KOMMONSENTSJANE – FOREIGN AID AND KICK BACKS?

It is time to take a deep, serious look at foreign aid and how money is passed out to poor countries since in most cases the leaders of those countries are dictators.  How do we know that the money is used to help the country and the people and not the dictator filling his pockets?   A good example is Africa.   The rumor now in the market is that  during the last administration that the money was sent and sometimes delayed in order to negotiate the “kick back” part of the money which was  laundered through foreign country banks and then returned to the giving regime.  It was a given.

Remember, the State Department and Pentagon during the last administration where money was missing and they could not account for huge amounts of money – and not one person was held accountable for this dereliction of duty.  Each department of the government needs a better bookkeeping system – there is no accountability or follow- up.  The government is a business and from the looks of things – foreign aid is being used by politicians to laundry money.  This has to stop and people must be accountable.

A better follow-up job needs to be attached to foreign aid that has a “money trail” tag.  With as many employees working for  the ambassadors all over the world, we also need competent ambassadors with competent help – not election payback ambassadors.  Watching the ambassadors during the “impeachment” hearings told me that competency – especially record-keeping – was missing.

This needs to be investigated to see if it is happening and how long has this been going on.

Is that what they mean when the government talks about corruption going on in Ukraine?

What about the money the U.S. sent to foreign countries to buy elections during the last administration?  It was well documented. Not a peep in the fake news.

Lastly, from the internet – that twenty-two cents of every dollar in foreign aid is borrowed money.  Remember, charity starts at home.  You have to take care of  yourself before you can take care of others or you both end up in the “poor” house.
