KOMMONSENTSJANE – Jack Smith’s Irregular Trump Case Actions Raise RED FLAG.

10/19/2024

The fact that it is redacted information makes one think – was this released to further interfere with the election? As Senator John Kennedy stated – we must fight like hell against these last-ditch attacks from the puppet-masters in the Biden White House.

The people are getting disgusted with these attacks on President Trump. For eight (8) years doggedly pursuing him with weaponization, prosecutions, special counsels, impeachments, investigations, lies, and now this latest attack days before the election.

The people would do well by voting for President Trump who will eliminate the complete double standard that exists in America – one set of rules for Democrats, and one for everyone else. We all know that Kamala Harris will continue and has even threatened any one who votes for Trump – she will come after all of us.

We know that Obama spent eight years in office weaponizing and firing all conservatives in the government and the military and that was the problem during Trump’s time in office – he thought he could work with both sides of the aisle. As you know that didn’t work because they betrayed him.

The only person that can make big changes will be President Trump. We all know that Kamala Harris is not qualified for the position and that is why Obama/et al are trying to pump up her candidacy. He and Pelosi were making decisions for Biden and those two will do the same for Harris.

We cannot continue on this path because our country/Constitution will not survive.

Four years ago, America had secure borders, low inflation, low employment, low taxes, less regulation, energy independence, peace in the Middle East, a strong military and no wars under President Trump.

Then, the Harris/Biden Democrats squandered it..

And not a peep from the media.

A Harris win would treat Election Day like the starting line and proceed to spend the next four years injecting their radicalism into our veins.

Do not take your vote lightly – it is a matter of life and death for our country/Constitution/Bill of Rights because the lefties are not following our freedom for the past four years.

Jack Smith Filing—Five Biggest Bombshells

Legal experts have raised concerns that special counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice Jack Smith overstepped his mandate with the latest evidence release in his pursuit of criminal charges against former President Donald Trump.

The Supreme Court earlier this year ruled that presidents have immunity related to “official acts” performed as part of their duties, leading Smith to reframe his case against Trump. Friday saw another release of evidence that may include redacted transcripts of grand jury testimony amid some 1,900 pages of documents.

The new filings targeted Trump for the same actions, but this time tied them to Trump, the presidential candidate—therefore, a private citizen—rather than Trump, the sitting president, to account for the new ruling.

CNN’s legal expert Elie Honig made waves when he penned an op-ed for New York Magazine’s Intelligencer in which he accused Smith of taking a legal “cheap shot” by refiling and announcing charges against Trump within 60 days of the election—a breach of Justice Department policy.Special Counsel Jack Smith delivers remarks on a recently unsealed indictment including four felony counts against former U.S. President Donald Trump on August 1, 2023, in Washington, D.C. Honig, who previously served as an assistant U.S. attorney in New York and the attorney general of New Jersey, accused Smith of abandoning “any pretense” with the filing, saying that Smith will “bend any rule, switch up any practice—so long as he gets to chip away at Trump’s electoral prospects.

Fox News legal expert Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, told Newsweek that Smith engaged in the legal version of “shrinkflation,” which would likely prove “insufficient” in the eyes of “many of the justices.”

“There’s two controversies that arose with the filing,” Turley said. “One is a lack of substantiative charges: Many of these changes are rhetorical or cosmetic. He simply swapped out references to official conduct and insisted that these were all personal acts, the base allegations have not changed dramatically.”

Turley named the second controversy as “the timing,” noting that “any trial would occur in 2025…there was no reason to release this filing shortly before an election, and that’s the view, not just—I was very critical when it was filed, but so was the CNN senior legal analyst, as was Harvard’s Jack Goldsmith.”

“This is criticism coming from across the political spectrum,” Turley said, adding that he wouldn’t characterize Smith’s actions as election interference, but that he would say “the court made the wrong decision in releasing this…that it was unnecessary.”

“Smith made it clear that he would he did not feel bound by that policy, and whether or not that’s a binding policy or not, most prosecutors and judges would seek to avoid the appearance of interference,” Turley said. “Particularly in a case like this one…where the release before the election was entirely gratuitous.”

