Who gave the authority to the U.S. National Institute (USNI) to give a 3.7 million dollar loan to the Wuhan Lab for this experiment – bats linked to coronavirus – since Congress (Pelosi) has the power of the purse? Pelosi or Dr. Fauci should be able to answer that question?
Why should we depend and give money to W.H.O. when we have our own lab – USNIH?
Why would they ask China to conduct this experiment since USNI has thousands of scientists in their own backyard? And why China, the adversary?

Despite the warnings from the State Dept the US National Institute of Health (NIH) gave 3.7 million dollar loan to Wuhan Lab.
And now we know that US officials took several trips to Wuhan; and, the NIH under Dr. Fauci gave the China Wuhan lab a nearly $4 million grant?

A Chinese laboratory in Wuhan, the source of the Coronavirus outbreak, reportedly received 3.7 million dollars in US government funding to carry research on bats from the same cave many believe was the source of the outbreak.
As The Daily Mail reports:
The Wuhan Institute of Virology undertook coronavirus experiments on mammals captured more than 1,000 miles away in Yunnan which were funded by a $3.7 million grant from the US government.
Sequencing of the COVID-19 genome has traced it back to bats found in Yunnan caves but it was first thought to have transferred to humans at an animal market in Wuhan.
The revelation that the Wuhan Institute was experimenting on bats from the area already known to be the source of COVID-19 – and doing so with American money – has sparked further fears that the lab, and not the market, is the original outbreak source…
US Congressman Matt Gaetz said: ‘I’m disgusted to learn that for years the US government has been funding dangerous and cruel animal experiments at the Wuhan Institute, which may have contributed to the global spread of coronavirus, and research at other labs in China that have virtually no oversight from US authorities.’
The stunning revelations raise the question of just how much certain members of the government knew about the activities at the Wuhan lab. The true activities of which are still shrouded in mystery.
