Megyn Kelly lowered the boom on Tom Hanks for one sick attack on Trump supporters

Three Key Takeaways:
- Megyn Kelly blasted Tom Hanks and Saturday Night Live for mocking Trump supporters in a skit, accusing NBC of using Hanks, a beloved actor, to perpetuate an anti-Trump agenda and belittle conservative viewers.
- Kelly criticized NBC for its longstanding bias against conservatives, calling the skit a “mask-off moment” that exposed their true disdain for anyone on the right, labeling them as racist.
- She condemned Hanks for mocking the audience that helped make him a millionaire, accusing him of being an elitist snob and lamenting the decline of Saturday Night Live, which has shifted from comedy to political messaging.
Tom Hanks was one of the most beloved actors in the country.
But he’s just another clueless Hollywood Democrat.
And Megyn Kelly lowered the boom on Tom Hanks for one sick attack on Trump supporters.
Tom Hanks mocks Trump supporters in a Saturday Night Live skit
NBC’s Saturday Night Live hasn’t been funny or relevant for years.
The late-night sketch comedy show used to mock both political parties.
Now, it’s become a series of painfully unfunny sketches that attack President Donald Trump and his supporters.
Academy Award-winning actor Tom Hanks appeared on the 50th anniversary special of Saturday Night Live to participate in a sketch called “Black Jeopardy.”
Hanks was dressed as a disheveled character wearing one of Trump’s signature red Make America Great Again hats.
His character is reluctant to shake the hand of the fake game show’s host, played by Kenan Thompson.
Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly blasted Hanks and Saturday Night Live for the sketch during an appearance on Sky News Australia.
“They decided to take one of the most beloved, most popular American actors ever, Tom Hanks, and put him in a Trump MAGA hat and put him down at the end of what they called ‘Black Jeopardy!’” Kelly exclaimed.
She ripped her old network NBC for pushing an anti-Trump agenda.
“Saturday Night Live hates conservatives,” Kelly said. “NBC hates conservatives. They’ve been doing programming that has been anti-Trump, anti-conservatives, pro-leftist causes in the open for 12 years now.”
Kelly called this a mask-off moment for NBC.
“The veil was down, and we saw what they really think of all of us. Not just MAGA, but anybody on the right: They think you’re a racist,” Kelly stated.
Megyn Kelly takes off the gloves against Saturday Night Live
Kelly destroyed Hanks for mocking the audience, which helped turn him into one of the country’s most successful actors.
“In thanks to a nation of audiences that included those guys who look like that, with a T-shirt, without the sleeves that are maybe a little rough around the edges who aren’t as coiffed as he is with the perfect three-quarter zip sweater with their MAGA hat on, and yeah Tom Hanks, their southern rural accent,” Kelly said.
“You absolute effing snob — went to your movies and made you a billionaire and your thanks to them is to mock and belittle them in the two minutes you had to portray what they might be like. Shame on you,” Kelly added.
Kelly argued that the sketch aired because NBC was stuck in an ideological echo chamber as a network filled with leftists.
“Then the veil slipped, and it slipped because that’s who they really are. And no one there thought there’d be a problem with that skit with Tom Hanks? No one said, ‘Oh, God, is this beyond? Should we not?’ Because it’s all the same left-wing echo chamber,” Kelly explained.
Saturday Night Live confirmed why its relevancy and ratings have been slipping with the sketch.
It’s just another unfunny show on late-night that gave up comedy to push a political agenda.

That is what happens when you get in with the wrong crowd – you have to swim with the fishes and make a spectacle of yourself. You would think CA would learn that their brand of politics isn’t working with their present governor and now the talk is that the word salad lady, Kamala Harris, is going to run for governor.
Why not draft Mel Gibson for Governor?
