Rachel Maddow Issues Stark Warning on Donald Trump: ‘Running Against Democracy’ (msn.com)

Political commentator Rachel Maddow warned that former president Donald Trump is “running against democracy.”

(If that is her thinking then she has it assle backwards.)

Political commentator Rachel Maddow gave a harsh warning about former president Donald Trump and the upcoming presidential election while appearing on The View on Tuesday.

“Trump and his movement, they’re not running against Democrats. They’re running against democracy,” said the host of MSNBC‘s The Rachel Maddow Show. “They’re running against the democratic process. They want to radically change the kind of system that we have, the government that we have.”

Maddow said it is up to the American people to determine the country’s future.

“We are alive as American citizens in that time, and we’re going to be the ones who decide if the American system of government survives of if it’s taken over instead by a strong man authoritarian form.”

She shared concerns about the safety of herself and others if Trump wins the election.

(You should be more worried now with the characters you are supporting. Now that their corruption – is pouring out like wet sand in an hourglass.)

“I think it’s bad to have somebody saying give me as much power as you can in this country so I can use it to go after other Americans, so I can use it to go after this subhuman, internal enemies and I’ll destroy them,” Maddow said.

Maddow also discussed Trump’s conviction on 34 felony counts in the New York hush money trial. She shared her observations from being inside the courtroom.

“He’s just a man and nobody’s here to support him, including his wife,” Maddow said.

(Ouch! Not nice?)

While Trump has called the trial “rigged” and politically motivated, Maddow said trials and convictions of Democratic politicians and Hunter Biden prove the justice system is not politically biased.

“If the Democrats are supposedly rigging the legal system so Democrats don’t get in trouble, they’re doing a very bad job,” Maddow said.

Maddow praised President Joe Biden‘s economic record, despite the criticism he’s facing based on high prices and inflation.

“We’ve got economic growth that any major country in the world would kill for,” Maddow said.

(Is that what the Ukraine war is all about – they are killing for the economy to keep it going and why we are giving away taxpayer money?)

The political commentator also took shots at the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has been accused of corruption following leaked audio of Supreme Court justices and controversy surrounding flags flown at Justice Samuel Alito‘s home.

(And, what does that matter – it was his wife’s – and it is none of your business. Does anyone tell your partner how to fly the flags at your home?)

“The blatant corruption of a couple of these Supreme Court Justices is John Roberts‘ problem,” Maddow said. “He’s the Chief Justice and he has to police it to save his court and to save the legal system.”

Think this lady should look in the mirror and repeat what she just said about herself – blatant corruption.

When she speaks, we turn off the TV because when she speaks her tone and voice project unpleasantness in the room and then I have to get the spray to clean up the mess off the floor.

She does have an awkwardness about her projection – like she knows better than you and you better listen.

These people need to “GET A LIFE” because what they are preaching it is not reaching anyone because their words bounce back. Nothing sticks because we know who/what they are trying to do to our country following Biden/Obama – can you imagine??
