The Super Bowl Game players performed to the extent that the game was very competitive and clean – very few penalties.   I was surprised at the half time when all of the twerking (dance to popular music in a sexually provocative manner involving thrusting hip movements and a low, squatting stance was conducted) took place.    Don’t think I  have ever seen so much bumping and grinding.

Whoever the choreographer was – it seems their  repertoire for creativity is not very broad.  Each year we go through the same gyrations and music that is not recognizable.  Maybe next year the NFL can pay an entertainer.  Understand the performers twerked for free this year.

We all have a front and back door to our bodies and to continue to share theirs with us is not necessary.  If I want – I can look in the mirror and see all I need.  Let’s have some real entertainment.  The people in the stadium aren’t the ones who are exposed to this because they can’t view as much as viewing the game on live TV – even school bands would be better entertainment and it would be an excellent thrill for our children to be able to perform for such a large crowd.

Music is important in our household – but this is an insult.  Can we have more variety of performances?  This is old hat!
