Identity politics is a political approach and analysis based on people prioritizing the concerns most relevant to their particular racial, religious, ethnic, sexual, social, cultural or other identity, and forming exclusive political alliances with others of this group, instead of engaging in more traditional, broad-based party politics.

Those who prioritize their particular type of identity politics may promote their group’s interests without regard for the interests of larger, more diverse political groups that are based in shared theory.

In academic usage, the term identity politics has been used to refer to a wide range of political activities and theoretical analysis rooted in experiences of injustice shared by different social groups. In this usage, identity politics typically aims to reclaim greater self-determination and political freedom for marginalized groups through understanding each interest group’s distinctive nature and challenging externally imposed characterizations, instead of organizing solely around belief systems or party affiliations.

Identity is used “as a tool to frame political claims, promote political ideologies, or stimulate and orientate social and political action, usually in a larger context of inequality or injustice and with the aim of asserting group distinctiveness and belonging and gaining power and recognition.”

The left’s hypocrisy is exposed.

In past years, black face was used in comics and ministerial shows to entertain people. Due to the left’s hypocrisy, Democrats now use this by blaming it on “white privilege” as the PM from Canada did to cover his a$$ (black face equals white privilege).

The Black And White Minstrel Show on Television And blackface minstrel shows lived on in other parts of the world. One hundred years after minstrel entertainment began in London’s music-halls, the convention was revived on television in the form of The Black And White Minstrel Show.

What is gained when these white people, Canada’s Prime Minister, apologizes for wearing a black face and then blaming it on “whites?” How many black people have gone to their parties as a “white face?”

We never heard any complaints from the Democrats about Michael Jackson, Obama, and others using products to make themselves whiter.

Just think how much money Hollywood, USA, and the world entertainment folks made from identity politics in the past? They used it to make people laugh in the past and now they don’t think it is so funny.
