On December 7, 2023, our subdivision received notice that a cable had been cut. Therefore, our phones, internet, ipads, caption phone, printers, and the black box were out of snuff. The next day our neighbors all had their service except our home still had nothing – not even our phones. 

Our phones were back in service on the following Saturday, I then received a call a few days later from our provider – Windstream – who was very angry speaking. We had a short discussion in which he told me it would be 12/20 before serviced would be restored. with two tickets – one for the internet/one for the phones.

The following day I received another call from the provider to tell me they were trying to change the date to the next day which never happened.

Finally, on December 20, 2023, the technician arrived to restore the service and the next day I received a survey from Windstream and I refused it; and, so, the following is my answer to their survey.

Note – Does this tell me that GOOGLE SHUT DOWN MY SITE? I did not shut it down.
