“Shifty” Schiff And The Democrats Hijack House Of Representatives

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) has taken the lead on the impeachment investigation into President Trump’s conduct during his phone call with the Ukrainian President in which he asked him to look into possible corruption committed by Joe and Hunter Biden.

Schiff is the last person that should be entrusted with this duty. He lied repeatedly during the Mueller Russia Hoax investigation, claiming that he had secret information that would show that Trump and his campaign were guilty of colluding with the Russians to rig the 2016 election.

That evidence was never produced and the Mueller Report stated that there was no evidence that showed that anybody in Trump’s orbit colluded with the Russians.

Recently, Schiff was caught in another lie when he claimed that he didn’t hear about the whistleblower complaint regarding the Trump-Ukraine call until September 9th. However, The New York Times reported that Schiff knew about the complaint weeks before and his staff was assisting the so-called whistleblower.

Schiff isn’t the brightest con artist either. On August 28th, he tweeted almost verbatim the whistleblower complaint…over a week before the report was revealed.

He tweeted, “Trump is withholding vital military aid to Ukraine, while his personal lawyer seeks help from Ukraine government to investigate his political opponent. It doesn’t take a stable genius to see the magnitude of this conflict.”

Schiff and the Democrats are not running this process by the rules; they are making them up as they go. This is a fishing expedition that they are arranging behind closed doors.

This isn’t an impeachment inquiry; this is an inquisition of a political opponent.

In fact, there is no such thing as impeachment inquiry because there have been no votes taken on rules and procedures for such an inquiry. At this point, the whole thing is unofficial.

Writing for National Review, legal expert Andrew McCarthy wrote the following:

“In point of fact, the House has no impeachment inquiry; congressional Democrats have an impeachment political campaign…There is no formal impeachment proceeding to obstruct.”

The Democrats claim that the president and members of his administration are obstructing justice, which McCarthy claims is ludicrous:

“The letters in question are not actually demands carrying the compulsory force of law; technically, they are just informal requests. No one is required to comply with a mere request, and refusing to do so is not evidence of anything, let alone obstruction.”

The Democrats are not allowing the Republicans to be involved in the process; they have hijacked the House of Representatives and are using the levers of power to destroy the president of the United States without any transparency.

Florida Representative Matt Gaetz has had enough of the Democrats’ game and refuses to play by their rules. Gaetz tried to attend a closed-door deposition of a former presidential aide on Russian affairs, Fiona Hill.

Behind closed doors, the Democrats—led by Adam Schiff—questioned the witness out of the public spotlight.

Gaetz tried to attend the meeting but was told to leave by Schiff. Upon being asked to leave, he replied: “If Adam Schiff and House Democrats were so proud of their work, they would be willing to show it.

It’s even more troubling when we look at the selective leaks from Adam Schiff, where information will be taken out of context and provided to the press.

If Democrats really are trying to build a legitimate case, they would use legitimate tools. They would hold a vote on the House floor to establish procedures. But we continue to see this as the sham and the charade it is.”
Obviously the Democrats aren’t serious about running a legitimate process. They have made up their mind that they are going to impeach President Trump regardless of what the evidence says.

They are wasting the time of the American people who don’t want to see him impeached, but their efforts are futile. Two-thirds of the Senate would never vote to remove Trump from office.

The American people are being deceived by Adam Schiff and the Democrats.
