It happens every time. And, democrats know that it works.
After doing something highly illegal… just accuse your opponent of doing it. That way, when your real criminal actions are exposed, people are already bored with the story.
That’s what Joe Biden is doing in the smoke and mirrors accusation against President Trump concerning the Ukraine.
