Texas Judge rules DACA IS NOT LEGAL.
A federal judge has ruled against the DACA program, which provides deportation relief and work permits to immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children12. The judge found that a regulation issued by President Biden’s administration did not address the legal deficiencies that led him to deem DACA unlawful in 20211. U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen agreed with Texas and eight other states suing to stop the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program2.

DACA & Illegals

A federal judge recently declared that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program granting amnesty to illegal alien minors is unconstitutional, but refused to order that all DACA recipients be deported. As reported by “Just the News,” U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Hanen ruled that the Biden Administration’s attempts to codify DACA into law via federal regulation was illegal. But in his ruling, Hanen also rejected a request by Republican states to order an official end to the program. The Biden Administration is expected to appeal Judge Hanen’s ruling, with the dispute likely to reach the Supreme Court in the future.
In regards to a prior ruling, DementiaJoe lambasted “MAGA” Republicans after a federal appeals court ruled that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was unlawful. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a lower court ruling against the program but said current enrollees could renew their status. This was focused on the Obama administration’s attempt to circumvent The Congress with an Executive Order regarding the DACA program. Reuters noted the decision is a mixed decision for Biden, who wanted a permanent pathway to citizenship for program recipients, who are often referred to as “Dreamers.”
In June 2020, we found Washington DC, AKA “The Swamp,” in a state of shock after the conservative leaning Supreme Court ruled 5-4 against the Trump administration’s request to terminate the DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program. Chief Justice John Roberts was the deciding vote as he politicized the SCOTUS. Their decision on Obama’s radical and unconstitutional DACA immigration program was a highly political one, and seemingly, not based on the law in no way shape or form. Only Congress can amend the law, not the POTUS nor the courts. One cannot help but conclude that this decision was driven more by politics than the rule of law. Interestingly, Justice Roberts was nominated by President George W. Bush (R) in 2005. A fascinating ruling by the Chief Justice. The Congress from both sides of the aisle offered their opinions of the ruling.
The orthodox, extremists of the socialist liberal left were dancing in the aisles, with then Senate Minority Leader Chuckles Schumer (D-NY) being quoted “Madam President(Pelosi) I cried tears of joy a few minutes ago when I heard the decision of the Supreme Court on DACA.” He must have be going through some hormonal changes in that he loves to cry, especially during pressers, being so priggish. Remember, in January, 2017, Chuckles was crying during a presser regarding then Trump’s Executive Order regarding the immigration ban, from adversarial countries that were originally banned by the Obama administration, without any pushback. Double standards!! Trump wanted to know who Chuckles’ acting coach was. On a personal note, and as a New Yorker, Chuckles Schumer is nothing more than a two bit, overrated hack, blowhard politician who will not get my vote when he’s up for re-election.
Additionally, Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was at the time thrilled with the ruling during a presser. She argued the decision fell in line with Democrat values.“The Supreme Court decision, upholding President Obama’s wonderful action to support our Dreamers, is something that supports our values as a country,” she stated. Again, the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left demonstrated they care more for illegal immigrants who broke the law by illegally entering the United States. If one recalls, Pelosi is still severely failing her constituents, even when she stood in front of her $25K Sub Zero refrigerators, eating ice cream, during an interview regarding COVID-19. Pelosi should be ashamed with the conditions in her district, which she is failing to address until her seat is up for election. She does not deserve to return to The Congress, in addition to being a prime example as to why there should be term limits.
As for Obama, his illegal end run around The Congress will be cited later on…
Stepping back to January 2018, former President Donald John Trump had Tweeted these very prophetic words: “I have offered DACA a wonderful deal, including a doubling in the number of recipients and a twelve year pathway to citizenship, for two reasons: (1) Because the Republicans want to fix a long term terrible problem. (2)To show that the Democrats do not want to solve DACA, only use it!”
Once again Trump was right on target as Pelosi and Chuckles originally wanted 800,00 DACA recipients. Trump proposed doubling the number to 1,600,000 which the extremists of the socialist liberal left swiftly and coldly turned down. It would have been a win Trump, which still remains a leftist no-no!
