Something is wrong with this picture.

Nancy and Chuck need to share their secret of success of being a public service servant and amassing their wealth.  The taxpayer would like to know so they can use that same pattern of success.

The pension of government employees needs to be changed to one full year of service to enter the plan, ten years of service plus age to be eligible for their pension and 20 years of service plus age to receive full retirement.
