Nothing but continued lawfare interference!

The voters of this country elected President Trump to clean up the corruption that Biden/Democrats left and these corrupt judges continue to use lawfare to block what is necessary to clean out the corruption which amounted to:

KOMMONSENTSJANE – This US President (BIDEN/DEMOCRATS) Increased the National Debt by Over 700%

“$22 billion from HHS to provide free housing and cars for illegal aliens, $45 million for diversity, equity and inclusion scholarships in Burma, $40 million to improve the social and economic inclusion of sedentary migrants, $8 million to promote LGBTQI+ in the African nation of Lesotho, which nobody has ever heard of, $60 million for Indigenous peoples and Afro-Colombian empowerment in Central America, $60 million. $8 million for making mice transgender, $32 million for a left-wing propaganda operation in Moldova, $10 million for male circumcision in Mozambique, $20 million for the Arab Sesame Street in the Middle East,” Trump said. “A $3.5 million consulting contract for lavish fish monitoring, $1.5 million for voter confidence in Liberia, $14 million for social cohesion in Mali, $59 million for illegal alien hotel rooms in New York City.”

The DOGE group is performing this service with AI which is cleaning every department and re-examining the work force and finding massive thievery. This Judge must be a part of the lawfare group.

When will DOGE get to the Supreme Court and the Judges like this one who hasn’t been informed that all areas will be affected for efficiency purposes and reduction of judges and employees. It takes these judges months to accomplish their tasks.

Supreme Court Judge Roberts needs to step in and enforce a BLANKET stop to this continuing interference of judges which is a waste of DOGE ‘s time.

  • A judge ordered the Trump administration to reinstate fired federal probationary employees.
  • The judge said the explanation for firing them for performance issues was a “sham” and a “lie.”
  • The ruling affects employees in the departments of Defense, Treasury, Veterans Affairs, and others.

A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to reinstate the jobs of probationary federal employees across multiple agencies, blasting the procedure behind their mass firings as a “sham.”How Much Does Windows Installation Cost in Texas

Ruling from the bench in a San Francisco courthouse, US District Judge William Alsup said the Office of Personnel Management — the federal government’s human resources department — had no basis for claiming the employees were fired for “performance” issues.

Alsup, an appointee of former President Bill Clinton, said the explanation was a “gimmick” to circumvent legal requirements for laying off federal employees.

“It is sad, a sad day when our government would fire some good employee and say it was based on performance when they know good and well that’s a lie,” Alsup said, according to Politico.

The firings were part of President Donald Trump’s initiative to shrink the federal workforce, led by the White House’s DOGE office.

The White House quickly said it would appeal Alsup’s ruling, calling it “an absurd and unconstitutional order.”

“A single judge is attempting to unconstitutionally seize the power of hiring and firing from the Executive Branch,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement. “The President has the authority to exercise the power of the entire executive branch — singular district court judges cannot abuse the power of the entire judiciary to thwart the President’s agenda. If a federal district court judge would like executive powers, they can try and run for President themselves.”Texas : How Much Does It Cost To Install Windows In 2025?

Alsup previously ruled the OPM “does not have any authority whatsoever, under any statute in the history of the universe” to tell another agency to fire its employees.

His new ruling orders the departments of Defense, Treasury, Energy, Interior, Agriculture, and Veterans Affairs to offer fired probationary employees their jobs back.

An IRS employee who was terminated in February, and who expects to be reinstated following Alsup’s order, told BI that “it’s pretty awesome.”

“It’s relieving to an extent,” the employee said. “I have been job-hunting and had an interview yesterday, but obviously you never know when you’ll get a job offer.”

Another IRS employee was more wary, anxious that Trump would just pursue another way to fire him and believing a private sector job could offer more stability.”Even without an offer, my initial reaction is extreme stress, concern, and worry,” the employee said. “If I get the offer and take the job back, will this happen again? What I used to think was a job with great job security is now not so secure.”

Everett Kelley, the president of the American Federation of Government Employees, the union representing the government employees, said the order would save tens of thousands of jobs.

“We are grateful for these employees and the critical work they do, and AFGE will keep fighting until all federal employees who were unjustly and illegally fired are given their jobs back,” Kelley said.

