Over the course of essentially the last nine years, the once and again 45th and 47th President, Donald John Trump, was targeted by the radical, progressive left as they attempted to destroy him both politically and financially through lawfare. Just reference the attempted hit jobs orchestrated by “Federal prosecutor” Jack Smith, NYS AG Letitia James and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg. So, the United States will experience a new birth of freedom that began on Inauguration Day 2025, as POTUSDJT rose like the Phoenix with one the the greatest political comebacks in American history as he was persecuted, vilified, cursed at, while fighting through incessant weak court cases on both the Federal and state levels, that turned misdemeanors, which timed out due to the statute of limitations, into felonies. And there are also the two known assassination attempts. Who knows what countries have assassination squads in the country that could have crossed the border illegally? We are also quite aware that he is only the second president to serve non-consecutive terms. Former President Grover Cleveland served as the 22nd POTUS(1885-1889) and the 24th POTUS(1893-1897). Number 23 was Benjamin Harrison(1889-1893).
During the four years of DementiaJoe’s one, and thankfully only tenure, we were witness to a grossly dysfunctional and out of touch administration that had promised to “restore normalcy, but instead delivered a record inflation rate with the Inflation Reduction Act and supply chain shortages; Biden opened the borders which resulted in over 20 million illegal aliens invading the country from over 160 different countries, and POTUSDJT forced to declare a national emergency to shut down the border, while ending the CBP One app; the torpedoing of the domestic energy sector which resulted in two lengthy wars in both Europe and the Middle East, while the Biden-Harris administration and Democrats turned their backs on Israel; permitted biological males to compete against biological females, much less being forced to share a locker room; a rise in crime nationwide, especially in Democratic run states and cities with woke attorneys general and district attorneys; weakened the military with woke policies and insufficient resources; pushed the Green New Deal and shoved electric vehicles down the consumers’ throats with an insufficient number of chargers and repeatedly was an embarrassment on the international stage. Moreover, President Donald John Trump signed an Executive Order that removes the prejudicial and racist DEI(Biden spent millions) and CRT from businesses and schools, while encouraging a meritocracy, without basing advancement on ethnicity, gender, religion or sexual identity. Yet even the most skeptical observers could not have foreseen the breathtaking final act that would take place in the final hours of Biden’s tenure.
Just before President Donald John Trump began his acceptance speech, and as they were talking with one another, Biden was issuing additional pardons. Interestingly, when DementiaJoe almost had his foot out the door, he took one last opportunity with the pre-emptive pardoning of numerous people including his brother, Fauci, Milley, Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff, while including numerous members of the Biden family syndicate. When the White House announced these pardons, there was going to be major backlash. So, this is the press release issued: “These people do not deserve to be targets of unjustified and politically motivated prosecutions.” Talk about blatant lies and hypocrisy after what the Biden DOJ did to POTUSDJT. And as he was signing Executive Orders, President Donald John Trump stated that Biden demonstrated weakness and guilt with his last minute pardons. Furthermore, from day one, POTUSDJT clearly stated that he was pardoning a number of the J-6 members who were prosecuted, while DementiaJoe authorized his pardons in a clandestine manner for any future crimes committed. As for Trump issuing pardons to family in 2021…that did not happen as opposed to Biden. In one last ridiculous move, Biden granted clemency to a Connecticut drug boss who was convicted in the deaths of an 8-year-old boy and his mother and was granted clemency in a stunning 11th-hour move, which was slammed by fellow Democrats.
As posted by Judicial Watch on “X,”: President Trump should ignore the preemptive, blanket pardons just issued by whomever is running the Biden White House. Specifically, President Trump should immediately court-martial Milley and proceed as appropriate in criminally investigating Fauci and any one else on the Biden’s list. The blanket pardons issued by Biden are invalid and constitutional nullities and should be considered to have no legal force or effect.” There has to be an accountability mechanism for the damage inflicted by the Biden-Harris administration on the citizens of the United States. Pardons do not protect one from being charged with treason.
The President shall have the power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment. That’s why former President Richard M. Nixon resigned before facing impeachment.The question that must be asked is whether a person who has not been charged, must less convicted of a crime, receive a presidential pardon. And the answer is that a POTUS cannot pardon individuals who have not been convicted of a federal crime. The power to pardon, as outlined in Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution, is for specifically offenses committed against the United States after a conviction. This means that the individual must have been legally charged and convicted before a pardon can be granted. Interestingly, it’s not commonly known that a pardon can be refused.
