When a person is young, we all feel we are invincible and can handle anything that is put before us. Then, after we are older and realize all of the things we have done to our body begin to affect us – we see the light of day. That is life in a nut shell and then we try to make up by changing our ways to help our bodies by eating right and exercising.

Some times it helps and other times it is too late. But now we have outside help with the Covid virus being put on us by our own elected officials to reduce the population of the world. How can this be – we voted for these people to bring world peace and prosperity and now they are working against the people of the world.

What is the answer – anyone know?