Representatives for the Trump administration didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

Rep. Gerry Connolly of Virginia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, praised Alsup’s ruling and urged the Trump administration to promptly restore the jobs of fired government employees.

“The Trump-Musk Administration must immediately respect the court’s decision and reinstate these dedicated civil servants — including nuclear researchers, park rangers, VA health care workers, and more — so they can get back to work on behalf of the American people,” Connolly said in a statement.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Feds Probe Democrat Group Over Suspicious Donations from Terrorist Sources!

03/12/2025

Also, Biden gave money to Iran who in turn gave it to Hamas. Is that money laundering?

ttps://therightbriefing.com/feds-probe-democrat-group-over-suspicious-donations-from-terrorist-sources/

It looks like ActBlue, the Democrats’ beloved fundraising machine, is in some serious hot water. Republicans on Capitol Hill are demanding answers after allegations surfaced that the platform may have facilitated money laundering for organizations with ties to U.S.-sanctioned terrorists. If true, this would be a massive scandal, but don’t expect the mainstream media to give it the attention it deserves.

Leading the charge is Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), who sent a scathing letter to ActBlue executives, calling on them to explain how they allowed donations to flow through their system from groups linked to terror networks. Issa, who serves as vice chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, pointed to troubling connections between ActBlue and organizations like the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel and the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, a George Soros-funded outfit that has been linked to anti-Israel activism and blatant antisemitism.

Issa didn’t hold back. “Terror financing is an extremely serious crime, and organizations cannot be given a free pass for failed due diligence, or worse, the enabling of terrorism,” he wrote. He also suggested that ActBlue’s involvement could amount to money laundering—another felony-level offense.

Now, this isn’t just some fringe theory cooked up by conservatives. House Republicans have already subpoenaed records from the U.S. Treasury Department, trying to determine whether ActBlue knowingly accepted fraudulent payments. With Democrats always shrieking about “dark money” in politics, you’d think they’d be the first ones demanding transparency, but strangely, they’re nowhere to be found on this issue.

Adding fuel to the fire, ActBlue itself is in absolute turmoil. The once-dominant Democratic fundraising platform is reportedly on the “brink of implosion,” with a mass exodus of top leaders and internal battles threatening to rip the organization apart. Employees are now turning on the leadership, with two unions blasting the company’s board of directors for creating instability. Democrats, gearing up for 2026, must be sweating bullets.

Of course, ActBlue is trying to brush it all off. “Like many organizations, we are undergoing some transition,” said spokeswoman Megan Hughes in a desperate attempt at damage control. Right. Just your typical transition—investigations into money laundering and terror financing while your top brass jumps ship.

So what happens next? If these allegations hold water, ActBlue won’t just be facing internal chaos—it could be looking at criminal charges. Stay tuned.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – As a Lifelong Dem – I Never Thought I’d See My Party Embarrass Itself So Much.

03/11/2025

A sad cavalcade of self-owns and unhinged petulance. It only makes Trump look more presidential and restrained. We’re becoming the metaphorical car alarms that nobody pays attention to – Senator John Fetterman (D-PA).

As a lifelong Democrat, I never imagined I would watch my own party embarrass itself so thoroughly — and so publicly — as it did during Tuesday’s joint session of Congress.

From obnoxious booing to childish protest signs to a sitting member of Congress having to be physically removed from the chamber, Democrats turned what should have been a solemn, dignified event into a bad reality show.

And for what?Democratic representatives supporting Ukraine walk out during U.S. President Donald Trump’s speech to a joint session of Congress, in the House Chamber of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., U.S., March 4, 2025. REUTERS

To go viral on TikTok?

To book a slot on MSNBC to brag about their “resistance”?

Nothing was more disgraceful than when my colleagues refused to stand or clap when 13-year-old DJ Daniel, a brain-cancer survivor, was made an honorary Secret Service agent.

This boy beat cancer and dreamed of protecting the president.

That dream came true when President Donald Trump honored him — a beautiful, human moment that should have transcended politics.

Democrats used to be the party of compassion — the party that stood up for the vulnerable and celebrated stories of triumph over adversity.