There is one action from the Executive Branch that is really going to piss off, and frighten, the intelligence community…and deservedly so! Trump says his administration will move to suspend the security clearances of the 51 former intelligence officials who signed the 2020 letter claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop reeked of a “Russian disinformation operation.”The letter was pushed by Secretary of State Antony Blinken. This punitive move is the latest point of contention between Trump and the intelligence community, of which he has been openly and harshly critical. The sweeping move, announced via executive order, also sets up a potential court challenge from ex-officials seeking to maintain access to sensitive government information. The potential court challenge is not for the purposes of national security, but to keep the high salaried non-governmental jobs that require security clearances needed by former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, who’s an avowed communist, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director & White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta, former Deputy Director of the CIA Mike Morell and former National Security Advisor John Bolton. But really, why do former intelligence officials have a need to access government information with a security clearance?
During Biden’s first day in the White House, he signed off on over 90 Executive Orders that essentially canceled a plethora of then former President Donald John Trump’s policies and programs that worked. Each of those Biden Executive Orders put the United States behind the eight ball and that if he had won a second term, Obama 2.0 would have had a firm, communist grip on each aspect of American life. For almost forever the radical, progressive Democratic left had been screaming that POTUSDJT is a danger to our “democracy.” What those nimrods repeatedly fail to understand is that the United States is not a democracy, but a Constitutional Republic. In reality, the actions of Pelosi, Chuckles Schumer, Harris and Obama by “convincing” Biden to drop out as the 2024 Democratic presidential candidate, was the true threat to the Constitutional Republic by essentially invalidating the 14 million registered Democratic primary votes for Biden. Moreover, during the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Harris was anointed to the candidacy without any due process. And we know how well that worked out, clearly showing that both Harris and Walz were two of the worst candidates made available.
During his first hours as the 47th President, Trump signed a series of Executive Orders focusing on a renewed energy policy. Furthermore, POTUSDJT stated that he would go after the high inflation rates after consumer costs soared 22% during Biden’s four years in office. One of Trump’s key EO’s will lift Biden’s restrictions on drilling for oil in Alaska, including his 2023 restrictions on Arctic Ocean drilling and his ban announced this month regarding drilling off the US coastline, including in the Bering Sea. In addition to opening America’s spigot, the national petroleum reserves will be refilled due to Biden’s tapping of the oil. And say goodbye to the windmills.
Additional Trump Executive Orders include reversing and eliminating the electric vehicle mandate. The mandate pushed carmakers to make 50% of their products to be electric vehicles by 2030, which President Donald John Trump frequently stated would jack up costs and limit consumer choice. And don’t forget the billions that Biden authorized to purchase charging stations, which fell flat, including the constant vandalism. The electric supply issue in California, where the electric grid cannot support supplying the population with enough power, much less EV’s…especially now with the horrors facing the people thanks to the failures of the LAFD, Mayor Karen Bass(D) and Governor Gavin Newsom(D).
Newly appointed Border Czar Tom Homan praised Kristi Noem, President Donald John Trump’s pick for DHS Secretary after meeting with her, saying “she understands” what it took to tackle the migrant crisis. If confirmed, Noem will oversee the operations of CBP and ICE as the Trump administration seeks to shut down illegal crossings and carry out mass deportations, including the possible use of the military to assist in removing the illegal alien criminals. While serving as South Dakota governor, Noem was the first to deploy state National Guard troops to the border to help Texas deter illegal crossings. Homan and Noem are also on the same page regarding the defunding of sanctuary cities if they fail to cooperate with DHS.
Even before Biden was inaugurated as POTUS, he kicked open the doors to the border to the tune of over 20 million illegal aliens that flooded the country and the Democratic run sanctuary cities, whether they were transported by Biden Airways or Biden Bus Lines. Moreover, a small percentage were actually vetted at legal ports of entry and without any genetic screening. Due to the incursion of illegal aliens, a number of diseases formally controlled by vaccinations and essentially eradicated have been reintroduced on a measurable scale. Those include small pox, yellow fever, Rubella, chickenpox, whooping cough, tuberculosis and making the return last seen in the Middle Ages..the bubonic plague. And lets not forget weapons trafficking, drug trafficking(methamphetamine and fentanyl), child trafficking, sex trafficking and money laundering. All thanks to the Biden-Harris administration.
