Sad, but some people fear the unknown and how to accept it. Especially, not knowing how they will fit in.

This is a good example:

It time for the government to explain to the people with all of the changes exactly what they can expect – especially, how they are expected to be self-sufficient – and especially how they are expected to fit in.

With all of these changes – people need to be assured rather than making the changes and people living with this uncertainty as changes are being made.

Someone in the government needs to keep the people informed.