One of the promises made during the 2016 Presidential Campaign was to take a centrist Democratic position when addressing, and developing a plan for comprehensive immigration reform. Since Obama circumvented The Congress, and issued the flawed and illegal DACA Executive Order, both sides of the aisle are still pointing fingers at which side of the aisle is responsible for failing to revise immigration, despite passing a long since expired deadline imposed by Trump. The radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left continue to state their support for immigration reform, but only on their terms for approximately 800K Dreamers. As previously stated, Trump was called a white supremacist, Nazi and racist, and yet it was Trump who wanted to more than double the number of Dreamers from the Obama administration, and who could, in 12 years, be on a path towards citizenship. Trump had offered the following plan, which was shot down by the orthodox, extremists of the radical, socialist liberal progressive left:
1-Affording 1.8 million Dreamers a pathway to American citizenship, but not just given as the amnesty being demanded by the extremist far left.
2-Ending the visa lottery.
3-Phasing out the end chain migration.
4-Merit based entry into the US., as does Canada with a strict merit based rating system.
5-Building the Southern Border wall, where illegal crossings was down 87%. And now, under DementiaJoe, the number is approaching six million illegal aliens crossing the southern border.
6-Increasing the border patrol.
7-End of sanctuary cities…And now the moves of bussing illegal aliens to New York City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Chicago and other Democratic cities has the mayors complaining about the numbers entering their “hypocritical” sanctuary cities, but nothing said about the Democratic mayor of El Paso, who has transported more than double illegal aliens by the state of Texas. And NYC Mayor Eric Adams(D) has criticized Biden and the administration for failing to lend support for the 100,000 illegal aliens straining the city’s economy. But Adams has the audacity, or stupidity, to blame Trump for Biden’s failure.
During Trump’s term in the White House, the country had been thriving economically and on the world stage, until the draconian Communist Chinese Republic unleashed the COVID-19 pandemic on this crazy, little planet. There was a plethora of positives that have occurred that the Democratic Obstructionist National People’s Socialist Party were bereft of having a message of consequence. Therefore, all that was left for them is to scream that the centrist immigration plan to be presented was racist and xenophobic. So, in conjunction with Hillary Clinton, who funded the Trump-Russian conspiracy, the upper echelon of the DOJ and FBI, efforted to pull off a coup d’etat of a sitting POTUS, Collusion I, and failed. Obstruction, failed. Collusion, Part II, failed. Attempted were made on his mental and physical health, failed. They tried to get to Trump through the Associate Justice Brett Cavanaugh ratification hearings. They tried a bogus impeachment with quid pro quo with the Ukraine, but the left was covering for DementiaJoe and his son with Burisma.
And speaking of the first son, The New York Post reported that Hunter Biden was indicted in Delaware by special counsel David Weiss on three counts of illegally possessing a firearm while addicted to drugs. The charges carry up to 25 years in prison and could form the first of multiple criminal cases against Hunter, now 53, who may also face tax fraud and illegal foreign lobbying counts in DC and Los Angeles.
Therefore, offering an avenue for citizenship to The Dreamers, with the expected bipartisan compromises simply were not good enough for Pelosi and Chuckles, who both demanded everything under the Sun, without offering anything so much as a compromise. So Pelosi and Chuckles continued to be the prime examples, and having plenty of company from both sides, for term limits, as they both demonstrated, once again, how delusional and out of touch they are with reality.
As is the standard operating procedure for the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal liberal left, Pelosi repeatedly employed the race card. Pelosi continues to define the bizarre and the out of touch each time she flaps her lips. She knows that illegal aliens have entered the United Stated illegally, equals future votes. Term limits. Term limits.
Again, the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left have no message on immigration reform of consequence to offer. The public must see how ineffective they are, when there will only be statements of resistance and obstruction, which only hurts their illegal “constituents.”And what about the legal immigrants who are spending fortune and following immigration laws to get working papers, a green card and citizenship? They get passed over.
As usual, the radical, orthodox extremists of the socialist liberal left, along with non-government organizations, prefer to kowtow and support illegal aliens, with a plethora of entitlements, rather than support American citizens. What is never addressed, or reported by the bootlicking, grody dregs of the cosmopolitan biased, cultural supremacist corporate mainstream media, is that employment within the Black community takes a major hit. As a matter of fact, 80%+ of the Black community favored strengthened immigration reform. Before the draconian Chinese Communist government unleashed the COVID-19, unemployment numbers for Blacks, Hispanics and Asians were at record low numbers because of Trump. The illegal immigrants, through the likes of the Democrats, are demanding rights that they are not entitled to, yet Trump had extended the means to citizenship that didn’t exist in the extremist liberal leftist establishment, who view only numbers and votes. And Mayor Adams is pushing work permits for the illegal aliens in NYC. It doesn’t take a genius to see who gets hurt!
