President Donald Trump ordered U.S. airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities using B-2 stealth bombers and bunker-buster bombs, claiming the strikes “obliterated” Iran’s nuclear program. The strikes were intended to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) sparked controversy after claiming that no recent attacks have targeted Americans and called for the U.S. to disengage from Israel’s conflict with Iran. In response, Trump’s supporters argue Iran has reportedly caused the deaths of over 600 American service members in Iraq due in large part to its support for terrorist groups. Critics claim these actions have continued to pose a significant threat to American personnel.
The Left’s playbook never changes when President Trump shows strong leadership.
They immediately launch into their tired attacks on America and everything this country stands for.
But Ben Domenech caught Democrats red-handed with one fact that has them scrambling for cover.
Democrats attack Trump for protecting Americans from unrest
While President Trump works to bring peace to the Middle East and restore order at home, Democrats continue their pattern of criticizing America and undermining our Commander-in-Chief.
The latest Democrat outrage comes as President Trump deployed the National Guard to maintain law and order in Los Angeles amid rising tensions and ongoing protests.
Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) couldn’t contain her hatred for America during her latest anti-American rant.
“To have our democracy—the beacon of hope for the world—now be turned into one of the worst countries, with the military in our streets without any regard for people’s constitutional rights should be a wake-up call for all Americans,” Omar declared.
Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) piled on with his own unhinged criticism of the President’s swift action to protect American citizens.
“What the president is doing in L.A. is so wrong. He is pouring fuel on the fire. It is wrong to nationalize the use of our National Guard. It is wrong to send in Marines. Local authorities have this under control. Stop pouring fuel on the fire and stop trying to create riots,” Merkley stated.
This is the same crowd that cheered when cities burned during the 2020 riots and called to defund the police.
Ben Domenech delivers devastating analysis of Democrat disconnect
Conservative commentator Ben Domenech appeared on Fox News Channel’s Ingraham Angle and offered a sharp assessment of the Democrat Party’s anti-American rhetoric.
Host Brian Kilmeade asked Domenech about Democrats’ constant attacks on President Trump’s leadership.
Again, “Don’t they ever get tired of these rants?” Kilmeade wondered.
Domenech’s response cut right to the heart of the Democrat Party’s fundamental problem with working-class Americans.
“I wish they would, but they don’t seem to have any respite from this. They come back to it again and again. The simple fact is, this will be political poison for them for a very long time,” Domenech explained.
He then revealed the core issue behind Democrats’ disconnect with working Americans.
“Unless they wake up to the fact that they’ve chosen—within the context of this great shift of coalitions in American politics—to reject the working-class of America. They’ve effectively said, ‘We don’t have any place for you within our coalition. In fact, we believe that pouring in massive amounts of cheap, undocumented labor won’t affect you at all, and you should just accept that as a joyful part of the Democratic coalition,’” Domenech explained.
Trump applies lessons learned from first term
The discussion highlighted President Trump’s approach to deploying the National Guard, showing he learned from experiences during his first administration.
Kilmeade observed that President Trump likely reflects on the 2020 riots and wishes he had acted more decisively then.
“Donald Trump watched the cities burn and watched the riots happen. At some level, he regrets not deploying the National Guard sooner. That won’t happen this time. You will not intimidate him into staying away,” Kilmeade noted.
Domenech agreed that President Trump learned valuable lessons from his first administration about the importance of quick, decisive action.
“That’s one of the most profitable lessons he learned in his first term: there’s no benefit in holding back the National Guard when people are calling for it. This time, his attitude is: ‘I will do what’s in the best interest of the people—small businesses and residents defending their livelihoods and property.’ That’s the right approach from a commander-in-chief,” Domenech explained.
Democrats’ attacks on America continue backfiring
The data reveals a significant disconnect between Democrat criticism and public opinion about President Trump’s leadership.
Despite overwhelmingly negative media coverage, President Trump maintains steady approval ratings comparable to previous presidents at similar points in their terms.
That puts him roughly on par with previous presidents like Barack Obama and George W. Bush at similar points in their presidencies.
The disconnect between media hostility and public opinion shows that Americans are tired of the constant negativity and appreciate President Trump’s results-oriented approach.
Domenech had the perfect response to Omar’s latest America-bashing comments, noting her previous statements comparing Somalia favorably to the United States.
“When she says things like ‘Somalia is better than America,’ I looked on Kayak today—round-trip fare from Minneapolis to Mogadishu was under $3,000. If she can afford that on a congressional salary, she’s welcome to go back,” Domenech said with a chuckle.
Kilmeade added his own observation: “If she takes that flight, she might be the only one on the plane, she’ll probably be sitting in first class.”
The brutal truth that Domenech exposed is that Democrats have completely abandoned working-class Americans in favor of radical ideologies and open borders policies.
Their constant attacks on President Trump for actually protecting American citizens only reinforce why millions of voters have fled the Democrat Party for the MAGA movement.
Americans want a President who puts their safety and prosperity first, not one who apologizes for America and refuses to maintain law and order.
President Trump’s willingness to deploy the National Guard to protect small businesses and law-abiding citizens is exactly the kind of decisive leadership the country needs.
While Democrats waste time with their anti-American rhetoric, President Trump continues delivering real results for the American people both at home and abroad.
CNN’s Abby Phillip had the politest of comebacks ― with more than subtle serving of shade ― after President Donald Trump lashed out at her in a furious Truth Social rant.
