Cleaning up the corruption and bringing back the U.S. – Thank you for the DOGE WORK; but, my question:
If AI/robots are now causing the loss of jobs as stated earlier…..? How will this bill do this….? Isn’t it already happening? Isn’t the government “fast tracking” with loans for new/old businesses?
Isn’t this bill part of the correction?
Don’t want this to be a – cut off my nose to spite my face question! Just askin’?
****
It has caused bitter divisions in the party and contributed to a breakdown in relations between Mr Trump and Elon Musk, the world’s richest man.
Mr Musk doubled down on his distaste for the bill on Saturday night.
“The latest Senate draft bill will destroy millions of jobs in America and cause immense strategic harm to our country,” Mr Musk wrote on X.
“It gives handouts to industries of the past while severely damaging industries of the future.”
The Tesla and SpaceX chief executive later posted that the bill would be “political suicide for the Republican Party”.
We have to make adjustments – but, no one wants to! They voted to put our budget in order; but, no one wants to accept the HURT. DOGE proved the left – DEMOCRATS – OVER SPENT.
Now the left doesn’t want to accept the proof. We have the left/progressives who are the ones who are causing the riots in California and continue to squeal about the lack of FREE MONEY – they are use to. They want to continue supporting Iran, who is not our friend. We have to put all of this in perspective.
The leftie education system has to accept what they did to our children by dumbing them down and the corruption. This has to change. My suggestion is to establish a school to give these students a second chance by re-educating those who are interested – we have 18 past years of students who were pushed through the system. Corporations have called this out – that young workers “don’t know anything.”
The left is blaming Trump for the turmoil as the article states – when it was their own doing. They allowed this! Can you imagine arriving at the college level and do not know how to read or write – even your own name?
Exposed: How Trump unleashed ‘utter turmoil’ on prestigious southern school.
Just three days after President Donald Trump unleashed a record-breaking flurry of 26 Inauguration Day executive orders, professors at the nation’s largest historically Black college began learning their research funding was threatened, prompting exasperation and concern.
Hundreds of pages of documents obtained by Raw Story through a North Carolina Public Records Law request reveal how administrators and faculty at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, N.C., navigated the cultural hot button issues addressed in Trump’s executive orders — from DEI to immigration — in an attempt to keep federal funding and protect students.
“Much like [Trump’s] first presidency, it’s just literally utter turmoil,” said Marybeth Gasman, executive director of the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions.
(Yes, that is what people will call it – when they don’t agree with the outcome.)
“It feels like you’re in an abusive relationship, or you’re in an abusive family, and that every single day you’re dodging punches … there’s just so many fires to put out, how do you put them all out? How do you do that as a leader, and what is the impact of that on students?”
In five months since coming into office, the Trump administration has created “whiplash” and “frustration,” particularly for historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and other minority-serving institutions with its attacks on higher education, Gasman said.
In March, Trump signed an executive order beginning the process of dismantling the Department of Education. The administration canceled billions of dollars in research grants and withheld funds from elite universities such as Harvard, accused of antisemitism (Harvard sued the administration in April for what it says is the “flatly unlawful” withholding of research dollars).
Researchers, science groups and states have been pushing back too — the National Institutes of Health began reinstating 900 grants after a Massachusetts judge ruled the cancelation of some of it grants on diversity-related topics to be “void and illegal.”
Still, the strain on higher education institutions hasn’t “died down at all,” with universities going to great lengths to comply with executive orders to keep their research funds and are “really, really worried about how to protect students,” particularly as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement partners with some universities to crack down on illegal immigration,” Gasman said.
A spreadsheet tracking grants affected by executive orders was shared as a part of the public records request, revealing 12 terminated grants, four projects with orders to “cease DEI activities,” and two stop work orders that were lifted, as of April 3. The awards totaled more than $6.1 million.
Spokespeople for North Carolina A&T acknowledged Raw Story’s request but did not respond to questions by the time of publication.
‘This is sad’
Kathleen Liang, a professor of sustainable agriculture, emailed colleagues, the university’s provost and a national program leader for the U.S. Department of Agriculture on January 23 with concerns about “many DEI contents” being challenged in a research project focused on “public investment assessment related to Environmental Justice.”
Liang also shared a message from a USDA colleague with university leadership, looking for guidance on writing a research proposal about socially disadvantaged farmers, due the following month.
“USDA is re-evaluating all funded projects and proposals with DEI components … We are HBCU, and many of our projects serve minority and socially disadvantaged stakeholders,” the message said.
Tonya Smith-Jackson, provost and executive vice chancellor for academic affairs, acknowledged Liang’s concerns, saying “as they continue to pile on, we are also monitoring the situation and seeking more information to understand direct and indirect impacts.”
Liang, also director of the Center for Environmental Farming Systems, a partnership of three North Carolina universities, offered to “twig my proposal to meet the new executive order” but asked for confirmation that no DEI references should be in any new proposals.
“This is sad, but we have to work with the current situation,” Liang wrote.

Just look in the mirror folks, and you can see the cause of our problem today. The sky is not the limit at this time in history.
Just pick up the pitch fork and help put the hay in the proper bin.
The question is: Did you do it to yourself by voting for 18 years of Democrats?
None of us like the “CLEAN-UP PART” of corruption; but, it has to happen because if you don’t – we won’t have a country. Plain and simple.