“The one thing missing here is the need for this, and also the court itself said that this was procedurally irregular, and one would think that having come to the conclusion … the court would be cognizant of the obvious appearance to the public,” Turley said, expressing disappointment that the court “yielded to the demand.”Professor of public interest law at George Washington University Law School Jonathan Turley testifies during a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee at Rayburn House Office Building June 30, 2021 in Washington, DC. However, the opinion has not been universal: Gene Rossi, who racked up nearly three decades of experience at the U.S. Justice Department, pushed back on suggestions that Smith or Judge Tayna Chutkan have acted improperly.

“I respectfully disagree with Elie Honig,” Rossi told Newsweek in a phone interview. “He’s a friend of mine. It is not a cheap shot.”

Rossi argued that Chutkan has “moved with alacrity because she says she’s not going to slow down the case because of the election.”

“She had briefings in August or September, which is plenty of time to raise these issues, and she’s moving her case along as if Donald Trump were an average citizen,” Rossi said.

“They are criticizing Judge Chutkin for treating Donald Trump just like everybody else,” Rossi said. “If Donald Trump’s name were not in the indictment, and it were John Doe, and the Supreme Court came down with the opinion on July 1, she would have had a briefing schedule by the end of July.”

“To say that she’s interfering in an election, I think is unfair,” Rossi said. “She’s just treating her docket like she would with any other defendant, and what she’s doing is applying the law without fear or favor and not giving any consideration to who the defendant is. We should commend her for that, not criticize so I respectfully disagree.”

Rossi said any argument for election interference is “ephemeral” and “a political argument” since “there’s no basis in the law, the statutes or the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure that prevent her from doing what she has done.”

“Justice delayed is justice denied,” Rossi said. “And remember, the public has a right to a speedy trial…Judge Chutkan should be commended for treating Donald Trump just like everybody else.”

The concern over releasing the documents relates to the potential impact on voters in what has continually proven to be a tightly contested election, with national average polling data finding around two and a half to three points between Trump and Democrat nominee Vice President Kamala Harris since the start of September.

Lee Miringoff, director of Marist College’s Institute for Public Opinion, which runs the nationally-renowned polling department, told Newsweek that “there isn’t much going to happen that’s going to bolster the numbers in a dramatic way.”

“I think the latest redo will be seen through the lenses of most of the people who have already decided what they’re doing,” Miringoff said. “I don’t think it has the 2016 feel to it, but I think you really want to still have the last story be a good story.”

“This is sort of part of what the Trump campaign and the Trump persona has been about,” Miringoff said.

“I do think there’s a marginal difference in the close race that could have some impact, but not the kind of redirection of large numbers of people who already – some have already voted, and some of whom, many of whom may already have decided where they’re going with this thing.”

“Everything is pretty well defined, but that doesn’t speak to the issues of turnout in the base and you know, people who are getting exhausted by this,” Miringoff said.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Americans Feel They Were Better Off Under President Trump.

10/19/2024

Americans feel they were better off under President Trump.

When Pelosi/Obama/Clooney and Vice President Kamala Harris stole President Joe Biden’s spot at the top of the Democratic ticket, many assumed her Left-wing ideology would immediately take center stage. Lo and behold, that’s what happened.

Harris is a progressive’s progressive. She’s pro-affirmative action and supports gun control. She is weak on illegal immigration, has defended sanctuary cities, and was one of ten senators who opposed the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement in part because it didn’t tackle climate change.

Four years ago, Americans had secure borders, low inflation, low unemployment, low taxes, less regulation, energy independence, peace in the Middle East, a strong military, and no new wars.

What happened – the BIDEN/HARRIS Marxists squandered it all.

And not a peep from the media while the dumpster fire of the last four years was raging.

How could anyone vote for Kamala Harris who is farther left than Senator Sanders.

She is not interested in making things better. She would pour gasoline on the dumpster fire to escalate our finish. She cares nothing about the people – only their money and the main promise is reparations and free loans for your vote.

Her leadership has been proven to be nonexistence due to her lack of experience and empty-headedness.

