FLASHBACK: Barack Obama Pardoned a Former General Who Lied to the FBI
Many of my colleagues had to deal with Gen Cartwright when he was USSTRATCOM Commander (then the Unified Command responsible for space) and VCJCS when he oversaw the Space Posture Review (Hyten, then a BG up for his 2d Star, was his “personal representative) and inputs for the Transparency and Confidence Building Measures (TCBM) to the Russians as part of the Obama Administration’s new (Global Commons, Voluntary Code of Conduct) National Space Policy. His actions described on the article below wouldn’t have surprised any of us.
