Democratic Representative Maxine Waters became entangled in a comical situation during a live interview on CNN.
Instead of addressing pressing political matters, she grappled with her wig.
While speaking with Abby Phillip about the upcoming election, Waters appeared visibly distracted by her reflection on the screen monitor, seemingly unable to resist the urge to adjust her wig.
This lighthearted moment lasted for an amusing 26 seconds and provided some unexpected entertainment during the interview.
Ultimately, Waters’ spontaneous ideas prevailed. Let’s trust that she will bring the same commitment to serving her constituents as she does to upholding her appearance.
Last month, California Rep. Maxine Waters, known for her far-left views, gained attention when she expressed concerns about her safety in the event of Donald Trump’s victory in the upcoming presidential election.
During an interview on MSNBC, Waters implied that a Trump presidency would pose a threat to herself and other individuals from minority communities.
“I’m very concerned, not only about my safety and not only about the safety of members of Congress. I’m concerned about the safety of so many people in this country, particularly people of color. Donald Trump has said that if he does not win, it is going to be fraud, and because it is going to be fraud, there will be blood in the streets,” Waters said.
“He threatens about a civil war, and he threatens there’s going to be violence. I would say all of this talk is motivational with many of those who are racist, who are sitting at home listening to him, and they are taking him up on his threats even before the elections take place. It is about thousands, maybe millions of people being threatened and being at risk because of Donald Trump and his desire to seek revenge on anything and everybody,” she added.
Her above ragging shows her ignorance. She can’t speak the truth because of it.
Such warnings are particularly ironic given that back in 2018, Waters riled up a crowd of supporters urged them to harass members of Trump’s cabinet.
“If you see anybody from [Trump’s] Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere!” she declared at the time.
Additionally, the dishonest congresswoman labeled Trump supporters as “domestic terrorists” while appearing on MSNBC to discuss the guilty verdict against Trump.