Trump took aim at Phillip on Friday following her crediting of a recent stock market surge to the president’s backing down on his proposed tariffs.
(Was she doing this so that the President would respond and try to defuse with the aid of the lefty media – Huffington Post?)
The president unleashed a characteristically unfiltered tirade, just one of several he’s directed at personalities on the network in recent days.
“Where does CNN get its ‘talent?’” Trump fumed. “Just watched someone named Abby Phillip lecture her audience on Tariffs and the economy (which is doing record business!). She has absolutely no idea what she is talking about, strictly 3rd rate. Fortunately, the audience has long ago left CNN, and it will only get WORSE. LOSERS ALL!!!”
Phillip responded with a pointedly polite post on X (formerly Twitter), writing simply: “Thank you for watching, Mr. President.”
The understated response quickly went viral.
*****
CNN’s response is on a global perspective and Phillips’ chimed in to dilute the first CNN response by the above.
And, Mary Trump’s response is a family vendetta.
Hasn’t CNN/the Huffie Post always been against the citizens of the U.S.
Let’s keep this story in the right perspective.
Let’s find out who leaked the story to CNN and CNN leaked to the Senator. The Senator spoke out of turn and didn’t he release classified information? Is the Senator’s hate so much for the President that he would work against the country? The Democrats are supposed to be on our side. DOGE proved otherwise and then this leak? The Senator needs to revisit the CONSTITUTION.
They – Democrats/CNN, achieved their purpose for a number of days. This is called WOLF-PACK MENTALITY. – “GET LOUD – then sit tight – and if you get caught – YOU SQUEAL LIKE A BUNCH OF PIGS!”
Current Phase:
CNN/Murphy need to be put on probation for a given number of weeks until they become more TRUTH WORTHY.
(See what I mean – this was a leaked piece of information.)
CNN chief media analyst Brian Stelter attempted to do damage control for CNN on Thursday by claiming that the network never suggested that the U.S. bombings in Iran were a “failure.”
CNN’s Natasha Bertrand obtained leaked information from a preliminary report from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) which alleged that the bombings only set Iran’s nuclear program back by months. Stelter claimed on “The Situation Room” that CNN “did not” report this information as fact and highlighted that it was preliminary.
“This is a very complex matter, even though Trump tried to make it sound simple on Saturday night,” Stelter said. “It’s really important to note what CNN did not report, it did not report that this mission was a failure. Far from it. It may have turned out to be a tremendous success. We just don’t know all the facts yet and neither does the U.S. government.”
How DOES Senator Murphy know this?
This is the problem with the Democrats – they are suppose to be a part of the American team of players to bring peace to the Middle East; but, what does he do – choses to help Iran by disparaging the information about the bombing.
My question is – how can he question the Presidents remarks – unless he has received or made up his disparaging remarks to cause trouble. Didn’t DOGE prove that the Democrats are working against our country. THIS IS A GOOD EXAMPLE of working against the President. This should be investigated.
Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) accused President Donald Trump of “deliberately misleading the public” after walking out of a briefing on the U.S. strikes on Iran.
Murphy, along with a host of other members of Congress, attended a briefing held by the Trump administration. In that briefing, top cabinet officials detailed the damage U.S. airstrikes had done to Iranian nuclear facilities last weekend. The strikes were meant to put an end to Iran’s nuclear capabilities and prevent the country from one day producing a nuclear weapon.
Preliminary intel, according to reporting from CNN, suggested that the damage only set Iran back by months. The Trump administration quickly rejected the report and insisted that the facilities had been completely destroyed.
(Why wouldn’t Iran lie to make the President look bad?)
After Thursday’s briefing, Murphy told the press he remained unconvinced of Trump claims they the sites were “obliterated”:
(Well, Senator, provide the proof you have!)
To me, it still appears that we have only set back the Iranian nuclear program by a handful of months. There’s no doubt there was damage done to the program, but the allegations that we have obliterated their program just don’t seem to stand up to reason.
I just do not think the president was telling the truth when he said this program was obliterated. There was certainly damaged done to the program, but there’s still significant remaining capability.
I walk away from that briefing still under the belief that that we have not obliterated the program. The president was deliberately misleading the public.
Again, this is a good example of the Democrats and how they work against our country. If Senator Murphy has different information – then, where did the information come from and who provided it.
Why didn’t he privately provide the information to the President before the meeting instead of trying to cause division by his actions after the meeting. That proves the Senator is trying to work against our country by trying to belittle the President.
Isn’t Senator Murphy’s job to be a thinker and advise the President?
That is the way terrorist play the game of war.
That is a problem for our country – not a solution.
The Senator is either with us or against us? Which is it?
Someone seems to have a problem in our country. The problem is:
A story is floating around that, “I have stated that I am not a Republican.” The word out is that I have made a statement about statehood for Washington D.C. and that I would like to see that happen. Now why would I say that? I don’t live in that state – so why would I be concerned?
Whoever started that only stained themselves and it proves jealousy is around the corner. Of all the things that could be said is – God has been good to our country and its people. Yes, our country is going through hard times right now; but, DOGE proved who committed the hate/fraud/deception and caused the debt.
As a gentle elderly stateswoman’s poem reads – You did it to yourselves. Have you no shame?
My question is to whoever started the statement and contributed it to me – I wish you well; but, my question is – how do you prove that you are a Republican? I have blogged since 2013 expressing my conservative views hoping that it would bring our country to a place in time that peace would be on the table of the world. Why do people want to live with war, hate, and killing as a daily grind?
