Where in the Constitution does it allow this? The Republicans need to stop whining and use the Constitution to stop this. The people need to vote on a change this drastic. Biden is writing executive orders like popping popcorn and not using the Constitution. This is about the Supreme Court. This is happening because the Supreme Court and Pence allowed the election to be stolen. Plain and simple.