Now? We can’t even clap for a kid who beat cancer if the “wrong” president is standing beside him.

When Trump said biological men shouldn’t compete in women’s sports, Democrats acted like he’d proposed banning Little League.

But most Americans — including plenty of Democrats — agree that protecting women’s sports isn’t radical.

It’s common sense.

The same thing happened when Trump called for cutting waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government.

Democrats stayed silent.

Are we now the party that supports waste, fraud and abuse?

When Trump honored families whose loved ones were killed due to reckless sanctuary policies — policies I’ve fought to reform in New York City — Democrats couldn’t even show basic respect.

When he honored Stephanie Diller, the widow of murdered NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller, it should have been a moment of unity.

Yet many Democrats offered only lukewarm applause, if any at all.

And when Trump called for the death penalty for cop killers, the silence was deafening.

Since when did standing up for the families of fallen officers become controversial?

Another disappointing moment came when President Trump called for peace in Ukraine — a goal that should have brought both sides of the aisle to their feet.

Democrats were once the party of peace, but you wouldn’t know it from the silence.

Have we really reached a point where even supporting peace is treated as partisan?Has DOGE Created a New “Magnificent 9”?

It’s a sad reflection of how far my party has drifted.

This isn’t principled resistance — it’s emotional immaturity.

It also reeks of hypocrisy: Democrats rightly condemned Republican Rep. Joe Wilson when he shouted, “You lie!” at President Barack Obama during a State of the Union.

Back then, we said such outbursts were beneath the dignity of Congress.

But Democrats’ antics on Tuesday — waving signs, heckling and walking out — were just as bad, if not worse.

Democrat Rep. Al Green even had to be physically removed from the chamber.

When we act like this, we embarrass ourselves and alienate the very voters we claim to champion.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) called it “a sad cavalcade of self-owns and unhinged petulance” that only made Trump look “more presidential and restrained.”

He warned that Democrats are becoming the political equivalent of a car alarm — constantly blaring, and increasingly ignored.

Voters want leaders who act like adults, who clap for good ideas, no matter who proposes them, and who show bipartisan respect for families who’ve suffered unimaginable loss.

Americans are exhausted by this nonsense.

They want leaders who solve problems, not politicians chasing retweets.

They want representatives who stand up for common sense — not political theater.

Until we get back to that, we don’t deserve to govern.

I’m not saying we should agree with everything Trump says — far from it.

However, there’s a way to disagree with dignity and class.

My fellow Democrats didn’t just miss that opportunity — they sprinted in the opposite direction.

I’m embarrassed for my party.

But more importantly, I am worried for my country.

If Democrats can’t even applaud a kid beating cancer, grieving families, saving tax dollars, securing our borders or a call for peace — what does that say about us?

KOMMONSENTSJANE – ‘Not a Happy Meeting’: Inside Elon Musk and Donald Trump’s ‘Explosive’ Feud Following Cabinet Drama

03/11/2025

ttps://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/not-a-happy-meeting-inside-elon-musk-and-donald-trump-s-explosive-feud-following-cabinet-drama/ar-AA1AIUiW?ocid=msedgntp&pc=U531&cvid=1d0f059c4f594b169bb4a573b397946c&ei=15

Despite how much President Donald Trump tries to downplay it, tensions between Elon Musk and the Cabinet Secretaries are on the rise, with the friction between the billionaire and Trump’s Cabinet erupting into an explosive meeting last week.

Knewz.com has learned that the Cabinet meeting saw Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Musk engage in a heated argument, where the two laid bare their thoughts about each other.Tensions between Trump’s cabinet and Musk are on the rise, per reports. BY: MEGA

At the heart of the argument was the efforts made by the Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in laying off masses of federal employees as part of its mission to scan the government for places to cut federal expenditure.

According to reports, Musk charged Rubio by saying that he had not fired anyone from his Cabinet staff, and “scornfully” added that perhaps the only person Rubio laid off was a DOGE employee.Has DOGE Created a New “Magnificent 9”?

Rubio retaliated by saying that the tech mogul was not being truthful and asked whether the 1,500 State Department officials who took early retirement in buyouts did not count as layoffs.

