The Supreme Court is hearing a New York case involving the second amendment of the Constitution which reads:

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

We all know that we have a number of states’ mayors and governors who are socialists AND are trying or have instituted illegal laws to water down our second amendment.

This is a good time for the Supreme Court to clarify/protect the second amendment. The Supreme Court members took an oath to protect the Constitution and the laws of this country. We know that we have members within that body who are not fulfilling their oath and should be impeached.

The first step should be to slap down these socialist officials who think they are above the Constitution and can water it down themselves. We understand since the law in New York was enacted that the officials have since amended the law to a degree knowing that it was scheduled by the Supreme Court.

New York, California, and Illinois are the three states who are infringing on the rights of people to protect themselves and their homes.

We shall see if the court protects the Constitution in whole or part.
