Isn’t it time for the Supreme Court to show that the Constitution does apply in all U.S. states and the system should root out these despicable people who are crooks and paid off. It only ends up making a mockery of the justice system as this one did.
The judge/prosecutor did not appear to be organized/or serious and lacked the dignity of the court system and misled the country when the judge stated that the jury had been released for the day. And, later, declared a verdict. That was not appropriate – which proved the court was run by lackey jacks.
It would seem mandatory before a case gets this far that a CHECK AND BALANCE system is established for any lawsuit to meet a criteria and stopped in its track. Lawyers would have to prove it is fit for a trial. The courts are always so backed up due to lack of due diligence to establish fault and needs to be thrown out before it get this far and create these fake trials? Too many cases are having to go to the appeals process.