Nevertheless, how ironic and ridiculous is it to allow people, who are in the country illegally, onto our streets and screaming at us on television news about their rights, supported by the radical, orthodox extremist groups and politicians. The illegal aliens that are here are not American citizens, but are being offered a pathway to citizenship or permanent status. They must be accountable like anyone else, in terms of paying taxes and following the law. If an illegal does break the law, they forfeit all advantages coming their way and face deportation.
As for Obama and the illegal manner in which he went around The Congress with Executive Orders:
During Obama’s first term in the White House, the Democrats controlled The Congress. In 2010, The Congress declined to ratify the DREAM Act, which would have permitted lawful resident status for illegal aliens who had arrived in this country as minors. In September, 2011, Obama was pressured by illegal alien advocates to implement the DREAM Act “on his own.” Shockingly, Obama responded: “I just have to continue to say that this notion that somehow I can just change the laws unilaterally is just not true.” Well, in June 2012, Obama did what he had insisted he could not do nine months earlier, by independently instituting DACA, under which illegal alien “Dreamers” could apply for a two-year deferral of any action to deport them, along with employment authorization documents.
Obama did an end around The Congress and the Constitution, which he did many times during his tenure, with the signing of multiple Executive Orders regarding illegal immigration. Under Constitutional law, the Legislative Branch of the Federal Government is the ONLY branch that can pass laws. The POTUS signs any legislation passed by both the House of Representatives and the Senate. He skirted Congress. The POTUS cannot usurp the laws of the Constitutional Republic. The Congress, in 2013, once again declined to enact an immigration bill supported by Obama, a so-called “comprehensive immigration reform” that would have given legal status to more than 11 million illegal aliens, including the Dreamers.
In November 2013, while responding to an illegal alien’s insistence that the POTUS had the power to issue an executive order stopping deportations, he once again, and correctly stated: “Actually, I don’t. … if in fact I could solve all these problems without passing laws through Congress, then I would do so. But we’re also a nation of laws.” Essentially he repeated his response to the prior challenge.
On November 19, 2014, Obama did what one year before he insisted he hadn’t the power to do, permitting approximately 4 million illegal aliens, who are the parents of U.S. citizens, and legal permanent residents, to request a three-year deportment stay, along with employment authorization documents. He also extended the stay of DACA beneficiaries by three years and expanded the number of illegal aliens eligible for DACA by about 200,000. He extended an illegal action.
So, at each turn, Obama ignored Constitutional law to benefit illegal aliens and put the squeeze on American citizens. It was quite obvious that he was acting as the neighborhood organizer, just as he was trained for in Chicago, serving and inciting his constituents. Now, as opposed to past POTUS’ who essentially kept a low profile and would not publicly criticize Obama continues to return like chronic toenail fungus. He had said that 800,000 young people, illegals, stepped forward, met rigorous requirements, and went through background checks. What he failed to mention was that he circumvented The Congress, nonstop.
And Biden is bending so far to the left to appease the radical, orthodox extremists who want open borders, free health care for illegals, cut down on the deportation of illegals, especially illegal criminals. As this happens, the influx of illegals will drive wages down in lower socioeconomic areas, drive up the cost of medical care, crowd schools and will assist criminal organizations to fatten their wallets. Biden, under control from the aforementioned left…The Deep State…will fundamentally change the United States, as was/is Obama’s wish.
Biden, like his former boss, is pushing DACA to essentially erase European influence and history on this continent, with the full support of the radical left. Erasing history was tried in Nazi Germany and how well did that go? I have always believed that history can repeat itself and is a harsh teacher. And what about the Angel Families the radical extremists of the socialist liberal left turned their backs on?
If an immigrant has the desire and courage to come to the United States in order to start a new life, they must begin the process by entering the country through a Customs and Border Protection port of entry…not sneaking in. And yes, this country welcomed immigrants with open arms to begin a new journey in their lives.
