is a floating airport? Why an aircraft carrier of course. There have been rumors that Iran modified cargo ships into flattops and disappeared for a couple of weeks. Don’t forget that rumors and speculation mean nothing unless absolutely confirmed. And this administration ain’t saying nothing about nothing! Biden dereliction.
President-elect Donald John Trump called on the Biden administration to start providing answers about the drones or shoot them down. The Biden-Harris administration is adamant that they don’t know what the drones are, where they were launched from or what their intentions might be. And don’t forget about the Chinese spy balloons that flew over the country before finally being addressed and shot down. This lame-duck president has shown zero leadership with possible national security implications. Furthermore, numerous members of the Congress state that they have conferenced with Department of Defense officials and really didn’t have any pertinent information to share. So whatever the DOD has, or doesn’t have information wise, they are not being forthright, which is causing confusion and concern nationwide.
In review, earlier in 2024, the White House and various departments remained tighter than a fresh clam in regards to the Chinese spy balloons that was leisurely taking in US military bases as it crossed the country courtesy of the Jet Stream. The Biden administration had absolutely blown what minuscule credibility it had left with remaining quiet during this drone thing. Biden dereliction.
The lack of transparency and credibility the Federal Government has under this failure of a president got the restrictions for the Wuhan pandemic wrong, while refusing to identify the location of its origin; they screwed the pooch with the cowardly retreat in Afghanistan, which left 13 members of the military dead, while leaving behind $86 billion worth of military equipment, along with abandoning American citizens and cooperating Afghan citizens; there were the lies, the corruption and the deceit regarding the Biden-Harris-Obama plans with the open borders to fundamentally change the country as over 20 million illegal aliens entered the country, with a plethora of Americans murdered by illegal alien criminals and a surge in crime in sanctuary cities, without any apparent remorse or accountability from woke district attorneys; DementiaJoe lied about pardoning Hunter Biden for crimes he did commit, who was found guilty on Federal Tax Evasion and firearms possession while lying on a gun permit application, another Felony, along with crimes he may have committed since “The Big Guy” was vice president, along with millions of dollars passed onto the Biden syndicate from foreign governments such as The Ukraine, Russia, Romania and the draconian Communist Chinese Republic. And let’s not forget the weaponization of the FBI and DOJ which went after members of the opposition parties that were viewed as a threat to the radical, progressive left’s power in the Congress. They targeted President-Elect Donald John Trump on the federal, state and local levels for things Biden himself was guilty of…such as Trump being accused of illegally possessing classified information and documents when his tenure ended. But under the Presidential Records Act, he was allowed to remain in possession of his papers, similar to Obama, Clinton and other past presidents. Biden on the other hand, possessed classified documents and papers from his time as a senator and vice president that he was not authorized to possess. Bubba Clinton kept Oval Office recordings in his sock drawer, while Obama brought over one million documents with him for his library. Yet the Biden DOJ and FBI went after Trump, even raiding Mar-a-Lago and going through Melania Trump’s undergarment drawer. There were no such raids at the Biden home in Delaware when his papers were openly displayed in the garage, protected by his prize Corvette. So, after almost four years, and in a nutshell, the Biden-Harris(Obama 2.0) administration can easily be judged as one of the worst Executive Branches in US History…outCartering Jimmy.
Moreover, the unidentified drones that have been plaguing the skies over the northeast shut down the runways of Stewart International Airport, located near Newburgh, New York in Orange County, prompting Governor Kathy Hochul(D-NY) to demand that the Federal Government take action. Stewart Airport services both commercial and military flights and is adjacent to a New York Air National Guard base, where the 105th Airlift Wing is stationed. And the governor will be waiting…Hopefully until 2026 when she’s voted out of office!
In their usual sloth response, Federal officials are set to deploy a high-tech drone detection system to New York State as swarms of unidentified flying objects popping up in the tri-state area continue to leave experts perplexed. How are these so-called experts “perplexed?” It means that they are clueless or covering up the truth! The drones will/may/should help state and local law enforcement in their investigation into the mysterious drones that have been spotted flickering across the night sky over the past month Hochul said. I am not very confident with any results that the Feds may get. As for law enforcement, if they are permitted to do their jobs, we will arrive at some kind of conclusion.
If the US government actually has no idea what the drones are or who’s operating them, that’s a scandalous, massive national-security failure. Lastly, in regards to the drones, various spokespeople for the Federal Government said that they didn’t have any information but not to be concerned. Just tell me how stupid is that?? What are they hiding or as I said, are they just grossly misleading, grossly incompetent, while insulting our intelligence, as they continue their strategy of gaslighting the public?Biden dereliction.
Finally, President-elect Donald John Trump accused DementiaJoe and the Pentagon of hiding information about large drones spotted hovering above New Jersey and New York. “The government knows what is happening,” Trump said after Biden representatives pleaded ignorance despite thousands of New Jersey and New York City residents spotted, and in some instances, photographing the unidentified aircraft. As I maintain, the Biden administration continues to gaslight the American people, but people can see through their lies, right until the end.
In a nutshell, the Federal Government is saying nothing about the drones! And with this latest national security issue, Biden is derelict in his duty of serving the country. And Harris?
