Released Testimony: FBI Discussed Espionage Act Charges for Clinton, Obama. DOJ Said No

Former FBI lawyer, Lisa Page, was questioned under oath last July. What she said raised some eyebrows but had been kept private until a couple of weeks ago. The House Judiciary Committee Republicans dropped some documents for the public to see and one of those was Lisa Page’s testimony.

This looks to have surprised Democrats as they’ve told a completely different story about these testimonies that had been held private by the government.

Lisa Page told then Rep. John Ratcliffe that the FBI discussed gross negligence many times as it pertained to the Clinton email investigation. But the DOJ was against charging Clinton with it because the term was “constitutionally vague”.

Sounds like fuzzy math. However, What she and James Baker then followed up with piqued the interest of Republican lawmakers.

Page revealed, in her testimony, that the FBI had discussions about charging Hillary Clinton .

Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page admitted under questioning from Texas Republican Rep. John Ratcliffe last summer that “the FBI was ordered by the Obama DOJ not to consider charging Hillary Clinton for gross negligence in the handling of classified information,”
Former FBI Counsel, James Baker, testified about their discussions of charging Hillary under the Espionage Act:

In testimony he stated that he originally believed Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of highly classified information was “alarming” and “appalling,” as first reported at SaraACarter.com. He also believed her use of a private server to send the classified emails was sufficient enough to secure an indictment to possibly charge her for violations under the Espionage Act, for mishandling sensitive government documents.
These are very serious charges and even the FBI Counsel thought the charges could be brought against Mrs. Clinton.

The difference is that Page was saying the DOJ (Loretta Lynch) was telling the FBI not to bring charges and Baker is saying that it was Comey who decided not to bring charges.
Baker also mentions that he changed his mind right before the press conference where Comey decided that ‘no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges’. He mentioned that it would be tough to prove intent. But it wasn’t needed and this wasn’t some low level information mistakenly passed on, Baker testified.

“The nature and scope of the classified information that, to me, initially, when I looked at it, I thought these folks should know that this stuff is classified, that it was alarming what they were talking about, especially some of the most highly classified stuff.”

President Trump weighed in on the Page testimony saying ” They just revealed FBI Agent Lisa Page transcripts make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was, a broken and corrupt machine. Hopefully, justice will finally be served. Much more to come!”

There are a lot of folks waiting on justice to be served. The perception and reality that there is a two-tiered justice system doesn’t bode well for a country that depends on freedom and leans on the Constitution.

If the DOJ does not proceed to ferret out the treason and charge the traitors with their crimes, there will be NO justice in this country. This plays into the hands of Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Clinton, Comey, McCabe, Wray and numerous others that have disrespected and committed crimes against this democracy. The hatred these people have toward President Trump is a sickness worse than racism, sexism, anti-Semitism, etc. The only way to dissolve the hatred is to slay the haters. Barr, Dunham and other law enforcement officials have a responsibility to root out the crimes spurred by the unnatural hatred of President Trump. Why has there been NO indictments? Your silence validates the Deep State. Take action and show that Obama, Clinton, Wray, Comey, McCabe, Page, Yates are NOT above the law. Take action for the people who have no voice.

There is no justice now. You want proof? Look at Jon Corzine. Former N.J. governor and U.S. Senator. He literally took money from his clients accounts in order to prop up his failing brokerage and mortgage company. If someone not as well connected as him had done that they would have gotten at least 20 years in prison. He walking around today a free man with just a slap on the wrist for his actions.

I don’t believe that any of these criminals will ever be prosecuted, because the corruption is very deep and exists at the highest levels. The Globalists protect and empower all of these criminals because they are the pawns who aide them in their One World Order agenda, other wise, how is it that Obama, the Clintons, Comey, Holder, Lynch, the DOJ, FBI, etc. haven’t been prosecuted for known crimes they have committed? We do have a two-tiered justice system that has been put in place and maintained by those bent on the destruction of America. President Trump has exposed them and is a threat to their agenda and all of their attempts to impeach and destroy him is evidence that they are working to install a Socialist government and bring the end of the American Democracy.

The corruption in DC started in earnest January 2009 when an ILLEGAL ALIEN going by the name of barack hussein obama was allowed to take the oath of office of US President all because of his perceived race by the US Congress and the US Supreme Court ! US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas : We are avoiding the issue of Natural Born Citizen and giving you another option !

Anyone who reads the Act knows a second year law student could have prosecuted the case against Hillary. And as indicated here, “intent” was not required under paragraph “f,” the appropriate section of the Act. It was a simple case of everyone, including Hillary, knowing she had grossly violated the Act and on multiple times yet she knew she was indeed, above the law and had nothing to worry about.

DOJ is part is the DEEP STATE! The DOJ should have 3 years ago brought these players to Justice! The Pimp Obama should be tried for Treason. Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper just for starters would be great for starters. President Donald J. Trump, First Lady Melania , and family deserve justice. Will justice prevail, I doubt that we’ll ever see it. This is stunning that DOJ will let this slide by. They attempted to frame the President and deceive the American people. The media is their propaganda tool to keep up the negative against the President. Our country by way of our justice system and corrupt government officials have become like many other dictatorships in the world. The democrats call President Trump a dictator when they are the dictators to maintain power. All of the charges of conspiracy the DOJ, DNC to name a few are the conspirators. If a sailor can be charged with security violations because of pictures on his cell phone then Clinton, Obama et al can and should be charged for mishandling masses of highly classified documents on unsecure servers and the knowledge an tacit approval of the servers, mishandling of documents, and for terminal vanity for thinking security regulations did not apply to them.

I love my AMERICA and served my country but have NO RESPECT for the fools who are trying to take her down.
Washington D.C. needs a grand house cleaning and many need to meet BUBBA in prison.
