Why is Obama making such a fuss over his daughter changing her name? Is it to give Kamala Harris some change of pace?

I would think the main thing is her safety.

Don’t all Hollywood folks change their name to something that is more appeasing for publicity purposes.

I would think of all people Obama would not publicize her new name.

Mr. Glove was her mentor for her new career. Quit trying to interfere.