And the Democratic run city and states are threatening resistance to the removal and deportation of illegal alien criminals from their domains. What those elected officials are doing is resisting the will of the 60% of the people who not only voted them into their offices, but support POTUSDJT’s planned deportations of criminal illegal aliens. The politicians who govern the Democratic run sanctuary cities of San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Antonio, Philadelphia, Chicago and New York City(?), have failed to hear the voices of their constituents who are affected by a lack of employment, low paying jobs, a reduced availability of housing, homicides, assaults, robberies and burglaries. As for the homicides, for example, just remember Laken Reilly(murder), Rachel Morin(murder), Weston Fundner(fentanyl poisoning), Jocelyn Nungaray(murder) and Kate Steinle(murder). These progressive Democrats quite apparently did not learn their lessons regarding the safekeeping of their constituents and not following the party’s agenda. Are there any kind of apologies coming from Biden, Harris and former DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who perjured himself for 3.5 years before the Congress, in public and while on the bootlicking, mainstream media talk shows, without real confrontations from the progressive, radical left. That all changed six months out from the November 5 presidential election. The administration decided to tighten things up.
The Senate voted to pass the Laken Riley Act, just hours after President Donald John Trump was sworn in. The bill would require federal immigration authorities to detain illegal aliens who commit theft-related crimes in the US. The legislation would also allow states to sue the Department of Homeland Security for harm caused to their residents because of illegal immigration.The bill passed in a 64-35 vote. Only 12 Democrats voted in favor of the bill. The Laken Riley Act ended up passing the House in a 264-159 vote with every Republican voting in favor of it. 48 Democrats ended up voting in favor of the bill. It’s hard to fathom that 159 Democrats actually voted against the Laken Riley Act. It just goes to show the progressive left’s priorities when it comes to the safety, security and well being of the American citizens that they are sworn to protect and serve. Representative Jeff Van Drew(R-NJ) wants to expand the Laken Riley Act to include that attacks on law enforcement is also a deportable offense…as well it should be! And this is the first major legislative victory for President Donald John Trump!
During President Donald John Trump’s first day back in the White House he signed over 200 Executive Orders, which means POTUSDJT did more work in 24 hours than Biden did in four years. And I asked this numerous times: “Who was governing the country?” It wasn’t Biden who was a dementia afflicted figurehead. Harris? What about her? A big nothing! Biden’s cognitive delinquency was covered up by his inner circle, the bootlicking, dregs of the mainstream media and the Biden syndicate. And finally, we got to slam the door on the Obama and Biden legacies, who came real close to fundamentally changing the United States to fit their narrative and socialist ideals. The American voter spoke loud and clear on November 5, 2024 by stating that enough was enough and we want our country back!
It’s a novel idea that a politician, much less a POTUS, keep their promises, especially with President Donald John Trump keeping a campaign pledge regarding the deportation of criminal illegal aliens. Within the first 48 hours, ICE and CBP locked up over 400 illegal criminal aliens. POTUSDJT wrote an Executive Order to order The Pentagon to deploy 1,500 additional active duty troopers to the southern border, supplementing the 2,500 troops already there, totaling 10,000. In addition to the military, ATF and additional federal law enforcement agencies will be sending agents to enhance border security. Biden put criminal aliens ahead of American children, the sick, and elderly. And if the radical, progressive Democrats complain, just go talk to the members of the Angel Families and see where they stand.
In order to stem the invasion of illegal aliens at both the northern and southern borders, the President signed a number of Executive Orders focusing on immigration on his first day in office, taking a number of actions that would severely restrict immigration while sending a greater military presence to the border. The actions make major cuts to pathways to reach the US including the refugee program for those fleeing danger and persecution. They also seek to resume programs from his first term in office, including the “Remain in Mexico” program and linking local law enforcement with immigration authorities. “As commander in chief, I have no higher responsibility than to defend our country from threats and invasions, and that is exactly what I am going to do,” Trump said in his inaugural address. Without a border, we do not have a country.
Moreover, POTUSDJT used an Executive Order to designate cartels as foreign terrorist organizations. That course of action would allow authorities to more easily arrest and deport convicted members, as well as prosecute those who aid the cartels. The order also floats possible usage of the Alien Enemies Act, which allows for the detention or swift deportation of citizens of designated countries based on their nationality, with the forerunner being the 1798 “Alien and Sedition Act,” signed by President John Adams.