And, now, we have Obama/Michelle entering her campaign to bring in their road show to excite the men to vote for her because if Kamala loses Obama/Michelle become like the rest of the politicians who lose their power.

If you think our country couldn’t go any lower, than look at her past as the vice president where she achieved nothing for the people but word salads.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Carnival Barker Obama Uses Withering Mockery in Arizona. Does he think he is on the ballot?

10/19/2024

First, he is telling the black people who they have to vote for and now is telling white people that President Trump is bad – when Trump did more in four years than Obama ever thought about doing after eight years – for all of the people when he was in office.

And, we really don’t know who Obama really is – just like Kamala Harris. What are they hiding?

Besides Obama is working with the One World Order/Soros/U.N. to turn our country into Marxism.

*****

Folks, we have to realize Obama is the person who has put us in this crack. He weaponized the whole government/military against the people during his eight years and is still trying to continue keeping us on this Marxists track.

Obama/Biden/Harris back Iran/Hamas. That should tell us all we need to know. Look at how much taxpayer money they have given Iran/Hamas.

He and Pelosi stabbed Biden and stole the money/votes and gave them to Kamala Harris.

He is not an honest broker. He wants to continue this charade against the American people by denigrating President Trump.

He knows if Kamala Harris doesn’t win – HIS GIG IS UP!

TUCSON — Former president Barack Obama further sharpened his criticism of Donald Trump at a rally Friday, casting the Republican nominee as a huckster who lacks the mental fitness to lead the nation, leaning into a strategy of withering mockery as he hits the campaign trail in support of Vice President Kamala Harris. This Seat Cushion That Feels Like Sitting on a Cloud

With just over two weeks until Election Day, Obama spoke to a crowd the Harris campaign estimated at 7,000 people, who packed onto the turf field inside the University of Arizona’s football practice facility the night before the school’s hotly anticipated homecoming game. The Tucson rally was Obama’s first stop in a six-day, five-state whirlwind tour of the election’s fiercest battlegrounds.

The speaking spree underscores Obama’s evolving role in the presidential campaign’s waning days: from Harris’s trusted behind-the scenes sounding board and fundraising powerhouse, to a visible and vocal presence on the trail itself.

In his recent remarks — including Friday’s — Obama has assumed a distinct tone that few others could pull off, leaning on his experience, credibility and popularity, speaking in increasingly direct terms as he criticizes Trump and exhorts fellow Democrats.

“You would be worried if your grandpa was acting like this,” Obama said of Trump’s bizarre town hall appearance this week in which he stopped taking questions and instead swayed to music onstage for more than half an hour. “Tucson, we do not need to see what an older, loonier Donald Trump looks like with no guardrails.”

The speech continued Obama’s tactic of needling Trump where he’s most sensitive, an apparent effort to get under the Republican nominee’s skin and throw him off message. Obama’s prime-time address at the Democratic National Convention in August, for instance, was memorable for a suggestive barb about Trump’s obsession with “crowd sizes.”

In Arizona, Obama continued to workshop his critiques of Trump, sometimes assuming the tone of a stand-up comedian as he riffed on the Republican former president’s mental fitness and penchant for selling self-branded wares.

“When he’s not complaining, he’s trying to sell you stuff,” Obama said, grinning as the crowd laughed. “This is my favorite: He’s got the Trump Bible — wants you to buy the word of God, Donald Trump edition.”

Then Obama walked the crowd up to his real punchline: The Bibles, he noted, were printed in China.

“So, Mr. Tough Guy on China, except when he can make a few bucks hawking his Trump edition Bibles,” Obama said. “You can’t make this stuff up.”

Attendees embraced Obama’s new tone, with some saying it was refreshing to hear their side criticize Trump in a more direct, personal way.

“I’m enjoying that,” said Barbara Mosley, a retired teacher and Arizona native. “When he was president, he kind of held back, and you could tell. To me, I was like, ‘Why don’t you just spit it out?’ So I’m happy he’s doing that now.”

But Obama has also had some blunt words for voters, and he has caught some criticism for it. In Pittsburgh last week, Obama made headlines when he admonished Black men who were hesitant to vote for Harris because they “just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president.”

