It is about time – look at our country’s status with the Democrats. Starting with Obama who weaponized the government into a dictatorship and continued up to now with Biden. The Democrats tried to make the country feel like the Supreme Court was going rogue with their rulings; but, it was the Democrats who are being ruthless with their cheating, stealing, and lying.
The court did their job – which is to make the Democrats follow the Constitution.
Look at the state of Washington DC/the blue states – all the fault of the Democrats who are now the Marxists. Question is WHO IS MAKING THESE DECISIONS? If it is not Biden then it is illegal – Obama/Billary/Pelosi/Schumer/Rice? And, if it is Biden – we know his mind doesn’t work with his dementia – we have a big problem that isn’t being recognized or is being hidden.
Just think how many years they have been deceiving the citizens and stealing the votes.
Our country is in shambles due to its Democrat/Marxists leadership.
We can’t continue this charade by the Democrat/Marxists because they are not using the Constitution but using lawless tactics against citizens and making up their own laws as they go.
A good example is GET TRUMP – LAWLESSNESS TO THE HILT. The American people through Judicial Watch should file a law suit against the Democrats and make them repay all of the money Trump has paid out of his funds to save himself/his family – also, General Flynn/Jan6. All of the people whose lives have been disrupted by this lawlessness. This needs to happen to teach the Democrats they cannot treat people this way and get by with it. It starts with Obama/Durham Report.

Supreme Court Stuns Biden with 5-4 Ruling – Washington Swamp Slammed by Key Case
By Jon Brenner|June 27, 2024

Navigating the political landscape these days is like trying to sail through a hurricane. Each new ruling and law feels like another wave crashing down on us, testing our resolve.
Recently, the Supreme Court made a significant decision that many of us have been watching closely. Their ruling could have far-reaching implications for states and industries across the nation.
The Supreme Court’s credibility has been under intense scrutiny lately. Critics have questioned their decisions, especially when it comes to the overreach of federal powers. Biden’s administration has been pushing boundaries through agencies like the EPA, causing many to worry about government overreach. It’s no wonder this latest case has everyone on edge.
The EPA, under Biden’s leadership, has been trying to enforce stricter environmental regulations. Many believe these rules overstep federal authority, infringing on states’ rights and burdening industries. The Supreme Court recently stepped in to address one such regulation, which aimed to tackle air pollution crossing state lines.
From CBS News:
The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to block an environmental rule that aims to curb air pollution and address harmful smog that travels from certain states into others while legal proceedings continue. In a 5-4 decision, the court granted the request from Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia, as well as energy companies and industry groups, to pause the rule.
This ruling has sparked a significant debate. On one side, you have those who argue that strict environmental regulations are necessary to protect our planet. On the other, you have states and industries that feel these regulations are too restrictive and harm their economic interests. The Supreme Court’s decision to pause the rule is seen as a victory for the latter group.
Implications of the Ruling
This ruling has major implications. For starters, it puts a hold on the EPA’s ability to enforce the Good Neighbor Rule. This rule was designed to prevent air pollution from crossing state lines, but many argued it was too burdensome. States like Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia, along with several energy companies, felt the rule overreached federal authority.
The court’s decision to block the rule allows these states and industries to breathe a sigh of relief, at least for now. They argue that this pause is necessary to protect jobs and the economy. Meanwhile, environmental groups are up in arms, claiming this will lead to increased pollution and health risks.
The Role of the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court’s role in this case highlights its critical function in balancing federal and state powers. By pausing the EPA’s rule, the court is essentially saying that there needs to be a more thorough examination of the regulation’s impact. This decision underscores the importance of checks and balances in our government.
It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time the Supreme Court has stepped in to check the EPA’s authority. In recent years, there have been several cases where the court has ruled against the agency, citing overreach. This trend suggests that the court is wary of allowing federal agencies to wield too much power.
Future of Environmental Regulations
The future of environmental regulations remains uncertain. While the Supreme Court’s ruling is a setback for the EPA, it doesn’t mean the end of environmental protection efforts. Instead, it signals a need for a more balanced approach that considers both environmental and economic impacts.
States and industries will likely continue to challenge federal regulations they see as overreaching. This ongoing battle will shape the future of environmental policy in the United States. As we move forward, it’s crucial to find a middle ground that protects our environment without stifling economic growth.
Closing Thoughts
The Supreme Court’s decision to block the EPA’s Good Neighbor Rule is a significant development in the ongoing battle over environmental regulations. It underscores the importance of checks and balances in our government and highlights the need for a balanced approach to policy-making. As we navigate these stormy waters, it’s essential to remain vigilant and informed, ensuring that our leaders protect both our environment and our economy.