Interestingly, Governor Kathy Hochul(D-NY) won’t provide any new funding to New York City to help manage its migrant crisis, marking a significant shift after tens of thousands of asylum seekers strained the city’s budget requiring state help. As it stands today, NYC has dropped over $5B on supporting the illegal aliens “residing” in the five boroughs. Hochul had previously committed approximately 1/3 of the city’s costs regarding the illegal aliens for the last two years. While NYC still has access to $2.9B in unspent money, the President had promised to crack down on the illegal alien criminals, end birthright citizenship, employ the military for border(s) enforcement and shut down the CBP One app, which was used by immigrants to make appointments with immigration officials to file asylum requests. It does seem that Hochul and NYC Mayor Eric Adams have taken a far less aggressive and defiant approach towards the illegal alien population. There has been a marked increase in crime throughout the city, including assaults on the NYPD. Adams said that he plans to work with President Donald John Trump’s new administration, not “war” with it, as the federal government begins to take a more hardline approach to immigration. New York City will “coordinate” with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement on deporting migrant criminals, Mayor Adams said this week as major cities brace for President Trump’s promised crackdown.
As for the CBP One system, which Biden expanded without congressional approval in January 2023, was a disingenuous fraud from its inception. The app was an avenue for the Biden-Harris administration to cover up the border crisis and hide the true illegal alien numbers by rubber stamping even the most bogus asylum applications.
POTUSDJT also withdrew the US, for the second time, from the Obama 2015 Paris Climate Accords, which he said unfairly required the US to reduce emissions more than the draconian Communist Chinese Republic. When Obama pushed the Paris Accords on the country, it was rather obvious that we were getting royally screwed due to his radical globalist policies. The US was responsible for the majority of funding the agreement, while Russia, India and the draconian Communist Chinese Republic contributed nothing, zero, nada. Moreover, those three countries were only financially responsible when 2030 rolls around…IF THEY WANT TO! Imagine the weakness that projects on the world stage. And let’s not forget Obama’s nuclear weapons Iran program…the JCPOA, which Biden almost had us rejoin. President Donald John Trump also opted the US out of the Chinese controlled World Health Organization.
In what many are calling the most damaging assessment of a modern presidency, a comprehensive Daily Mail poll conducted by J.L. Partners uncovered a not too surprising truth: When asked to summarize Biden’s tenure, the most common response from American voters was simply “nothing. The devastating poll, which surveyed 1,009 registered voters, found that more than half of Americans cannot name a single achievement from Biden’s four years in office. Even more telling, 37% of respondents “strongly agreed” that they could not identify one accomplishment from his tenure. Well, it’s just possible that Biden’s major accomplishment was his DOJ going after then former-President Donald John Trump.
As I previously stated, the many court cases were brought against Trump were weak misdemeanors that expired due to the statute of limitations, but revived into weak felonies. Federal prosecutor Jack Smith hit a brick wall by the name of Florida District Judge Aileen Cannon who stopped him from releasing his very subjective report.
Additionally, Trump had to deal with the insanity of NY Attorney General Letitia James and New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who both wanted to break him politically and financially. A rather interesting story is that Trump declined his $400,000 annual salary as POTUS for the purposes of donating it the various veterans groups. In spite of being rather on the wealthy side, a majority of Americans see this as an honorable sacrifice and as an act of good faith putting the America first. Yet, James, who ran solely on persecuting the former and present president, is continuing to wage her version of lawfare and put her politics before the benefit of the country. President Donald John Trump is incurring a fine of $112,000 per day thanks to James.
Just hours after taking office, President Donald John Trump displayed his alliance with Israel by signing a number of Executive Orders revoking Biden EO’s, including several targeting Israel or Israeli citizens. Among the Executive Orders POTUSDJT signed that overturned Biden-era policies was terminating the restrictions on arms sales to Israel imposed during the war in Gaza. Additionally, Trump signed an encompassing order overturning 66 of Biden’s executive orders and 12 of his presidential memorandums, including the February 1st, 2024, Executive Order 14115, which targeted Israelis living in Judea and Samaria whom the Biden White House designated as “extremist settlers.”
Inauguration Day has the United States of American back on the track using common sense…A Resurrection!
