How often do they have a pop-in inspection? Do the oversight agencies just appear in post offices through out the U.S. and act as patrons to see how the business is being run or do they send customers a questionnaire to inquire about the services and to see if customers are satisfied? Or, if the users have any suggestions on how to improve the service in a given area? That would be nice.

This is a good thing – none of us are perfect. Remember – the post office never makes any money and is always in the red.

Wonder if there is any government agency who makes a profit?
