When people have dementia, from past experience with family, they change completely. Their minds are confused and your family become your enemy if you say the wrong thing. Biden was confused before the 2020 election and that is why the party confined him to his basement instead of appearing at any rally. That should have been a signal to the American people.
Since the 2020 election, in my opinion, he has legally not been of sound mind and everything that he has signed is not legal. That needs to be made by a court. The doctor stated his condition and that fact.
Biden’s past brain surgeries could also have affected his cognitive function, according to Osborn.
“It is likely that the combination of the two brain surgeries and his [possible] neurodegenerative diseases, plus the added stress of the Oval Office, have markedly accelerated the deterioration of his already ailing brain,” he said.
