A Pardon for Patriot Roger Stone

The pardon powers of the President are based on Article Two of the United States Constitution (Section 2, Clause 1), which provides: The President … shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of impeachment.

What part of this people do people not understand? Trump can pardon people. End of story.

“Say what you want about Roger Stone. Like him or not, he is a patriot. He is also a victim of democrat corruption.” Deplorable Patriot.

Yes, I just quoted myself. Why? Because I don’t hear enough people saying it.

The world as a witness, each one of the following lied to congress and to the American people. James Comey, Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. In fact, just about everyone in the Obama administration has been caught telling lies.

Lying is the least of their crimes. Why are they not in Jail? Roger Stone gets 40 months for doing far less. He committed no crime. He did his civil duty and talked to congress when needed. Put in jail for telling his story.

From the first day he spoke in congress to the day he got sentenced, Stone was doomed. The charges, trial, jury, judge all part of a premeditated plan to get Stone behind bars. So they can kill him.

Roger Stone, essentially, is a “dead man walking”. His conviction tells us that no American is safe. It also tells us that no person should ever talk to congress or any government official.

What needs to happen is POTUS giving a pardon to Stone along with every other person that has fallen victim to the corrupt democrats.

Roger Stone was found guilty of lying to Congress and threatening a witness.
He did it to cover up for Trump. His sentence is justified.

It should go without saying, but to pardon Stone when his crimes were committed to protect Trump would be a breathtaking act of corruption.

The most corrupt person in DC, who is also guilty of lying to the entire planet, talking about corruption.

Let’s take a look at some real breathtaking acts of corruption? Lets take a look at Bill Clinton pardons.

During his eight years in office, President Clinton granted 450 pardons and commutations. Thirty-nine percent of them were granted in his last day in office. He signed 140 pardons and 36 commutations.

Here are some of the highlights.

Roger Clinton. His brother. Convicted for conspiring to distribute cocaine and received a two-year sentence after cooperating and testifying against other drug defendants.

Marc Rich. Rich’s ex-wife, Denise Rich, was a major donor for the Democratic Party. A federal prosecutor in Manhattan, U.S. Attorney Mary Jo White, opened an investigation in 2001 into whether Clinton’s pardon to Rich was linked to donations Rich’s former wife had made to the Clinton Foundation’s fundraising drive to build the Clinton Library. A grand jury heard from several witnesses in the case and subpoenaed documents. The investigation was eventually closed without charges by White’s successor, James Comey.

He had 65 criminal charges including tax evasion, racketeering, and illegal oil deals with Iran. Rich fled the United States to escape serving consecutive life prison sentences in 1983. Rich was also placed on the F.B.I.’s most wanted list for his crimes. Many Democrats from President Carter to Senator Schumer refused to defend the pardon of Marc Rich.

Susan McDougal. Former business partner. Convicted for mail fraud, misapplication of funds, false entries in a government report, and false statements. McDougal and Clinton were involved in illegal loans related to the mid-1980s Whitewater land venture. Her ex husband, James McDougal, implicated the Clintons for wrongdoing. A few months before his parole date he died in a prison cell. A few hours before his death he complained of feeling ill but was never seen by a doctor.

Stephen Smith. Former University of Arkansas professor and top aide to Clinton when he was governor of Arkansas. Convicted of conspiracy.

Robert W. Palmer. Former Madison Guaranty land appraiser. Pardoned for conspiracy for filing false real estate appraisals related to Whitewater.

Chris Wade. A Whitewater real estate agent. Convicted on two felony counts which includede bankruptcy fraud.

Richard Riley Jr. Son of Clinton’s education secretary. Convicted for drug charges.

Alvarez Ferrouillet. Convicted for laundering money to cover loan for congressional campaign of Mike Espy’s brother. Espy was Clinton’s agriculture secretary

Ronald H. Blackley. Former Espy chief-of-staff. Convicted of making false statements.

John Deutch. Former CIA chief. He held a variety of consultative and administrative positions with every presidential administration since Kennedy. He agreed to leave his post as deputy defense secretary in May 1995 for the CIA job after Clinton upgraded it to a Cabinet-level post. He resigned after a year and asked to keep three CIA-issued computers at two homes he owned in two different locations as part of a consulting contract.

CIA computer specialists went to his home to check out the computers. There were 1,700 pages of classified material stored on them which included 70 highly classified memos to President Clinton and Vice President Al Gore. There were also documents labeled “Top Secret/Codeword” which contained sensitive covert and counterterrorist organizations. Also found was a email message from France from a Russian national who was a former academic colleague of Deutch.

His computers were attached to unsecured modems and the Internet.

He and his wife used the computers for their personal banking. His son used the same computers to access widely used university Web sites as well as four “high-risk” porno sites.

The IG report also says that dozens of files were deleted days before the computers were turned over to agency officials.

