DEI is being used to continue racism for starters in the business world. Certain jobs have to have QUALIFIED PEOPLE.

Why is it that in the sports arena – people have to compete for any position; but, not in the business world? Sports is a BIG BUSINESS WORLD.

Time to call this out.
