Glad some people are coming to their senses and protecting our country and its businesses. The people who are funding all of this mayhem are part of the “taking down our country” plans.
It is time to call these people out – one by one. We know it is Soros/Obama/and foreign countries working through a sick man called Biden. Why isn’t someone calling them out.
They have all endowed themselves through their acts of evil.

Is Jeb Bush Aligning with Trump? The Signs are Clear, Even the Bush Dynasty is Reconciling with Trump
‘This op-ed by Jeb Bush and Joe Lonsdale discussing how Democrat lawfare against Donald Trump and Elon Musk could potentially ruin the country is written in a rather polite tone, but it’s still worth a read’ Mollie of The Federalist linking to the WSJ article
In a recent Wall Street Journal op-ed, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, who once ran against Donald Trump in 2016, teamed up with Joe Lonsdale to voice their concerns over a New York judge’s decision to issue a $355 million judgment against the former president. They argue that this ruling, along with another one against Tesla owner Elon Musk, threatens the rule of law and could foster an anti-business climate in the United States.
Bush underscored the importance of equality before the law, stating that these rulings could trigger a crisis not only for the integrity of the courts but also for the business environment that has contributed to America’s prosperity. According to Bush, if these rulings are upheld, it could have far-reaching implications, instilling fear of arbitrary enforcement against entrepreneurs who engage in public service or voice their opinions as citizens, particularly when those opinions are disliked by politicians.
The former governor specifically highlighted the case against Donald Trump, where New York Attorney General Letitia James used an “unusual New York law” that didn’t require proof of intent to defraud or any actual financial loss. He pointed out that without victims, it would be the state collecting damages. Deutsche Bank, which had provided loans to Trump’s real estate company, testified that it was satisfied with its investments and had been repaid with interest. The bank also expressed uncertainty about state prosecutors’ claims regarding inflated values and net worth of Trump’s properties.
Bush referred to a report from The Associated Press indicating that since the adoption of this law in 1956, the case against Trump was unique among 12 cases with significant penalties due to its lack of an alleged victim or financial loss.
Turning his attention to Elon Musk’s case, Bush discussed Delaware Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick’s decision to unwind Musk’s incentive-based compensation at Tesla following a claim by a shareholder who owned only five shares. Bush expressed concern over potential damage to New York and Delaware judiciaries’ reputations given their significant roles in U.S. business operations.
Furthermore, Bush warned about potential losses for these states if their appellate courts do not overturn these rulings. He noted that some business owners have already expressed intentions to relocate their companies or investments in response to these rulings.
Trump’s legal team has appealed the ruling, seeking its reversal. This move could temporarily halt the order while the appeals process unfolds. The judge’s decision not only imposed monetary penalties but also prohibited Trump from running a corporation in New York and seeking loans from banks registered in the state for three years. It also enhanced the powers of a court-appointed financial watchdog at The Trump Organization and imposed fines on Trump’s sons, Don Jr. and Eric Trump.
As for Elon Musk, he plans to request a pause on the Delaware judge’s ruling that rescinded his $56 billion pay package. Musk, who recently moved SpaceX from Delaware to Texas, criticized the state and advised companies still incorporated there to relocate promptly. The fallout from these legal battles raises concerns about potential impacts on the country’s legal fabric and principles of impartial justice system, which Bush believes are integral to American exceptionalism.

It is time to call the justice system for what it is – broken.