When Deutch was finally questioned during a second internal CIA investigation a year later, he claimed he had deliberately used a home computer rather than the office computer so that CIA employees wouldn’t be able to “access the computer at night and inappropriately review the information.”

Deutch was the first CIA director to have declined security guards at his home for reasons of personal privacy. He had a foreign maid with a green card, whose background had never been checked by CIA security. The maid had access to his security codes and was frequently alone in his home.

He kept regular contact with other senior officials at the White House and intelligence agencies and regular contact with most senior officials in the Clinton administration’s foreign policy team.

Henry Cisneros. President Clinton’s former Housing Secretary,. Convicted for lying to the F.B.I. about payments to a former mistress.

Dan Rostenkowski. Former Democratic Congressman from Illinois and Chairman of House Ways and Means Committee. Served 13 months of a 17-month sentence before being released in 1997. Convicted for role in the Congressional Post Office scandal.

Mel Reynolds. Democratic Congressman from Illinois. Convicted of bank fraud, 12 counts of sexual assault of a child, obstruction of justice, and solicitation of child pornography. Served his entire sentence on child sex abuse charges. His sentence was commuted on the bank fraud charge and he was allowed to serve the final months in a halfway house.

Hillary’s brothers, Hugh and Tony, successfully lobbied President Clinton to help their clients escape justice. Here are four of them.

Carlos Vignali. Drug dealer. Hugh Rodham was paid $200,000 to get a commutation.$200,000.

Glenn Braswell. Committed fraud. Hugh Rodham was paid $200,000 to get6 Braswell a pardon.

Edgar and Vonna Jo White. Convicted for bank fraud. Tony Rodham acknowledged that he received $325,000 from this couple.

Some other notable ones,

Patty Hurst. Member of The Symbionese Liberation Army. Convicted of bank robbery. President Jimmy Carter commuted her sentence. Bill Clinton pardoned her.

16 members of FALN. A Puerto Rican paramilitary organization that set off 120 bombs in the United States said to be responsible for “6 deaths and the permanent maiming of dozens of others, including law enforcement officials.” The 16 were convicted of conspiracy and sedition and sentenced with terms ranging from 35 to 105 years in prison. Some were also convicted for conspiracy to commit robbery, bomb-making and various firearms and explosives violations.

Clinton commuted the following FALN members,
Edwin Cortes, sentenced to 35 years in prison.
Elizam Escobar, sentenced to 60 years in prison.
Ricardo Jimenez, sentenced to 90 years in prison.
Adolfo Matos, sentenced to 70 years in prison.
Dylcia Noemi Pagan, sentenced to 55 years in prison.
Alicia Rodríguez, sentenced to 55 years in prison.
Ida Luz Rodriguez, sentenced to 75 years in prison.
Luis Rosa, sentenced to 75 years in prison.
Carmen Valentin, sentenced to 90 years in prison.
Alberto Rodriguez, sentenced to 35 years in prison.
Alejandrina Torres, sentenced to 35 years in prison.
Juan Enrique Segarra-Palmer, sentenced to 55 years in prison.Oscar López Rivera, sentenced to 70 years in prison, rejected clemency. He was released in 2017 after sentence was commuted by President Barack Obama.

The names mentioned here are just to get your attention. There’s plenty more examples of Bill Clinton’s questionable conduct.

With Trumps approval ratings at it’s highest and the democrats occupied with recovering from their prime time freak show disasters, now is the time he should make his move. “Move” meaning turning on the offense. Democrats keep him on the defense so he doesn’t have time go after them. He needs to take the fight to them instead of wondering and waiting what the democrats next move is or when it’s going to come. He needs to get with Bill Barr and start handing out indictments. Freeze bank accounts. Take people into custody. Make some executive orders to cover his back. Do it all nice and legal. They will have less time to conspire, plot and scam, preoccupied with trying come up with a good defense.

When one them goes down, they rest will pee all over themselves and start telling on each other. Each case will get easier to get a conviction as they move on. Barr needs be on board. The Senate needs to be on board.

Each branch is supposed to be equal to each other in power. They are letting congress control the game. They need to work together and shut them down. The executive branch, the Judicial branch and the Senate should have no problem bringing justice to congress.

The democrats have proven time and time again that they are not going to stop. They lie, fabricate stories and are constantly breaking the law. They keep doing it because nothing happens to them when they get caught.

They are far past the point of no return. They have proven that they do not care about the country. They have divided the country and have already started a war within the country. A civil war.

Democrat leadership is killing America. If the Democratic party was truly for America, they need to “regulate” their leadership. Regulate, as in remove and replace. They don’t have to vote for Trump but if they continue to support their leadership, it would mean they support socialism or communism. What will happen to them then?

POTUS is doing a great job but until the lawlessness is eliminated in congress, A America with Freedom, liberty and justice for all, will never happen. More Americans need to stand and Fight
