PLAIN AND SIMPLE – KAMALA IS A BULLY!
A good example is:
Look how many times she has threatened President Trump’s supporters – if you vote for Trump we will come after you after we win.
“It’s clear that you’re not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work,” a former staffer told the Post. “With Kamala you have to put up with a constant amount of soul-destroying criticism and also her own lack of confidence. So you’re constantly sort of propping up a bully and it’s not really clear why.”

Kamala – If Moma’s not happy – nobody gets to be happy? Plain and simple. I have supervised women and it is not easy; but, you have to keep the “happy” clock running – no matter what. That was not Kamala’s loong suit.
The problem from what I have read is “Kamala” is/was LAZY and never did the home work for preparation of any given job and always blamed it on her staff.
She thought “everything” is just suppose to happen without preparation. If it doesn’t – then YOU WING IT WITH A CACKLE LAUGH or WORD SALAD. She did that over and over.
It scares the puddin’ out of me – this women is a disaster. Vengeance is mine is her long suit.
To cut the rug – let’s have her take an IQ TEST and see which way the wind is blowing.

More ex-staff accuse Kamala Harris of poor treatment in new report: ‘Anyone who’s staff, get the f*** out of here!’
July 27, 2024 | Vivek Saxena |
Vice President Kamala Harris is a “soul-destroying” “bully,” according to a large number of her former staffers.
While some say this has been known for a while, it’s important to revisit the past now that she’s running for president.
Multiple Harris staffers who worked for her before she became vice president told The Washington Post in 2021 that she was very difficult to work with because of her stank attitude.×
They said, for example, that she frequently showed up to briefings without first having done her homework, and then berated her staffers when she appeared unprepared.
According to Charlie Spiering of the Daily Mail, then-Sen. Harris’ nasty attitude was fully on display during the 2018 confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
“On September 28 of that year, as Kavanaugh’s nomination moved forward despite liberal outrage over allegations he’d sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford three decades earlier, Harris and her colleagues staged a walkout from the hearings,” Spiering reports.
“Later, Harris was said to explode in anger outside the main Judiciary Committee room. Witnesses recalled Harris cursing and ordering around staffers who did not even work for her. ‘Anyone who’s staff, get the f*** out of here!’ she allegedly yelled,” according to Spiering.
A year later, an angry staffer resigned from then-vice presidential candidate Harris’ campaign and then shared her stunning resignation letter with The New York Times.
“This is my third presidential campaign and I have never seen an organization treat its staff so poorly,” she wrote in the letter. “While I still believe that Senator Harris is the strongest candidate to win in the General Election in 2020, I no longer have confidence in our campaign or its leadership. The treatment of our staff over the last two weeks was the final straw in this very difficult decision.”
“It is not acceptable to me that we encouraged people to move from Washington, DC to Baltimore only to lay them off with no notice, with no plan for the campaign, and without thoughtful consideration of the personal consequences to them or the consequences that their absence would have on the remaining staff. It is unacceptable that we would lay off anyone that we hired only weeks earlier. It is unacceptable that with less than 90 days until Iowa we still do not have a real plan to win. Our campaign For the People is made up of diverse talent which is being squandered by indecision and a lack of ‘leaders who will lead.’”
Harris’ poor leadership and bullying are reflected in her ridiculously high staff turnover rate.
“Analysis [has] found that the high turnover in the last three-and-a-half years meant that only five of the 47 people listed as being in her employ in 2021 were still with her by spring this year,” according to a recent report from The Telegraph.
“It is in stark contrast to the extremely loyal and experienced brains trust upon which [President Joe] Biden relied, many of whom had worked with him for decades, making them adept at anticipating his thinking and reflecting his tone in their campaign messaging,” the report continues.
This could pose a challenge for Harris going into the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
But it’s actually even worse than it looks. A recent investigation by OpenTheBooks found that the Office of the Vice President now boasts a 91.5 percent staff turnover rate thanks to Harris.
Meanwhile, last year The Atlantic reported that “[i]n her first year and a half as vice president, Harris saw the departure of her chief of staff, communications director, domestic-policy adviser, national security adviser, and other aides.”
Insiders told The Telegraph that the departures were prompted by the discovery that working for Harris is “particularly difficult.”
It doesn’t help that Harris reportedly often doesn’t pull her weight.
“One example given was Washington’s high-profile Gridiron dinner, where politicians are skewered by comedians and deliver light-hearted roastings in return,” The Telegraph notes. “Senior White House aides reportedly requested Ms. Harris attend on Mr. Biden’s behalf in 2022, but she declined, leaving the task to Gina Raimondo, the US commerce secretary.”
