Why is this not an invasion of our country? WE THE PEOPLE need to know how they made their decision. Biden is not using the Constitution but is a DICTATOR. That means the SC is not using the Constitution?

In a recent decision, the Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration in an ongoing dispute over funding for the border wall. The ruling allows the administration to block further wall construction along the southern border using funds originally allocated for military projects during the prior administration.

Problem will be that Biden will use the military project money to give to Iran (Hamas) to further the attack on Israel as he did earlier or to the Ukraine.

Texas is using the Constitution and plan to do more.

When will the U.S. Marshalls/Texas Ranger institute law and order since the DOJ/FBI/OBAMA/BIDEN are OUT OF BUSINESS – performing Obama’s monkey business.

Again, we need to know how the court came to this conclusion.
