Many Americans have noticed that former President Donald Trump was indicted in Georgia while several top Democrats have walked free after committing similar acts.
Far-left prosecutors in the case accuse Trump and his aides of running a “criminal enterprise” by challenging the 2020 election results. Trump and 18 others were indicted, including lawyers, campaign aides, and supporters.
Meanwhile, in the same state, twice-failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams notoriously claimed her election was stolen. Hillary Clinton also challenged Abrams’ election in Georgia and claimed she “would have won if she had a fair election.” (Poll: Is CNN ‘Fake News’? VOTE)
This leaves Americans asking one question: Where are their indictments? No one has ever prosecuted Stacey Abrams for her efforts, which apparently are serious felonies in Georgia.
The obvious problem is that the U.S. justice system has been weaponized by Democrats for political purposes. A look back at previous elections shows that top Democrats have publicly denied election results at least 150 times, including Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Maxine Water, Stacey Abrams, and many others.
Every single Democrat president since 1977 has questioned the legitimacy of U.S. elections, according to the Republican National Committee.

Biden once claimed Trump was an “illegitimate president” in 2019. Biden also claimed that Al Gore really won the 2000 presidential election.
Similarly, Hillary Clinton said she would not “rule out” questioning the legitimacy of the 2016 election in September 2017. “We still don’t really know what happened,” Clinton said in October 2020, referring to claims that the 2016 presidential election was not legitimate. 67 Democrats boycotted Trump’s inauguration and many claimed his victory was not legitimate.
However, there were no criminal indictments when Democrats have repeatedly denied and meddled in questions surrounding the possibility of voter fraud in elections.
In Georgia, the 100-page indictment against Trump and his “co-conspirators” involve a collective 41 counts for their claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen.
Even more outrageous, the indictment includes alleged crimes that occurred not only in Georgia, but elsewhere.
Trump is accused of “beseeching Georgia’s Republican secretary of state to find enough votes for him to win the battleground state; harassing an election worker who faced false claims of fraud; and attempting to persuade Georgia lawmakers to ignore the will of voters and appoint a new slate of electoral college electors favorable to Trump.”
The indictment says Trump furthered a “conspiracy” by making public statements, protests, claims at hearings, and even posts on social media. These is the exact same behavior when Democrats have challenged elections over the years.