The Secretary of State then laid out his plans for reorganizing the State Department, although Musk was reportedly “unimpressed” with it.Musk had an intense argument with Secretary of State Marco Rubio during the Cabinet meeting last week. BY: MEGA

It has been reported that Secretary of State Rubio had secretly been furious at Musk ever since DOGE shuttered the civilian foreign aid and development assistance agency USAID (the United States Agency for International Development) as one of its first projects, slashing its workforce from 10,000 to less than 300.Related video: Donald Trump Responds To Reported ‘Clash’ Between Elon Musk, Marco Rubio (Newsweek)

During the argument, Musk also told Rubio he was “good on TV,” reportedly insinuating that “he was not good for much else.”

President Trump intervened in the conversation after the argument went on for an “uncomfortable” amount of time, per reports, and defended the Secretary of State.

He stated that Rubio was doing a “great job,” adding that “he is very busy, he is always traveling and on TV, and he has an agency to run. So everyone just needs to work together.”

Trump further stated that Musk and DOGE would only serve an advisory role when it comes to laying off federal staff and that the final call would be made by Cabinet Secretaries and Department heads.

This marked the first shift in the Trump administration’s approach towards Musk and the DOGE, which has enjoyed unrestrained authority regarding federal personnel and the fate of their jobs.

It is worth noting that Trump, Musk, and DOGE were sued by a coalition of 14 states, led by New Mexico, alleging that the department’s efforts to slash government spending are “unconstitutional.”

The states demanded that the court stop the tech billionaire from “making changes to the disbursement of public funds, government contracts, regulations or personnel, as well as receiving access to or altering data systems,” according to reports.

The states wrote in the filing:

“Mr. Musk’s seemingly limitless and unchecked power to strip the government of its workforce and eliminate entire departments with the stroke of a pen or click of a mouse would have been shocking to those who won this country’s independence.”

However, Trump’s latest statement seems to indicate that he intends to put the DOGE on a shorter leash.

Trump has also been trying to downplay the rising friction between the Cabinet secretaries and Musk in his recent statements, where he wrote that the “meeting with most of the Secretaries, Elon, and others” was a “very positive one.”

“The relationships between everybody in that room are extraordinary. They all want to get to the exact same place, which is, simply, to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN,” he added. It seems Trump intends to put the DOGE on a shorter leash from now on. BY: MEGA

In a statement on Sunday, March 9, Trump said, “I don’t think the tensions are high… Elon’s a very special person and and these Cabinet people are special people. I think they have a fantastic relationship to Elon.”

However, he did admit that there has been a little difference of opinion between Trump’s cabinet and Musk: “That doesn’t mean they don’t have a little bit of an argument here and there about something.”New $47 Monocular Better Than $3000 Telescopes?

Regarding how the Trump administration intends to handle DOGE, Trump wrote on Truth Social:

“It’s very important that we cut levels down to where they should be, but it’s also important to keep the best and most productive people. We’re going to have these meetings every two weeks until that aspect of this very necessary job is done.”

Trump further stated:

“I have instructed the Secretaries and Leadership to work with DOGE on Cost Cutting measures and Staffing. As the Secretaries learn about, and understand, the people working for the various Departments, they can be very precise as to who will remain, and who will go. We say the “scalpel” rather than the “hatchet.” The combination of them, Elon, DOGE, and other great people will be able to do things at a historic level.”

“I want the numbers but I also want to keep the good people,” the president explained to reporters in the Oval Office.

Rubio and Musk shouldn’t bring their inter-personal problems into a meeting with the President, especially, about firing/hiring employees. Why not conduct IQ tests on the Federal employees if you aren’t to find out who is qualified and the ones who agree to work within the President’s agenda. As a leader, Rubio, knew there had to be a lot of firings because you don’t want what happened in the President’s first term with people stabbing him in the back. So, be careful keeping the Democrats, at all.

After all, the people voted TO CLEAN THE SWAMP and we hold Rubio to that – don’t get cold feet at this point. This has to get done. Musk needs to give Rubio the number of people he recommends to meet the Presidents plans and then Rubio in return needs to tell him the one’s who are keepers; but, they should all take an IQ TEST.
