Donald Trump is under constant attack from Democrats and the media.
He’s finding allies in surprising places this campaign.
And a top Democrat agreed with Donald Trump about this scary problem Kamala Harris mocked.
Democrats rage at Donald Trump for mentioning Haitians eating pets
Springfield, Ohio was vaulted into the national spotlight by former President Donald Trump during the Presidential debate.
The city of nearly 60,000 was the recipient of almost 20,000 illegal aliens from Haiti that the Biden-Harris administration illegally paroled.
“In Springfield, they’re eating the dogs, the people that came in,” Trump said. “They’re eating the cats. They’re eating the pets of the people that live there. This is what’s happening in our country, and it’s a shame.”
Springfield residents reported that Haitians were eating cats, dogs, geese, and ducks they had taken.
ABC News moderator David Muir tried to “fact check” Trump’s remark as false, allegedly based on the word of one Springfield city official.
“The people on television say my dog was taken and used for food,” Trump stated. “The people on television say their dog was eaten by the people that went there.”
No city official hoping to attract new residents and economic development would ever admit that was happening.
Vice President Kamala Harris and her media allies tried to dismiss the story as false.
Former Democrat Presidential candidate agrees with Trump on Springfield
Spiritual guru Marianne Williamson – who ran for the Democrat Presidential nomination in 2020 and 2024 – cautioned Democrats about dismissing the claims of the people of Springfield.
“Continuing to dump on Trump because of the ‘eating cats’ issue will create blowback on Nov. 5,” Williamson wrote on X. “Haitian voodoo is in fact real, and to dismiss the story out-of-hand rather than listen to the citizens of Springfield. Ohio confirms in the minds of many voters the stereotype of Democrats as smug elite jerks who think they’re too smart to listen to anyone outside their own silo.”
Animal sacrifice is a part of Haiti’s voodoo culture.
The media claimed that there was no evidence reports of Haitians snatching and eating animals were real.
But there’s more evidence of it happening than there was that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian misinformation during the 2020 Election, which the media claimed was true.
Reports of cannibalism emerged from Haiti earlier this year during the widespread gang violence in the country.
U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) reported that his office has gotten scores of calls from Springfield residents about their pet dogs and cats being taken.
Springfield residents are reporting that Haitians are taking their pets.
Police aren’t going to open a criminal investigation and dedicate manpower to finding a missing cat.
It’s all hands on deck for local law enforcement dealing with the surge in car accidents caused by unlicensed Haitian drivers.
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine dispatched the Ohio Highway Patrol to deal with traffic duty in the city.
The Federalist uncovered a call to Springfield Police in August from a resident reporting Haitians carrying geese.
Springfield is following a similar news cycle to Aurora, Colorado, where Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua took over apartment complexes and extorted residents.
The media denies that it’s happening until the evidence becomes overwhelming.