For Marco Ruiz, a retired Tucson school administrator, the comments didn’t sit right. They felt too scolding, he said.

“I think his intent is always good, but I don’t really approve of that approach,” he said.

But his wife, Thelma Ruiz, had a different take: Tough but fair.

“If it’s going to get people off their couch, I think it’s great. I think they need it,” she said.

Before the Friday rally, Obama and Rep. Ruben Gallego, a Democrat who is running for U.S. Senate, met with a small group of male Latino voters, encouraging them to support Harris, who is trailing Trump in Arizona among young and middle-aged Latino men, according to a recent poll from USA Today and Suffolk University.

The meeting was private, and at the rally Obama opted for a more generalized and moderate version of the reproach, addressing any man who sees strength in Trump’s “bullying and putting people down.”

“I am here to tell you that’s not what real strength is,” Obama said, as he urged Arizonans to vote early.

The race in the state has tightened significantly since President Joe Biden dropped out in July, and The Washington Post’s polling average now shows Trump hanging onto a razor-thin lead. Biden won Arizona narrowly in 2020 and in 2022, a slate of Democrats prevailed in the contests for the state’s top offices.

This year, in addition to reprising its role as a key swing state, Arizona could also prove decisive in the battle for control of Congress. Gallego is running for Senate against Republican Kari Lake, who lost her gubernatorial bid two years ago, and there are several consequential House races throughout the state.

Voters also will decide whether to enshrine the right to an abortion in the state’s constitution, and Democrats hope that the issue will energize one of the country’s most purple electorates. Speaker after speaker at the Friday rally invoked reproductive rights and stressed that this year could be a historically close election.

“The issue of abortion access is very much on the ballot,” Kirsten Engel, a Democrat who is running to represent Arizona’s 6th Congressional District, said in an interview before the rally. “That is what I’m hearing at the doors I’m knocking on, women being very upset at their freedoms being taken away from them.”

The race for the southeast Arizona district — a rematch of 2022 — is especially competitive. “This is a battleground district in a battleground state,” Engel said.

Obama is the latest high-profile Democrat to visit Arizona, as the party puts on a full-court press with fewer than 20 days left in the race. Harris has stopped by twice in the past month, vice-presidential nominee Tim Walz was here last week and former president Bill Clinton — the last Democrat until Biden to win the state — is scheduled to visit Wednesday.

Trump and his running mate, JD Vance, have likewise made recent trips to the state and Vance is scheduled to return next week.

After Arizona, Obama is heading to Las Vegas on Saturday; Detroit and Madison, Wis., on Tuesday; and to Georgia on Thursday, where he’ll make his first joint appearance with Harris in a yet-to-be-announced city.

The two have been allies and friends for 20 years. In his August convention speech, Obama explicitly cast Harris as the successor in his political movement, saying then: “Now the torch has been passed.”

In 2008, Harris — then the district attorney in San Francisco — traveled to Iowa to knock on doors for Obama ahead of the state’s caucuses. Obama has been eager to return the favor.

(That is not the reason.)

His former aides have previously told The Post that he is relishing the rallies, which give him the chance to speak freely and act as an outlet for the anxiety he feels about the prospect of another Trump presidency.

On Friday, he appeared to be having fun. After some customary college football talk — “Don’t bet against the Wildcats tomorrow,” he said — Obama paused to clear his throat.

You guys have to forgive me, because let’s face it, I’m a little out of practice,” he said with a smile. “But that’s okay, because what I have to say is going to make so much sense that even if I’m coughing a little bit, you’re still going to catch what I’m saying here.”

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Top Kamala Adviser Confesses Her Past Polling Lead “Was Not Real.”

10/19/2024

It looks like they have been lying to the people all of this time?

It’s not hard to see why Harris is struggling to gain traction. For one, her tenure as vice president has been rocky, to say the least. From her disastrous handling of the southern border to her failure to deliver on the Democratic Party’s promises for healthcare and infrastructure, it’s clear she lacks the leadership qualities needed to win over voters. She’s tried to rely on identity politics—playing up her race and gender to appeal to specific voter groups—but even that is falling flat..

Her interview with Fox’s Bret Baier was a “bust” for her.
