Can you believe these sorry parents who forsake their children and pay to place them in the care of the cartel What happens if a parent refuses to take care of their child?

This is child abuse.

When parents refuse necessary or life-saving care for their child, they could face serious legal consequences as well. States often refer to this as medical neglect and have laws against it. The state may find that the parent is neglecting the child and place them in state custody.

Each child is special and should be treated as such by their parents. By turning them over to the cartel they are abused – especially females. All of the children need to be returned to their home country and their parents. If they don’t want them – they need to go to a home for abused children
