Why is there a shortage of water?
How does desalination work?
If we can support millions of illegals – we can pay for having more water available – especially for fires.
There are two main ways in which salty water is made fit for human consumption: thermal desalination and reverse osmosis.
Thermal desalination causes the water to evaporate and condense, leaving salt and other impurities behind, while reverse osmosis uses a filter membrane that only allows water molecules through, thereby separating it from salt and other substances.
Because reverse osmosis, which was invented in the US in the 1950s, is the more energy efficient of the two approaches, it is more widely used. Around 70 percent of desalinated water is achieved using this process.
Once the water is purified, minerals and chemicals are added to meet the standards required for safe and healthy drinking water.

Eight operating desalination plants
California currently has eight operating desalination plants and three facilities in the planning or permitting phase3. The four major desalination plants in California are the Carlsbad Desalination Plant, Santa Barbara Desalination Plant, Monterey Peninsula Desalination Plant, and the proposed Doheny Ocean Desalination Plant4. Recently, a $140 million desalination plant was approved in California to convert up to 5 million gallons of seawater each day into drinking water5

It’s time to add another one to the “Trump was right again” pile! Just three months ago, when President Trump appeared on the Joe Rogan Podcast, he discussed California’s ongoing water and wildfire problems. He even had solutions, but of course, the usual suspects couldn’t handle Trump being right.
During their conversation, Trump pointed out how California’s progressive environmental policies were causing water rationing and barren farmlands, while also preventing the clearing of dead trees in forests. He suggested that the state had more than enough water available, but it was being mismanaged due to these policies.
But instead of listening to Trump’s sound advice, the liberal media and politicians dismissed him once again. They refused to acknowledge the real issue of water dispersal and management, and instead blamed climate change and Trump himself for the wildfires.
Fast forward three months, and we see the disastrous consequences of their neglect. California is facing the worst fires in a generation, and their fire hydrants are empty. All because the powers that be were more concerned with protecting a tiny fish than managing their resources wisely.
This is not the first time that Trump has been proven right, despite the constant attacks from the liberal establishment. From the economy to foreign policy, and now even on issues like water management and wildfires, Trump’s predictions and solutions have been proven to be accurate and effective.
It’s time for the liberal media to stop their relentless attacks on Trump and start listening to him. He has a proven track record of being right, and it’s time for them to acknowledge that instead of constantly dismissing and belittling him.
In the midst of these crises, one thing is clear: Americans can stockpile Ivermectin and other key prescription medicines, just as Trump has advised. It’s time to listen to the man who has consistently been ahead of the curve and put his advice into action.
