In a recent discussion with a mother whose daughter is a teacher stated:

My daughter loves teaching; but, we are not allowed to teach.

Other comments stated: Teachers can’t teach – they are glorified “BABY SITTERS.” The students come to class and are sleepy/tired/hungry/telephones – which are all distractions for the teachers.

Need to be more strict on rules.
