We have to get this straightened out. Either all cities follow the Constitution and its laws OR NOT? Which is it?

An example: You can’t be partly pregnant – either you are pregnant or you are not! You can’t have it both ways. Our country being diverse has nothing to do with it. The U.S. has ALWAYS BEEN DIVERSE.

The suspended police officer was following his oath which is to protect the Constitution of the U.S. and the Police Chief Edwin Roessler was following the sanctuary city policy – which is – he is working against the Constitution.

This is a good test case for the Constitution. The Police Chief is not following the Constitution and the suspended police officer should file a law suit against the city for violating his rights as a citizen – who was following the U.S. Constitution.

The Police Chief violated his oath and should be fired. Sanctuary cities are breaking the law and every mayor and city council members should be arrested for dereliction of duty and not protecting the Constitution.

We have to bring this to the surface because our Constitution is being trampled on. Plain and simple.

Virginia officer suspended for cooperating with ICE

A Fairfax, Virginia police officer has been suspended for turning an undocumented immigrant over to the feds.

A Virginia police officer was suspended after allegedly turning over a suspected undocumented immigrant to federal authorities following a traffic accident last month.

The Fairfax County Police Department didn’t identify the officer in a statement released Tuesday but said the incident occurred on Sept. 21 when an officer was dispatched to a car accident.

The officer discovered one of the drivers didn’t have a Virginia driver’s license and ran a check with the state Department of Motor Vehicles, police said. The check revealed the driver had a violation for failing to appear for a deportation hearing.

The officer verified the warrant and alerted officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

An ICE agent was close by and arrived at the scene. The officer cited the driver for not having a driver’s license and turned them over to the federal agent.

The Fairfax County Police Department enacted a 2007 policy that prohibits officers from confirming a person’s immigration status and detaining them solely based on civil violations of immigration law.

“This is an unfortunate issue where the officer was confused,” Police Chief Edwin Roessler Jr. said. “We have trained on this issue a lot. This is the first time we’ve had a lapse in judgment, and the officer is being punished.”

(No, Roessler you are the guilty party who is not following your oath of office to protect the people of your city by trampling on the U.S. Constitution.)

The driver was released from federal custody after three hours and ordered to wear an ankle monitor. Roessler apologized for the incident and ordered an internal investigation upon learning of it.

(Can you imagine Roessler apologizing to an illegal alien for the incident and then put an ankle monitor on him which is a joke.)

“Our county is one of the most diverse counties in the nation and no one should have the perception that FCPD is acting as a civil immigration agent for ICE,” he said.

(Just read the above statement. We might be diverse but we still have laws in the U.S. and the police chief is a part of the Obama mafia called sanctuary cities. What a disgrace to the Constitution.)

The officer involved has been on the job for a few years, Roessler told The Washington Post. He added that the officer did not willfully violate the department’s policy with respect to cooperating with immigration officials.

He said the officer will undergo remedial training.

The police chief is the one who needs remedial training on the laws of the Constitution and the oath he took to protect it – not the policies of sanctuary cities who are sharia law policies. The problem the police chief is encountering is what our employees throughout the U.S. in the educational system experienced and they had to follow the rogue policies or be fired. They, therefore, followed the Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, and Obama one world order and wealth distribution and look at all of those young people now – can’t read, write or work math because no one stood up for the children but only for their own greed called money. The facts are – the police chief would lose his job if he did his job under the Constitution.
