Why is Nancy’s wall with barbed wire not immoral; but, yet, the border wall is?

I heard this morning on the radio that the wall is costing the American Tax Payer $500M until March 1, 2021. I don’t doubt it.

Is this Nancy’s immoral wall. Is the wall to keep the politicians in one place when they round them up?
