Listening to the hearing on Judge Jackson in regards to child porn and her light sentencing rather than what the guidelines spell out – I think the question to ask the Judge is – does she believe it is okay for a child to be sexually abused by their own family. In a lot of families, it is permitted when a child is young according to printed articles. There has to be some reason why she was so light on this type of sentencing.