SUCK IT UP! We all have4 to do our part and it isn’t going to be a picnic. It has to be done.
President Donald Trump ordered U.S. airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities using B-2 stealth bombers and bunker-buster bombs, claiming the strikes “obliterated” Iran’s nuclear program. The strikes were intended to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) sparked controversy after claiming that no recent attacks have targeted Americans and called for the U.S. to disengage from Israel’s conflict with Iran. In response, Trump’s supporters argue Iran has reportedly caused the deaths of over 600 American service members in Iraq due in large part to its support for terrorist groups. Critics claim these actions have continued to pose a significant threat to American personnel.
The Left’s playbook never changes when President Trump shows strong leadership.
They immediately launch into their tired attacks on America and everything this country stands for.
But Ben Domenech caught Democrats red-handed with one fact that has them scrambling for cover.
Democrats attack Trump for protecting Americans from unrest
While President Trump works to bring peace to the Middle East and restore order at home, Democrats continue their pattern of criticizing America and undermining our Commander-in-Chief.
The latest Democrat outrage comes as President Trump deployed the National Guard to maintain law and order in Los Angeles amid rising tensions and ongoing protests.
Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) couldn’t contain her hatred for America during her latest anti-American rant.
“To have our democracy—the beacon of hope for the world—now be turned into one of the worst countries, with the military in our streets without any regard for people’s constitutional rights should be a wake-up call for all Americans,” Omar declared.
Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) piled on with his own unhinged criticism of the President’s swift action to protect American citizens.
“What the president is doing in L.A. is so wrong. He is pouring fuel on the fire. It is wrong to nationalize the use of our National Guard. It is wrong to send in Marines. Local authorities have this under control. Stop pouring fuel on the fire and stop trying to create riots,” Merkley stated.
This is the same crowd that cheered when cities burned during the 2020 riots and called to defund the police.
Ben Domenech delivers devastating analysis of Democrat disconnect
Conservative commentator Ben Domenech appeared on Fox News Channel’s Ingraham Angle and offered a sharp assessment of the Democrat Party’s anti-American rhetoric.
Host Brian Kilmeade asked Domenech about Democrats’ constant attacks on President Trump’s leadership.
Again, “Don’t they ever get tired of these rants?” Kilmeade wondered.
Domenech’s response cut right to the heart of the Democrat Party’s fundamental problem with working-class Americans.
“I wish they would, but they don’t seem to have any respite from this. They come back to it again and again. The simple fact is, this will be political poison for them for a very long time,” Domenech explained.
He then revealed the core issue behind Democrats’ disconnect with working Americans.
“Unless they wake up to the fact that they’ve chosen—within the context of this great shift of coalitions in American politics—to reject the working-class of America. They’ve effectively said, ‘We don’t have any place for you within our coalition. In fact, we believe that pouring in massive amounts of cheap, undocumented labor won’t affect you at all, and you should just accept that as a joyful part of the Democratic coalition,’” Domenech explained.
Trump applies lessons learned from first term
The discussion highlighted President Trump’s approach to deploying the National Guard, showing he learned from experiences during his first administration.
Kilmeade observed that President Trump likely reflects on the 2020 riots and wishes he had acted more decisively then.
“Donald Trump watched the cities burn and watched the riots happen. At some level, he regrets not deploying the National Guard sooner. That won’t happen this time. You will not intimidate him into staying away,” Kilmeade noted.
Domenech agreed that President Trump learned valuable lessons from his first administration about the importance of quick, decisive action.
“That’s one of the most profitable lessons he learned in his first term: there’s no benefit in holding back the National Guard when people are calling for it. This time, his attitude is: ‘I will do what’s in the best interest of the people—small businesses and residents defending their livelihoods and property.’ That’s the right approach from a commander-in-chief,” Domenech explained.
Democrats’ attacks on America continue backfiring
The data reveals a significant disconnect between Democrat criticism and public opinion about President Trump’s leadership.
Despite overwhelmingly negative media coverage, President Trump maintains steady approval ratings comparable to previous presidents at similar points in their terms.
That puts him roughly on par with previous presidents like Barack Obama and George W. Bush at similar points in their presidencies.
The disconnect between media hostility and public opinion shows that Americans are tired of the constant negativity and appreciate President Trump’s results-oriented approach.
Domenech had the perfect response to Omar’s latest America-bashing comments, noting her previous statements comparing Somalia favorably to the United States.
“When she says things like ‘Somalia is better than America,’ I looked on Kayak today—round-trip fare from Minneapolis to Mogadishu was under $3,000. If she can afford that on a congressional salary, she’s welcome to go back,” Domenech said with a chuckle.
Kilmeade added his own observation: “If she takes that flight, she might be the only one on the plane, she’ll probably be sitting in first class.”
The brutal truth that Domenech exposed is that Democrats have completely abandoned working-class Americans in favor of radical ideologies and open borders policies.
Their constant attacks on President Trump for actually protecting American citizens only reinforce why millions of voters have fled the Democrat Party for the MAGA movement.
Americans want a President who puts their safety and prosperity first, not one who apologizes for America and refuses to maintain law and order.
President Trump’s willingness to deploy the National Guard to protect small businesses and law-abiding citizens is exactly the kind of decisive leadership the country needs.
While Democrats waste time with their anti-American rhetoric, President Trump continues delivering real results for the American people both at home and abroad.
